Ash POV

I was now sitting next to Dawn in a geography lesson. It was a bit quiet -well was quite when Calem came in. I think he's mad at me that I've beaten him in a battle hours ago. Well he should be because he deserves it.

Soon, the Bell rang, ending our lesson. Student packed their bags and head out the classroom going to their homes.

I packed my things, putting it inside my bag with Pikachu climbing on my shoulder. The little fella has been sleeping through out the whole lesson which doesn't bother me one bit.

"Hey Ash you coming to my birthday party" Dawn questioned.

I looked at her with a smile "Er, isn't your birthday day tomorrow"

"Yeah but. Are you coming to the party" Dawn said, kind of sound desperate.

I looked at her for a moment and smiled again "Ok, I'll come"

Dawn smiled "Thanks Ash, but be there at six o'clock" saying the last part sharply and walks out of the classroom.

I shook my head with a little laugh and start to walk to door but someone walks past me, barging my shoulder by making me trip a little but held on in balance. 

I looked at the person to find out it was Calem as he walks out the classroom, glaring before he walks out.

Pikachu had spark on his red circle cheeks with a angry expression, wanting to attack Calem but I stopped.

Pikachu and i walk to classroom door, heading out into the hallway when someone called me, making me stop in my tracks.

"Ash!"

I turned around with my auburn eyes widen in surprise as my heart began to beat.

"Serena, what are you doing"

She stops in front of me with a blush formed again on her cheeks and spoke out with a nervous tone which I find it cute for some reason.

"W-well, I wanted to walk with you" she replied, fiddling with her fingers as her cheeks rose pink.

A tingle feeling swelled up with blissful around me, I shook it off and smiled.

"Ok, shall we go to the bus then" I said and start to walks while she does the same for some reason I kinda really walking beside her because it makes me feel warm when she around me, but what's this tingle feeling In my head.

We walked outside of school and went to the bus stop. Waiting impatience for the transport to arrive.

Finally the bus arrived after some minutes. Me and Serena entered as we sat down beside each other.

I was looking outside the clear window, watching houses and clear parks go by while Serena was fiddling around. I kinda wish that the bus makes a another heavy turn so she can land on me but I don't think it will happen again.

"So Ash, y-you going Dawn party" she said nervously.

I turned my head away from window to her with a Smile on my lip. "Yeah, but is it tomorrow."

She giggles a little, her voice sounding into my ears. "Yeah, but that's Dawn, she always wants everyone to come to her party"

"Ah, OK, what's about you" I questioned.

"Huh, what about me"

"You coming to the party" I asked, why did I just said that.

Serena cheeks rose and spoke "y-yeah, I am" ending it with a smile.

Although, there was one thing on my mind. Will Calem be there at the party also I need to find Dawn a present or else she'll go haywire at me.

Finally the bus stops at our destination. We exited the bus and walk to our homes.

I waved with a smile at Serena who was heading to her house while I went to mine.

Soon entered my house, Putting my bag on the floor with Pikachu jumping off from my shoulder and goes to the living room, I followed and saw my mum sitting down while Mr Mime was cleaning up.

"Hello dear." she said with a motherly gentle smile.

"Hi mum." I greeted and sat down on a single chair, feeling my body relax in comfortless. 

"How's your school been"

"It went good" I replied with smile. Although I do feel much better that I defeated Calem in a battle, but that was easy. My Pokemon didn't even feel one slight of damage. Still, who will be my next opponent?

After time goes by, my mum made dinner for me and Pikachu who just drank all the Ketchup from the bottle, seriously he's addicted to ketchups.

Then we head off to bed, although, for some reason I felt excited for Dawn's birthday, I wonder what will happen?

Time skip

It was now a bright morning in the city of kalos. I was walking to the bus stop with Pikachu on my left shoulder.

As we arrived, there was a group at the bus stop which I already know. I walked up to them and saw May, Serena with Dawn as they squeal while Gary smiles and notices my presence.

"Ashy boy." he greeted.

"Hey Gare-bear" I replied back by walking up to the group and arrived.

"So you coming to the party"

"Yep, what about you"

Gary smirks. "Of course I am, I want every ladies to see me in that party" he claimed, "Dawn will there hot ladies at your party."

Dawn sweat drops and frowns "uh no, it's just us" she said.

"What! I thought it will be big, like you know, pool party and get drunk all night," Gary said.

I shook my head of Gary thinking about girls while Dawn starts to complain at him.

Finally the bus arrived at the bus stop. We entered in the transport and sat down in our seats near to each other. Gary was sitting next to me, Dawn and Serena were behind while May sat with Iris a couple of distance away.

"So Ashy-boy" Gary spoke as I looked at him.

"Yeh" was all I could say.

"What present are you getting for Dawn" 

I shrugged my shoulder. "Don't know, what about you" asking him while a smirked formed on his lips.

"Heh, I going to give her a lingerie"

I raised an eyebrow "What is that" I asked in confusion.

Gary signed and shook "Ashy-boy, Ashy boy, Ashy boy, still dense as a rock. so what you getting?" changing the topic.

I shrugged my shoulders again. "Don't know, I'll think about it" I replied and looked out the window, but in the corner of my eye, Dawn was laughing quietly while Serena had red all over her face.

Throughout the bus ride, we arrived at our school. Where we saw our friend at the playground also there was no Calem, which was strange but we ignored cause we don't care about him. The gang entered the school building and went to our own class.

As the gang entered, Calem was sitting in his desk with arms crossed looking ahead without taking his eyes off the board. I glance a little at Serena who seems scared when seeing her boyfriend but saying this makes upset. Unexpectedly, My lifted on its own putting it on her shoulder which made her face looked at me as I see her blue eyes which I found them elegant.

I gave a nod while she does the same and walks towards Calem and sits down on the wooden chair next to him who didn't say a single word. Instead just glared slightly at me then at the bored.

I walked over to my seat next to Gary as the class began to start.

Time skip

Throughout the day in school, everyone were praising Dawn for her birthday. But the fun part was Paul who was bit sided of on day, we kept teasing him, all he said was 'pathetic' that's all.

I was now heading out the city mall. Buying Dawn a present which was just a bracelet that all. Yeah a boy giving a bracelet to a strange girl, yep.

Pikachu was at my house, he didn't feel like Coming to parties without Ketchups. Which I think there might be.

I was now walking to her house. The party should start at six which she told me yesterday.

When arriving at her house which was huge, someone called me.

"Ash" someone called my original name from distance.

I turned my head to see Drew walking with my cousin May beside.

"Hey cuz" she greeted as they both arrive.

"Hey May, so why were you walking together eh." I replied with a cheeky smirk.

When I said that. They were both taken back with blush formed on their cheeks and then we started to go Dawn's house, arriving at the front door and knocked, Which suddenly opened in a flash.

"Welcome guys" Dawn chirped, wearing a dress that looked like a piplup outfit but I got say, it does suit her.

Me, Drew and May enter the house and to my shock it was damn big, I mean my house is a little small but her room is three times the size of mine, oh, for the add, there's a bottle of Ketchup on the table which will make Pikachu crave for it.

As we walked on, there was all our friends inside the living room.

"Yo Ashy boy" Gary called out.

"Hey gare bear" I said and gave a quick warm bro hug to him.

I looked to my right and saw Serena talking to May and Dawn. Wearing a fennekin outfit which looked beu- i mean stunning on her.

She looked at me and blushed all over her cheeks then looked back.

The party started pretty hard you could say, Gary was partying all night but Misty bought him down. Drew and May were having fun while Clemont, Cilan and Iris were just talking not partying what's so ever. Paul was giving his present to Dawn which she blushed of his arrival.

I was about to go the food table because my tummy was hungry but Dawn called out ending my appetite.

"Guys let's play a game, of hide and seek" she said. Making All of us sweat-dropped of what she just said.

"Err, Dawn, that's a baby game" May asked. 

"What, nonsense" Dawn exclaimed.

"It is, also, what if someone gets lost, this house is big"

"Pfft, they won't and let's starts, I'll count while you guys hide" Dawn said but gave smirk at Serena who blushed again in crimson. Then counted up to 10. 

The gang ran everywhere in the house, Gary ran outside while some went to other rooms. I ran upstairs, into a bedroom which was Dawn and it's was fully pink if girls stuff, oh if she finds me here I'll be dead and a pervert to her.

So I went to another door which was a another bedroom. I looked around for a place to hide, so I hid in the closet and waited.

Suddenly, footsteps were come up, oh no I hope that not Dawn, I thought. She can't be that quick to catch. There was open door and the closet slid open fast. But what I saw made my heart skip the beat fast.

"A-Ash"

"Serena, what are you doing her" I said Confusingly.

"W-well I'm hiding away from Dawn" she replied by looking down at the ground. 

"Oh, ok," I spoke then Dawn shouted from downstairs.

My hand grabbed Serena by the wrist, pulling her in, making a yelp sound as our faces were close. Her breath was hitched on my cheeks as I waited.

Some minutes have now past, no sign of Dawn but for some reason, I'm happy that Serena is here.

I glances a little at her to see her hands fiddling with each other but I couldn't see her face which was dark as we inside a closet.

"So do you like Dawn" finally she spoke.

I looked at her, curious "No I don't" I said,

There was quick sign from her "ok"

Suddenly, my foot slipped on a clothing making my body fall as she leans on. However, my arms were on each side of her head and my face was leaning. Towards her?

I could sense Serena's eyes widen with a blush formed but soon closed her eyes. As she too leans forwards.

We were now CM to MM away now. My body felt like it's moving on it's own with no control and power until that ruined the moment.

The door opened fully, making the of us jump in fright with brightness shining in our faces.

"Found you" Dawn claimed.

I looked at her then at Serena who's cheeks were now fully red. The three of us went down staires where we saw all our friends.

The party was over now as we head to our homes.

I arrived at my house and walked in, entering the living room to see Pikachu who was curled up sleeping on the sofa while my mum was sitting down.

"So how's your party been" she said.

I was about to speak but my mind thought back on when me and Serena where in the closet. I quickly shook it off, shoving the memory aside and spoke out with a smile.

"It was good"

After some hours went by. I went upstairs and brushed my teeth clean then went straight to sleep with a smile formed across my face and doze off.
