"Ash you're going to be late for school" Delia called from downstairs, calling for her son to get up in bright morning.

Pikachu came down first, coming out from his bedroom as he paw-walks to kitchen, getting a bottle of Ketchup out from draws and sat down on chair, slurping down a full bottle while Delia starts to cook breakfast.

Upstairs in a bedroom. A sleepy raven boy was on bed with a bed sheet covering himself, sleeping peacefully until it was disrupted as an annoying alarm bell rang loud waking the sleepy raven up in bed.

He got out with a yawn, stretching his arms up in air and starts getting change for school. He goes to the bathroom to brush his teeth clean then gets dressed in his same everyday clothing.

In these past days. Ash was still a champion of school, beating every random student that challenged him into battle which were way too easy for him and his pokemon.

Things have been rough at first but it soon changed as students gave respect to him. There was forgiveness from his friends even Misty who apologised for his mistakes but she still kept a look out. May and Dawn were supporting Ash through out each day, thinking about his break up even Gary, he still needs find out who did this plot which Ash didn't do it but someone did.

Clemont had to take some days off after he received a surgery at lumiose hospital. After some days he was perfectly fine and healed too, but when Ash kept on telling Clemont who fought him at school after the break up. Clemont won't gave an answer which left him blank as a piece of paper not remembering who did it.

there was no hope for both Ash and Gary, that they did not receive their answer but they won't give up.

In the basketball team. Ash was selected in first team with Gary, Drew, Paul and Alain entering with him since they have good squad for the tournament, coming up in a few months.

Although, there was one thing that kept his way, and That way was Serena who has spending more time Calem each day, not caring to look at Ash as she walks past him. It was as if he just didn't exist in her life.

Ash had to go through pain, watching them in distance at lunch, class, even hallway where they hang out. But to his luck, they weren't a couple.

Ash wanted to reason her but she just ignores him each day, not telling her the full explanation about his break up.

He thought she has moved on so he tried to move on too but each time he sees her, He couldn't surpass it; leaving him in the same position as all ways. Ash still loved her more than anyone in school. Every time he thought about her, he only wished he didn't leave her that day. Wanting her to be in his arms, feeling her warmness, smelling strawberry ocean scent from her short honey blond hair and hearing that cute laugh which makes him smile, watching her beautiful face.

Now, it was a opposite that he imagined.

Ash got ready in his everyday clothing, comes out from his bedroom and goes downstairs then enters the kitchen where he meets his mom and a scrummy breakfast.

After his delicious appetite. Ash went out from his house with Pikachu on his shoulder. Closing the door behind him and travels straight to bus stop.

When arriving, he saw only Gary standing near a lamppost.

"Hey gare bear" Ash called and goes to up to him.

Gary turned around to face him. "Ashy-boy" he greets with a smile.

As Ash came up to him, they both gave each other a bro hug.

Gary has been with Ash side each day and still believes he hasn't done that cheat. Also in those days he has finally asked Misty out on a date. After that, they now became a couple, which Ash praised for his friend but still felt broken when hearing about it.

"Hey guys" Dawn said as she too came towards the boys, greeting them.

Ash looked at her with smiled, he walks up to Dawn and gives a high five, that another person was by his side. Although, he wished someone was with her. He wanted to see someone smile making his confident boost up every day.

Ash with pikachu on his shoulder, Gary and Dawn came out the bus and head straight to their friends at the crowded playground. There were students playing a football game with their friends near a coloured-ground pitch and girls playing hop scotch.

When the trio arrived, they say them talking but when they came closer to them. Ash glanced over his shoulder to see Serena sitting down with Calem with his arms places around hers, which she didn't even let go just went with the flow.

Ash was broken inside when seeing this but his friends notice this.

"Hey Ash, ignore them" Gary said putting his bare hand in Ash's shoulder for comfort.

"pika" pikachu responded in worried, wanting his trainer to smile.

Ash signed "i can't Gary, i can't let go of her." he said emotionless.

"But Ash" Dawn replied with a worried tone.

Ash shook his head in rejection and starts walking straight to the school opened entrance door, heading inside the building with pikachu on his shoulder who was giving a look at his trainer, leaving his friends behind with worried expression which they knew why he was acting like this.

When Ash walks down the crowded hallway going past each student as they ignore him. He finally arrives at class, walking in classroom and goes to his original seat. Around his surrounding, there were some students sitting down but they just ignored him by doing their own stuff. Ash knew what it was, it was either they hate him for his break up with Serena or maybe they weren't interested.

When sitting down comfortably in his chair, ready to start lesson. A screech from a black-coloured speaker was heard getting Ash's attention.

"Ash Ketchum, please report to the head teachers office please" then dials off.

Ash was confused of why he had to go to the office, which was Sycamore the head teacher, so he instantly stood up from his seat and walks straight out the half-empty classroom.

"i wonder why sycomore wants me" ash said.

"pika" pikachu responds.

Ash walks casually down hallway, arriving at the head teacher's office and open the door with his hand placed on a golden knob, holding it firmly and twists it as he swung it opened. When he did, there he saw sycamore placing a stack of papers inside a wooden draw then notices Ash presence when he entered.

"Ash, please sit down" he motioned at front of a desk where a open seat is being placed.

Ash nods in acceptance, he walks to the open chair and sat down comfortably facing opposite at his head teacher who also sat down in a spinning chair.

Pikachu leaps from his shoulder and lands on his knees then lays down like a ball.

"So" he said, pausing for a second. "What do you want sir"

Sycamore breath came first. "Well Ash, i want to say something. It's just some job, But first thing first. I want to analyse your bond between you and your greninja but not right now since I'm busy with work" he said scratching his black long curly hair and continued with a smile. "now the reason why i called you here is there's a new student in this school. So i want you to tour around with this new student. It will take a couple of minutes." he told.

Ash thought for a second, it would be fine to get rid of the memories of Calem and Serena in the past.

He nods again in acceptance while looking at Sycamore "ok, I'll do it" forming a smile, getting rid of negatives.

"Wonderful" Sycamore exclaimed, he lifts his arm up to his chest and looks clearly straight at his wrist watch. "Right. The new student may have just arrived right now, so go down near the entrance and there, you will see a person."

Ash nods one last time. Pikachu ears twitched which the rodent knew that the coversation has ended. Pikachu immedientls woke up and climbs back up on his trainer shoulder when Ash stood up from his seating and walks out the door, closing it behind quietly as he now starts walking, and heads to the entrance to meet the new student.

Other students were now in class since it made him easier to walk through the hallway.

When Ash made a turn through a corner, there he saw a person waiting near the entrance. When he walks up close, the person turned out to be a girl wearing white sundress with a big summer white hat, well let's just say everything she wears was white.

As he looks closer coming in distant away from her. He thought she looked just like Serena from before but different.

At this, the girl notices Ash coming over and smiled widely as she did this when Ash stood in-front, Getting a clear view of each other faces with no around them watching.

A red tinge of blush formed on the girls pale check which Ash notices it but ignores by changing his expression into a greeting smile.

"Hey my name is Ash, this is my partner Pikachu" he pointed with a fore finger at his buddy on shoulder, sitting comfortable.

"Pika" it said with a smile like his trainer.

A shy smile rose from a girl "h-hello there. My name Lillie" she said. Nervously.

"Nice to meet you Lillie." Ash said, Smiling as ever and remembers what his head teacher told him. "So let's begin with the tour shall we"

Lillie nods in responce.

They both ended their conversation and start walking around empty hallway together, going past each classroom and places in school. However there were some students that spotted them walking but Ash and Lille ignored their surroundings.

"So Lillie where are you from" Ash spoke first while walking straight ahead to the registration office.

"Alola" Lillie replied which made Ash raise an eyebrow, he didn't know that much about Alola, so he thought this girl was new to this region.

"Right, so why are you here in Kalos."

"Me and my sister wanted to move somewhere else so we've decided to come here, just to have some time for ourselves"

Ash nods in understand "ok"

They were both talking along the way, knowing each other in person. Later, Lillie got her timetable from the registration office. She looked at the piece of paper in her hands, to know whats her first lesson is in this new school.

"Which lesson do you have Lillie" Ash questioned.

"I have science, my favourite subject" she smiled, exicited for the next lesson which was her favorite subject but that soon softened when she saw Ash's expression.

Ash dropped his head, looking down at the ground covering his face with his red cap from Lillie. There was one reason why he didn't like going in that lesson.

Lillie notices Ash's action changed so she spoke up, wanting know why it did.

"Are you alright" she said worriedly.

Ash instantly looked up and smiled widely, shoving his wrong action away and spoke out. "Yeah I'm alright, shall we get going" he motioned for the next lesson.

Lillie was confused of his changed features but didn't want to tell so she gave a nods again but as they both head to class. Lillie was suspicious of why Ash had changed from his action; she wanted to find out and speak out but didn't want to affect him.

After they walk down the hallway in silent without talking to each other. The two arrived at class. Ash was first to open the door, swinging it open fully with Lillie behind him.

At this, every student in class got their attention, they look away from the board and focus on them. However there was one person that was surprised but jealous of seeing the two together, not two but at Lillie.

Mr Birch notices his two student's arrival "welcome Ash. So i guess you were helping the new student" he spoke standing in-front of the two, stopping the quite lesson. He knew about Ash's departure so there was no need for his late comment.

Ash simply nods "yes sir"

"Right, you may sit down in your seat"

Ash responds yet another nod and walks to his open seat in the left side row, sitting down comfortably as Pikachu leaps out from his shoulder, landing on desk and sleeps.

Ash looks directly at Lillie standing in front of the whole class looking nervous, also a clear view of the girl which was Serena who glances at both Ash and Lillie.

Lillie was scared at first as students were focusing at her. she had nervous expression without saying a word until her green orb eyes met Ash, giving a  smile which made her confident shoot straight up, confidently speaking out.

"My name is Lillie and from Alola, i hope we become friends" she spoke directly to the whole class with a tinge blush.

"Welcome Lillie, so please take any seat you like, since your new here" Mr Birch said, wanting to get the lesson going.

Lillie nods and looks around area but she already found a place to sit. Immediently, she walks up to the open seat and sat down beside a person which was Ash, who had a surprise expression of her sitting next to him.

Whispers were heard around the whole classroom, talking about the two sitting together while Gary smirks at his friends, watching them from the sitting corner.

"Ashy-boys is getting the girl" Gary mumbled quietly, not to let his friends and other students get his attention.

However, there was one person who was fuming of watching this. That was Serena; she was glaring at Lillie for sitting next to Ash. For the past days, she really didn't know about her ex-boyfriend. There was sometimes that she believes he's lying and some telling the truth.

She doesn't want Calem to be her boyfriend again because she didn't want to get heartbroken from her break up before. Although Calem did confess to her to come back but she rejected him.

Still, does she want Ash back in her life, or not? There was some time she wanted to talk like be friends with him, though she didn't want that. The warmness that she felt before was gone for good and the feeling raising up her body was vanished into thin air like she was becoming a heartless girl without love.

Without raising her head straight ahead, she took a glimpse at Ash and Lillie as they now start working together but beside someone interrupts.

"Hey Serena" breaking her thoughts, she looked at the person beside her sitting place. "You dosed off little. You need to pay attention."

"Thanks Calem" she simply said, she didn't want to say the name but had to go with it. She only wished that she could sit next to Ash.

Ash also glanced at Serena sitting next Calem. He felt heartbroken and lost since the breakup; every time they sit together it made his confidents dropped to the floor. He didn't want Serena to let go from his life, he wanted her more than anyone else.

Ash broke his thoughts and carried on the class, helping out Lillie but there was someone that really wanted the two together and that was Dawn watching them in front row seat.

She believes Serena, but she also believes Ash more since he was telling the truth. she didn't believe what she saw before from the scene. But still, there was investigation going through her mind of who did this break up.

After some lesson, it was now lunch time with the school bell ringing loud across the hallway. Students walked out from their classroom as they now head to the cafeteria to get meals for their lunch.

Ash was also going to the cafeteria to meet his friends with Lillie beside and Pikachu on his shoulder since the rodent woke up from slumber, as they push the door fully open, entering the cafeteria were they saw lots of students getting their lunch and sit down with their friends on table.

Ash scanned his surrounding until he stopped, spotting his friends sitting around the corner. He told Lillie to come to meet his friend which she agreed without hesitation and followed Ash to his friends.

Gary notices Ash coming and forms a smirk when he sees Lillie beside him.

"Yes Ashy-boy." he responded. This caused Ash to raise an eyebrow at him.

"What are you talking about gare-bear" he said and sat down in his seat with Lillie sitting beside him and looked at Gary who still had a smile.

With a shake of a head. "Nothing" was all he could say,

Ash looked at him with a puzzled look which soon shoved away. He gave a shrug in responce and began eating his own lunch, getting it from his back pack, opening it up and takes it out. He places it his lunch on table while Lillie did same, getting her own lunch out from her bag, putting her lunch on table and both began to eat.

The gang began to ask questions about Lillie until someone took a seat next to them. They looked over to see Calem sitting down with Serena on opposite side.

"Hey guys" Calem spoke, ignoring the glares.

"What are you doing here" Drew spoke, holding his anger.

"I want to know too" Gary said with arms folded against his chest and looks at Calem with narrowed eyes.

"pika" pikachu glowered with sparks from its red circular cheeks, still on his trainer shoulder.

"What, I'm just sitting to talk to you guys" Calem replied.

"Well were not talking to you, so get out" May respond in a harsh tone. Drew calmed her down.

"Humph, well if you guys don't want to, then I'm leaving "he said and gets up from his seat, but before he could go, there someone who wasn't coming with him. "Come on Serena"

Serena glanced at Calem walking away then at Ash who was looking down at his knees, trying not face her. Serena wanted to talk but she couldn't so she got up and followed Calem, heading out of the cafeteria, leaving her friends.

Lillie saw this of Serena then looked at Ash who still had his head down. She wanted know why Serena looked at him, even why he didn't look back which she was skeptical about.

"Hey Ash, why did she look at you" she questioned curiosity.

Ash didn't respond her question until someone did it for him.

"That was his girlfriend" Dawn spoke.

"Oh" Lillie responded only and looks at Ash, again, still in the same position.

Lillie realizes about Serena and Ash. She thought Ash was a kind guy but never thought twice about him being in this way or having a girlfriend who just broke up with him, although there was one thing on her mind. Why didn't they go together, even she didn't know the other person with Serena which she needs to find out about him.

Lillie was about to speak up but Ash beat her to it. He looks up at his friends and gives a smile.

"come on guys, lets forget about it. i want to have my lunch" he said. He takes out a sandwich and bits it, chewing down the throat, swallowing it.

Lillie stared at him in curiose then smiled, she broke her stare and began eating her lunch with Ash as the gang did the same.

When school has finally finished the day. Students packed their own bags and head straight out the school's exit door, traveling to their homes along the way in a sunny weather.

Ash was all packed up his stuff, putting all his work in backpack until he was interrupted by someone.

"Hey Ash"

Ash looked up and smiled widely when seeing a person standing infront "Yeah Lillie, what is it"

Lillie looked nervous to speak but manages to get the words out "well, since you're my first friend here, would you like to come to my house" she said.

Ash thought for a moment about his friends response, then smiled with a nod "sure"

Lillie smiled at his acceptance.

Ash packed up his stuff and places his backpack behind his back. When he did, Pikachu jumps from desk and climbs onto his free shoulder as Ash walks out the classroom with Lillie walking with him. They head out the school building and started walking up to Lillie's house.
