Stella paced around anxiously, before she sighed, "As much as I don't want to think about it.. if we don't find out who the traitor is.. it could lead to death, for all of us."

"Did anybody see anything suspicious over the last 24 hours regarding Ruby?" Pyrrha asked, as everyone glanced at eachother for a moment, before Ren looked to the redhead. "I saw Weiss yelling at Ruby in the hallway." He confessed, as Weiss' mouth fell open in surprise, before she turned to Rem. "So you automatically think that I murdered Ruby?!" She growled. Nora growled back, "No!! That isn't what he is saying!"

"Well.. what were you guys arguing about?" Stella asked, as the attention was brought back to the issue. Weiss looked uncomfortable, before she sighed. "I was refueling in storage when Ruby ran straight into me.. so I yelled at her saying to watch where she was going and that she is such a klutz." Weiss confessed, now feeling a little guilty as she explained the situation.

"That checks out, because I saw Weiss after she refueled and we walked together for a bit and talked." Leon explained, as the attention turned to him. "Ruby left and I walked Weiss to her room, before going to my own." The redhead added. Stella turned to Nova, "You two share a room, can you confirm this?" She asked the panther faunus. Nova nodded, "Yeah I can confirm it. Leon came into our room and we didn't leave until the morning." The raven haired boy said. "So it wasn't Weiss.. or Leon.. or Nova.. that leaves everybody else as a suspect." Pyrrha sighed.

Ari looked to the girlfriends, "So.. where does this leave us?" They asked. Stella and Pyrrha glanced at eachother, before looking back to everyone else, unsure what to say. Davina spoke up suddenly. "We either execute somebody for this crime or.. we don't. And we spend the night on this ship knowing that somebody could betray us."

Jaune frowned, before looking to Nora and Ren, who shared a sad glance with him. "So what do we do?"

SOMETIME LATER

Stella laid sprawled out on her bed, as Pyrrha was on the other side of the room, finding a shirt to change into. Stella seemed uneasy, and her girlfriend could notice it.

"Considering we have no evidence.. it was a smart decision suggesting we don't execute somebody yet." Pyrrha insisted, pulling a NASA shirt over her head. She realised it was Stella's once it was on, but shrugged. They often wore eachothers clothes.

"I can't help but feel like this whole thing is.. my fault.." The pinkette sighed, "If I had gotten there faster.. and Ruby was still breathing.. I could have helped her." Tears stung her bright blue eyes, as a couple of them now rolled down her cheeks. "I'm literally the crew doctor and already I've let somebody die.. I'm supposed to be taking care of everybody."

Pyrrha sat down beside Stella, and placed an arm around her. "Stell, you can't blame yourself.. you're doing the best you can." She said softly. "Your sister, Seylah. She would be so proud of you, y'know?" The redhead smiled. Seylah was Stella's older sister, who pretty much raised her and her younger brother Nik. Seylah is a paramedic and a nurse, she taught Stella everything she knows about helping others.

Stella had a small smile, though it was clear despite this action, she still felt quite sad. "We'll find out who did this eventually, and everything will go back to normal." Pyrrha said with pure optimism, before she gently took her hand. "Yeah.. you're right Pyrrha.." Stella said softly, resting her head on the tall girl's side. "I should be staying positive too." The pinkette thought.

Maeve sat in the cafeteria, with Blake and Elena. The trio had watched Jasper walk in and out of the kitchen numerous times, and it was beginning to look weird. "Jasper.. What are you doing?" The fox faunus finally asked.

Jasper stopped in front of the trio, "I'm uh.. baking something. I want to try and cheer up Yang." He confessed. "That's so sweet.." Elena admitted. "But that's not really how grief works.. you can't just fix how someone is feeling once they've lost somebody so special to them." Blake added. "But the sentiment is sweet." Maeve shrugged. Jasper nodded.. he didn't really understand grief— he'd never lost anybody close to him before. He couldn't imagine how sad Yang would be feeling.

"What are you guys doing up?" The brunette asked. Elena frowned, "Can't sleep.." She sighed. "It's hard to sleep knowing there's a murderer on the loose." Maeve added. Jasper looked a little confused, "So you three are just going to.. not sleep?"

"Pretty much." Blake grinned, as the trio each had a mug of coffee in their hands.

Jasper laughed nervously, before he headed back into the kitchen. He flinched, as he bumped into Jenni. "Sorry Jenni." He practically squeaked. "You could have started a fire, y'know?" Jenni insisted, as the wolf faunus held up a slightly overcooked chocolate chip cookie in her hand.

Jasper felt his heart sink, as he realised he'd forgotten about the cookies while he was talking to the three best friends in the cafeteria. "You're just lucky that I was here." Jenni said, before taking a bite out of the cookie that was in her hand. A loud crunch was heard, since the cookie was a bit overcooked.

Jenni then walked around Jasper, about to leave the kitchen. "Have a good night." He quickly called out. A snort was heard, as Jasper looked over to see Davina sitting on the counter, helping herself to the cookies. "You certainly lack people skills." The raven haired girl observed.

"Don't eat all of them! They're for Yang!" Jasper panicked, before he dashed over to the Fall girl. "Don't worry your anxious little head, Yang is being comforted by Weiss. Pretty sure she will be just fine." Davina insisted.

Jasper ignored her, and placed what was left of the cookies, on a plate. "You care for her.. don't you?" Davina suddenly asked. "Hm?" Jasper asked. "You really care for Yang.. just like how Weiss really cares for her." The raven haired girl hummed. Jasper looked a little confused, "Well of course I care for Yang."

"Oh but little Clarke, you and Weiss both care for Yang in the same way Isabelle and I really care for eachother." Davina stated as Jasper finally understood what she was saying.. That he and Weiss both love Yang. The boy blushed heavily, "Yang and I? He blurted, "I mean Yang is really pretty!! And so smart and friendly but.. I don't think we're compatible. Plus I'm so awkward and nervous and.. I don't know—"

Davina suddenly cut him off, "I never said you guys were cute together.. it's just clear that you like her." She huffed as Jasper sweatdropped, realising he'd been rambling on for a while. Davina got off of the counter, "Night baker boy." She said, before leaving the kitchen.

Meanwhile in Navigation, Leon and Jaune were sitting in their chairs, showing Miles a little bit about the controls. "I think I'd really like to be captain on a future mission." The brunette confessed, as Leon gave him a smile, "I think you would enjoy it."

"Hey, settle down Lee— I'm the captain." Jaune teased jokingly. "You wouldn't be here without your moral support though, me." Leon insisted as Jaune shrugged, "True." He said, with a loving tone. Miles looked at the pair awkwardly, noticing they had quite a bromance.

Suddenly Nova entered the room, and stood above Leon's chair, letting his arms droop  around the redhead to loosely hug him. "Hey baby." Leon chimed, as Nova lightly kissed his head. "I've done enough walking around this ship to get rid of this anxious feeling.. are you ready to get some sleep?" He asked. "Yeah actually.. I'm starting to feel really sleepy." The Trinity confessed.

The pair got up, as Leon took hold of the panther faunus' hand. "Hey Jaune, how is it going with Weiss?" Nova suddenly yawned, as he had mentioned previously that he had a crush on the Schnee. "Ugh.. don't even ask Nov." Jaune laughed nervously, he was staring to notice that Weiss has feelings for Yang.

"I'm gonna go to sleep too.. goodnight." Miles said as the guys all gave him a smile. "Night."

Miles left and walked down the hallway, but suddenly the boy could be heard yelling, even from navigation.

"Watch where you're fucking going!!"

"Eek— I'm sorry!"

The three boys standing in Navigation looked confused, until Enzo suddenly walked past the entrance to navigation and looked at the trio, "I accidentally tripped Miles over." He admitted sheepishly.

"Something tells me that nobody on this ship is currently sleeping." Jaune confessed, as everyone seemed to be awake or wandering around.

Jenni sat down in the empty seat next to Maeve, joining her as well as Blake and Elena. "Coffee?" Maeve offered her mug to Jenni. Jenni shook her head, "No thanks."

Blake, who had finished her coffee, eyed Maeve now with pleading eyes. Maeve just laughed, before she slid her mug toward the cat faunus. As Blake put her hand on the mug, she touched Maeve's hand, but the fox faunus didn't remove her hand from the mug right away.

Blake took a sip of the coffee before sliding the mug back to the Lopez girl. Elena let out a squeak, after watching the pair, which caught the three girls off guard. "Sorry.. Uh Jenni and I are gonna go. Jen-Jen has something she wants to tell me." The blonde cat faunus quickly said, as Jenni shot her a confused frown.

Elena linked her arm through Jenni's and before they knew it, the pair were gone. "Weird." Maeve admitted as Blake just laughed nervously. The pair were now alone, as Elena obviously planned.

Blake smiled at Maeve, with a loving expression. "What?" Maeve asked, a slight laugh. "I'm just.. happy that we're friends again." Blake confessed. Maeve's expression softened, before she reached out and placed her hand on top of Blake's. "Me too."
