It was early in the morning when dream woke up he saw his brother sitting in a chair his head laying on his bed sleeping Dream smiled and shook nightmare. Nightmare woke up and smiled when he saw Dream awake. "Good morning brother let's get your bandages changed." Nightmare said he unwrapped the bandages around Dreams skull getting a good look at the still bleeding large crack. "It still looks pretty bad and is still healing so you need to be careful." Nightmare said he grabbed a fresh thing of new bandages and wrapped dream's skull up and then got up. "I'm going to step outside so you can change just open the closet for something to wear." Nightmare said and walked out the room dream walked to the closet and opened it he went through a lot of clothing till he found an outfit that felt familiar and he put it on and stepped out into the hallway Nightmare gasped at what Dream was wearing his old outfit back before the apple incident he had kept it. " I don't look weird right? I found this in the closet and it felt familiar so I thought I would wear it." Dream shyly blush his wings curled around him in embarrassment.  Nightmare shook himself out of himself out of his shock quick to comfort Dream. "No no no you look great you just surprised me is all. How about I take you on a tour of the castle?"  Dream smiled. "That sounds lovely brother." They spent the next couple of hours touring the castle. That is until for some reason he felt pain? Why did he feel pain? Wait no it wasn't his it was coming from the staircase that lead down Dream went down while nightmare was distracted. He realized he was in a dungeon He stopped in front of a cell in front of a blue glitchy skeleton with a broken arm. "Boss how did you get down here?!" Dream made a confused face. "I'm sorry you must have me confused for someone else. I felt your pain so i came to help." Dream gave a reassuring smile. Blue hesitantly let Dream heal his arm after his arm was healed. Dream smiled reassuringly and said. 'Here we go, you're all healed now." Blue let out a blush, he'd never seen dream this nice before. No one had ever really been this nice to him before. Just then dream perked up Hearing his brother Call him. "I'm coming Nighty." "Dream quickly rushed up the stairs. "Dream there you are, I've been looking everywhere for you. Where'd you Go?" "I'm sorry, brother and I just wandered off for a minute. I got distracted, sorry about that." dream said embarrassed while rubbing his skull. "That's fine dream. Just tell me next time, okay? I don't want to turn around and you'll just be gone". "Promise Nighty." "Come, come on, let's go. Error made dinner and dessert and I really don't want Cross to eat all the chocolate without us." dream let out a snort. "Okay, Nighty your friends sound really funny". Of course they are, they're my friends after all." nightmare said with a chuckle. Nightmare held his brother's hand while leading him to the kitchen. Nightmare was happier than he had ever been in the last five hundred years. Dream may be different now but he finally had his brother back and wouldn't change that for the world.
