Beginning of a love so unpredictable from both world among worlds, or even a world?
Chink thong, bing bong. The bells were so off tune no one really paid much attention to it, even though many jumped at its arrival. Akira was one of them, following her Wolfy ears towards the noise. As many children of many ages under 19. There was a streaming amount of flowers guiding everyone to the spot. The bells came to a stop as if they were controlled, though only time controls them here. As the others, Akira was the youngest, it looked like. She didn't care at the moment and was ready for the quest of her future adventure. The chance to be God or Goddess.

A lady with a orange bun and a slight twist coming down so gracefully upon her peachy skin. She wore a green silky cape, white shirt tucked into her light brown pants. It almost seemed as a camp or summer camp type of person you'd see or meet. Though, this was a normal for the Onami. In this world, Onami means top rank. The lady made her message as she settles everyone's excitement. She cleared her throat as two others coming beside her.
"As you all may see, this is all coming and venturing so fast, new generations are made, new abilities and species, new volunteers. This might be the best generation, let's fine out." She gave everyone a huge smile as she brought a finger down, pointing to the unknown world they have yet to discover and maybe never.
"We live just above the Unbeings. We are nothing alike of them, we are not slackers like most of them and we are regarded and looked upon to do the right. I expect you all to obey that and listen up closely. This very day and very few weeks we might spend together shall be the most we've ever worked. Here's the rules and guides, if there are any questions?" Akira didn't raise her hand even though she had one.
"Great, we shall begin with this then."
She points to two of her colleagues. Both of them stepping up quickly as if trying to be put in her spot light.
"This is Ms. Aing, she will be training a specific ability. This is Mr. Quinnell, he will be teaching another ability but a simple one. I am Mrs. Vang or Vince. The others are Mr. Goi and Ms. Julio. Is that clear? If you need any other information, just ask them. Akira looks between all of them, indecisive as she sees everyone already finding their tutor and training. She was just about the last one and picked another one who wasn't mentioned. He was a bit farther back from the other two, he didn't exactly give a smile like the rest and was a bit older. Apparently you can grow old, you are either chosen or not. And not, means your basically a Unbeing. Meaning, human. She looks up at him as everyone else and specially Mrs. Vince turns to Akira.
"I did not name him, though would you like to hear his ability and what you have picked?" Vince questioned Akira, as Akira nods.
"Animal Communication. It was not among the rest as a required skill but it is still an option. I'm surprised to see you have picked it and not many from other generations have and or succeeded. Will you stick with it or choose differently, child." Vince glanced away as she seemed bored of it already, not caring if she responded or not.
"I...do." Akira spoke up and a few of them laughed, the ones that didn't were mostly the 17 or 13, probably. She nods in shame, wanting a new one now but saw Vince didn't care much now.
"We will begin tomorrow, as of tomorrow, you will be given a shot. A shot that will tell your mothers or father's that in five or three days, you are not allowed to see them. Again. Now, if you may, take role and I will see you all tomorrow." Vince took a breath as she walked away, her cape following, revealing a symbol. The symbol being a cloud and water. Could that just be lightning or rain? Her ability? Akira shook her head, only god or goddesses have 1 skill and if more are labeled a Never. A Never who is punished for that kind of hack and are not allowed to revisit or be willingly to keep that second. Once she was out of view, everyone turned to one another.
"I am surprised. Who are you?" The man said, he seemed a bit in his 40's, not technically old in my opinion but he had the face to prove otherwise. He tilts his head as Akira's ears go flat.
"My names...Akira..sir." She said shyly as she stared up at him strongly. He nods, nothing else he could say, this moment being new to him, of course.
"Well...I'm Mr. Tailor or Laurence if you may. No one else seems to be wanting to have the power to communicate with animals so I suppose we're done here, ms Akira." He said, turning around. The moment he went away she looks over at the rest of the people. Some of them leaving but lots. She wondered what was told to them.

Heading back to the home we lived in with her single mother. The day seemed to go down, the sun wasn't usual as on 'The Unbeings Home' would be. It is as if it was a eye watching, bright of course but not yellow but not a ball of heat but not a distance away. Actually, it was bigger and closer, light purple ish and actually a drop of heat. Think of a thing being set in place, when the day is over, the sun begins to melt. When the day begins, the sun begins to fill back over. It might seem interesting but really means that the day goes longer, sometimes.
Akira walks through the door of the beautiful place she called home, almost identical to the rest farther down. Her mother was expected to be in her favorite chair, doing the laundry. Yes, they have laundry.
"I figured your were out. I assume you heard the bells." Her mother smiled, her smile so reassuring and comforting she couldn't help but sit down in front of her mother and watch her. Not wanting to be moved away. Her mother reaches down, petting Akira's soft, long hair, her ears perked up now and her tail wagging a bit.
"Yes..I did mother." Akira gave the same smile back.
"Well...I guess its time for the talk..." Her mother breathed out, leaning forward.
Akira blushed, not knowing how this might play out. Scared even.
"Well..you see." Her mother paused.

"I was once, or almost a goddess." Her mother sighed. "My skill, water. It explains why I am always around lots of liquid. Just a habit because I use to be able to control it." Her mother giggled. Akira giggled as well, her head rocking forward, agreeing.
"Sometimes it was very painful, they don't give you medical supply or anything. Maybe they'll help you out and even if you heal a little quickly by the system but yeah, you get hurt and maybe even killed. Its not for fun, its for hard work and becoming truly. As you can see, there are many levels. High rank, is in the middle. God and goddess is the highest and Managing is the last. I am Managing of course because I didn't make it into high rank or being a goddess because I failed my training. But I'm glad I stayed, I wouldn't of had you of course." Her mother dropped the clothes in her hands, putting them in the basket neatly as she continues.
"Oh. How rude am I, what had you picked, sweetheart?"
"...Animal Communication." Akira said, her ear flickered.
Even though her appearance seems like a animal, it is fairly different.
"Well...its still something. Sounds fun actually."
"I hope so.." Akira sighed.
"We'll just have to find out tomorrow, now won't we?" Her mother pats her head and stands up. Akira thinks about it and squeezed her fists. Nodding and standing up at well.
I will become the only one to make it to the world above, I can make it to being a goddess. Animal communication is simple, plus I'm the only one. All who have laughed will see I can pass this simply. Just wait. Believe it, Vince.
She thought to herself, a smirk appearing on her face.
