"No bhabhi. Are you insane?" Leya shook her head looking all bewildered.

"What's insane in this? I am just asking you to call Rudra from his room upstairs." Swarna, Shivraj's wife said in a calm tone.

"But why did he spent the night here?" Leya questioned adorably.

"Because Baba Sa forced him to do so. Today is important for you two right? This time he didn't want Rudra to do something which won't be in favor of both of yours future." Swarna replied placing a comforting hand on her shoulder.

The Chauhan family was called to the Rathore's haveli since a month had passed with the marriage not happening and Leya running away from the same. They knew they needed to have an adult talk about everything, but everytime it used to get delayed because of multiple of reasons.

But now it was Jaiveer Singh Rathore's order for everyone to have a talk regarding this matter.

They cannot waste any more time.

This whole month, Rudra had climbed up to Leya's bedroom with the old pipe and for hours they used to keep talking, getting to know each other as much as they were able to.

They had an understanding now which developed naturally. It didn't take any efforts from their side.

They were at ease with each other. Some random kisses happened in the heat of moment, but it would be just a small peck, nothing much.

Yet it wasn't that they were used to the intimacy.

And every night after their talk, the only thought that used to cross their mind was why hadn't we make efforts to do this before our marriage date?

Things would've been different then right?

She now knew how Rudra had anger issues, but always tried his best to control himself with her and he knew that no matter she was mature in age, she was a child by heart. A innocent child who takes step without thinking about consequences.

She knew Rudra barely sleeps because of his tensions and stress resulting in them spending time till late in the nights and how he had realized that how Leya would always love the fact that he doesn't leaves her alone till she doesn't sleeps, holding her hand all the time.

She knew that Rudra's favourite color was Navy Blue and he knew that Leya could eat Nutella at any point of time, even 2 in the midnight.

And he even brought nutella sandwich for her once which had made Leya's cheeks giving the deepest of blush followed by him kissing those cheeks of hers like a baby does.

Saliva included.

She hoped that she could get some more time to decide about her future. But, the royals work differently and she had been accepting this fact since her childhood.

"Come on, go now. I need to feed Navya, otherwise I would've gone. Baba Sa is waiting, right?" Swarna said calmly, directing towards her 6 month old daughter.

"Okay." Leya defeatedly pouted, turning herself towards the direction of ancient staircase, she knew would lead her to Rudra's room in this haveli.

The whole atmosphere of this haveli was captivating. The ancient structure, interior and furniture would always make Leya's eyes twinkle in excitement as if she's seeing this for the first time in her life.

Busy crossing the corridor of this haveli, she finally reached a massive wooden door she came to know it was to Rudra's room.

There was not a single noise on this first floor as everyone was already downstairs. She couldn't even hear any sound from inside of the room and it only made her nervousness increase.

Unknowingly, Rudra's proximity had started to make her feel these weird sensations in her body since a week. And those sensations only felt good to her from every aspect.

Finally gaining as much courage as she could, she swinged the door open and stepped into the most beautiful room she'd every seen.

Is it possible for someone to fall in love with a bedroom at first sight? Was the first thought that crossed her mind.

Everything inside the bedroom screamed royalty.

And this room was so unlike hers, which was modern and minimalist like her likings.

But now, it felt as if her opinion had changed. She was seriously in love with this bedroom. The interior was up to the mark, something that she now loved.

And her eyebrows furrowed as she noticed there wasn't anyone in the room except her. No sight of Rudra was in this room.

With a sour look and a pouty face, she turned back on her heels to exit the room, but as soon as she heard the creaking of door, this made her stop in her tracks, posture turned stiff.

In a haste, she turned again in the direction of the other door inside the room, which she assumed to be the bathroom's.

And there stood Rudrapratap Singh Rathore, in his full glory, a single towel wrapped around his waist, naked torso visible to her big, doe eyes which was glistening in the dawn in the room due to the water droplets covering it, meaning he had just returned from a shower.

He looked absolute perfection to her.

She knew he is handsome. His dressing sense and way of carrying himself out had made it obvious. But today, it was something different. He was just the definition of a hot male specimen.

"Rudra-" And she didn't even realize when he had come close to her, standing just a few inches apart in mere seconds.

His gaze was intense. No one could decipher what was going on in his mind.

"Leya." Breathing this out, he enveloped her in intimate hug.

Her small body was pressed or more like crashed into his hard and big one. His strong arms were wrapped around her shoulders as this was where she reached him and her hands were shivering at the thought of even touching his bare chest or back.

He smelled good.

His cologne was making her go crazy. She felt dizzy at the scent he possessed.

"R-Rudra-" She stuttered in their close proximity.

"I was waiting like anything to see you." He confessed all of a sudden.

"Why?" She questioned in a whisper, now wrapping her arms around his torso, relaxing in his embrace.

"Because I am tensed about what all is going to happen today." He replied without any hesitation, nuzzling his face in her neck.

Still not knowing about their future, they don't leave a chance to get close to each other. Maybe this habit of them would create a problem if the decision is not in their favour.

His nose was tracing random patterns on her slender neck, making her shiver at the intimate contact.

"But you were the one who said right that whatever will happen will be for the best?" She reminded, releasing a wavered breath as he sucked lightly on her earlobe.

"I did. But what if it'll not be what I want the decision to be?" He reasoned, tightening his arms around her frame.

The best thing he find in Leya everytime was her body structure. She had this soft flesh surrounding her body which only increases her cuteness.

"What can we do other than to accept it Rudra?" She questioned back, smiling at their fate.

"Then you shouldn't have run away in the first place because we would've been married by now." And as soon as she heard him say this, she instantly parted away from his hard body and looked directly in his eyes.

He had a look of guilt on his face. Probably sulking about what he'd said moments ago.

"I can't believe this Rudra. If I wouldn't have run away from this marriage, then I know for sure that you wouldn't have realized my worth or importance. Would we even have to got to know about each other? I don't think so." She gritted out, looking at him with a bewildered look.

"And it has taken a lot from my side to keep everything aside and forget and forgive you for what had happened with us in the past. I hope you do the same as well because if not, then I don't think I see the both of us together in the future. I cannot spend my life with a person who blames others for everything and only wants the best for himself." She continued pointing a finger towards him, a look if warning on her face displayed.

"Leya- I- I am s-sorry. I didn't mean like that-"

And she didn't let him explain this time.

"Doesn't really matter how you meant it Rudra. And I can only wonder how many times you're going to give these apologies." Saying this she stormed out of his bedroom, closing the door behind with a bang, not paying attention to the continuous shouts from him, of her name.

//////////

There was an eerie silence. With Jaiveer Singh Rathore sitting on the head's chair, Shivraj Singh Rathore sitting beside him on the left side and Adhiraj Singh Chauhan on the right side, the others were sitting randomly on the royal throne in the living room of Rathore's haveli.

This was a private discussion. There was no one except the members of these two families present here.

The clearing of a throat, a gruff sound coming made everyone snap their heads in the same direction.

It was Jaiveer Singh Rathore, Rudra's father looking at everyone expectantly yet seriously at the same time.

"So, I hope you both are ready for the decision so that we can proceed with the procedure and everything." Jaiveer Singh Rathore voiced out.

Rudra immediately nodded his head while Leya nodded her head solemnly after moments of silence.

"I have decided....."

And everyone's ears perked up as they realized Jaiveer Singh Rathore is about to say the most awaited decision.

"That I'll give Shree the whole rights to decide whatever she wants for her future because I don't want to repeat my mistake." And as soon as Rudra heard this, his eyes went wide while Leya released a wavered breath at the new revelation.

"Baba Sa-"

And Jaiveer Singh Rathore didn't let Rudra say anything further.

"Don't even think Rudrapratap that I'll change my mind or hear anything from you about this matter." He warned pointing a finger at him who nodded his head back defeatedly.

"Rana Sa, I don't think it's a good idea. I don't know what'll be good for the royals or-"

"Leya, at this point you shouldn't care about the royals. I have given this chance to decide and look onto everything yourself unlike your family and I did the last time so, I suggest you to use this opportunity wisely." Jaiveer Singh Rathore butted in making Leya nod her head in agreement.

"I am giving you two week's time. In these two weeks, do whatever you think will make you come to a conclusion doesn't matter will include Rudra in the whole process or not. And after these two weeks, we'll be having a same meet as today's for your final decision." He continued nodding his head a little.

Rudra looked at Leya pleadingly as if telling her to accept him at this point. Part of her wanted to do so as she knew she'd developed feelings for him over the period. Genuine ones.

But then a thought crossed her mind that made her rethink this.

Has Rudra really realized her worth such that he won't blame her ahead in their lives?

"Uhh- I-I actually have something to say." Leya said, little hesitation evident in her voice.

Jaiveer Singh Rathore waved his hand as an action for her to continue speaking and she did.

"I might sound crazy to all of you but I want something to happen. And by something I mean something that'll make me realize that we deserve to be together and nothing would drift us apart. Something that'll make me know my importance in his life. Something that'll assure me about our future together." She ended, releasing her breath she didn't know she had been holding since long.

Rudra looked at her shocked and amused at the same time.

She wanted him to do efforts? Why hadn't she told him that earlier because he would've loved to do those. He can now do anything for her happiness. Now, if she wants him to do the efforts to give her the assurance, he'll also do that.

"Leya, that's really unpredictable-"

"I'll make sure to make her realize about her importance in my life." Rudra announced all of a sudden in a determined tone giving a smile to Leya which she had a hard time to control herself to give one back.

"Then it's final. You both still have two weeks for doing whatever you're planning and thinking. After this, I won't be giving you both any minute together because then Leya will tell her final decision. Now, in case it's positive, then Rudra you're in luck and if doesn't, we'll see the best we can do." Saying this, Jaiveer Singh Rathore got up from his chair and walked outside the living room with Shivraj Singh Rathore following him while Adhiraj Singh Chauhan came towards his family to discuss about this matter.

And Leya could only look at Rudra with so many emotions building up inside of hers, and some common ones which she could see in Rudra as well.

//////////

"He cares."

"He doesn't care."

"He cares."

"He doesn't care."

"He cares."

"He doesn't care."

"And here's the last petal....he cares." Leya mumbled, plucking the last leaf.

"No, he doesn't!" She shook her head only to deny the fact.

"He does." A second voice was heard and Leya snapped her head towards it's direction only to notice it was Rudra.

After the discussion, she'd directly come to the massive, beautiful lawn of the haveli as everyone was busy in one or the other task.

And to find out whether Rudra cares for her or not, she started plucking the petals of a rose.

It had resulted in saying that he cares for her and it was like as if she didn't want to believe this fact and kept denying it at every point.

"He really cares for you Shree." He repeated, sitting beside her on one of the bench in the garden.

"How and why should I believe this?" She asked in a low voice.

"You will once he'll do the things he is planning to." While saying this he nodded his head.

"And what are those things?" She again questioned, this time looking at him.

"First have this." He forwarded his hand towards her.

In his hands there were two nutella sandwich which resulted a big grin appear on Leya's face. Forwarding both of her hands, she picked up both the sandwiches and Rudra shook his head in return making her pout.

"Who will eat the other one then?" She questioned, peeking interest.

"I will." He said with a small smirk.

"But you hate nutella right?" Leya questioned, looking all confused.

"Not anymore." He shrugged taking a big bite from the sandwich.

"So you have started eating nutella now?" She asked while eating her sandwich.

"Just for you." He replied paying her a sideways glance.

"Uhh-" She stammered, not knowing what to respond.

Both of them were busy looking into distance, their gazes settled in the directly in the front. No words were exchanged this time so unlike their previous night encounters where they wouldn't stop talking for a minute.

Has today created a bad impact upon their relationship?

"Are you still angry at me about today's morning? Our room encounter?" He questioned after moments of silence yet he wasn't looking at her. Their gazes were settled ahead.

"I don't know Rudra." She sighed.

"S-Shree, I didn't mean anything in bad way. The only thing I meant to say was that if we would've been married by now then there were complete chances of us being together which I want. I have made this habit of your presence in my life which I don't want to lose. Maybe I am late, but I am glad that atleast I am on that level now. It's not your fault that you took it in the wrong way so, don't trouble yourself because of our morning encounter because I don't want it to create any impact on our lives and relationship we have formed." He explained, running a hand through his hair.

"Rudra, today might've been the time when I took the things in the wrong way. But what about the future? I can clearly say we are way different than each other. I have realized how short tempered you are and then the way how you speak at times. It only confuses me Rudra because I somewhere know that I want to be with you, but these small points makes everything difficult." She reasoned whatever that was going on in her mind.

"Who doesn't have differences Shree? Every couple does. And the fact about my behaviour and way of speaking at time, then I can only say that I'll try to control. I'll be trying to change those things for you, but at the same time I want efforts from you. Efforts such as in you understanding me at the times I am facing any problem resulting in that kind of behaviour or trying to communicate with me instead of creating a blunder out of the small issues." He replied, taking her hand in his.

While Leya was busy looking down on her lap, not being able to look at Rudra at this point, he was looking at her intently with his strong gaze.

"I can do that." She nodded her head, lifting her head to look at him.

"There it is. Now tell me Leya, why were we able to solve this issue? Because we talked right? We communicated like a good couple?" He questioned, looking at her expectantly.

"Yes." She nodded her head, agreeing with him.

"Exactly. And I want us to do that in the upcoming two weeks, doesn't matter if your decision will be positive or not. Well I wish for it to be positive." He muttered the last part to himself, but she'd heard it clearly now giving him a mischievous smile.

"I- sorry- we will." She nodded her head, giving him a bright smile.

"Leya, come. We need to leave." Her mother's shout was heard and Leya looked at him to give a shrug in response.

"Wait! Before you go, I need to tell you something." Rudra said, stopping her from holding the wrist.

"Yes?" She questioned, raising her eyebrows.

"Uhh- be ready tomorrow at 7." He replied in an instant.

"Why?" She frowned in confusion.

"Because it's a date." Saying this he himself got up from the bench and walked to the opposite direction where she had to go, leaving a dumbfounded Leya behind who kept gazing at his retreating figure.
