The morning sun shined bright as the resident children of Blight Manor were rising for the start to a new day but one was acting a little...strange this morning. That one was Amity Blight as she woke and yawned, rejuvenated and ready for the day. After everything that happened yesterday went through, she could only hope today will actually be good but without even noticing, Amity was still in the cat like position she slept in and rose from her bed, stretching like a cat, before hopping off her bed and out of her room. She was walking down the hall on all four limbs to her siblings' room to wake them up and tell them what she planned to do with her day while also making sure they don't miss school.

'Just because I was suspended, doesn't mean they can try and skip school.' Amity thought as she reached their door.

Without even thinking about it, Amity knocked on it a few times and waited for them. She sat just like a cat at the door and waited for them to open but they didn't answer.

'Are they really sleeping in now?!' Amity thought as she knocked on the door a few more times.

No answer was still given as Amity was getting annoyed, even when she wasn't suspended they would still sleep in! She hissed at the door as he eyes became sharp again, this time going to the door and banging on it with ferocity to wake them up.

"Wake up! Just because I was suspended, doesn't mean-" Amity shouted before the door was opened and she was hit in the head by the door, sending her to to the ground. "UH!"

Once the door was fully open was, Edric and Emira walked into the hallway to see their little sister on the floor and rubbing her head.

"Mittens!" They said, suddenly awake and helping Amity to her feet.

"You okay? We didn't see you." Edric said in worry as they saw her stop and open her eyes to glare at them.

"Yeah, no thanks to you guys waking up late. Again!" Amity said as they flinched back, seeing her pupils sharp like a predator instead of normal and round. "I know you're the older siblings but I'm not going to be around the wake you up all the time, so get your acts together!"

The twins seemed to be out of it as they didn't hear her and focused more on her eyes, the slime green color and sharp pupils glaring at them.

'Oh god, it's getting worse!' they thought in silence as Amity noticed their almost blank faces and was confused by it.

"Hello? Are you guys listening to me?" Amity asked as her eyes slowly turned back to normal. "Are your brains finally broken from all those stupid prank ideas?"

"Uh-No. No, we're fine, Mittens. We're...just wondering if your head is okay." Emira said as they let go of Amity.

"It stings a bit but I'll be alright." Amity said before walking down the hall, completely forgetting that she walked like an animal a minute ago before the door hit her head.

The Blight twins look to each other before getting ready, hoping the demon hunters they hired to watch Amity from the shadows would do their job. Once the two older siblings were ready for school and Amity brought out 3 bowls and a box of Sugar Skulls cereal, the trio ate breakfast in silence as they either were in no mood to talk or just didn't know what to say at this moment. The twins were currently thinking about what they just saw with Amity's eyes and wondering if that had anything to do with how she come yesterday while Amity herself was thinking of what to do now that Lilith was no longer a trusted option.

'Maybe...Eda?' Amity thought as she recalled all that Luz told her about Eda. 'She may be a wanted criminal but she is as powerful as Lilith. Maybe she could teach me while I'm suspended.'

After the quietest family breakfast in history, the Blight siblings were assembled at the front doors to bid farewell until after school.

"Try to stay out of trouble, today. One child in our family is enough for suspension." Amity said to Ed and Em as they put on their school bags.

"Yeah yeah, Mittens. We get it." Edric said with an eye roll. "So what are you gonna do while we're gone? Study your old notes? Go to Lilith again?"

"Maybe she'll write some Azura fanfiction?" Emira questioned with a chuckle.

"I'm going out." Amity said quickly as she turned away to her room, playing to get dressed and focus on getting to the owl house without them knowing.

'Though the fanfiction idea sounds good.' Amity thought as Edric and Emira looked to each other with a silent nod.

'Lets see if those demon hunters can do their jobs.' they thought as they left the house, heading to school.

After getting ready for the day, Amity was making her way to the owl house through the forest to avoid the guards or any coven wizards. She couldn't be too careful after Lilith's surprise attack with that sleep spell, for all she knew they were looking for her to bring her to Lilith so she could finish what she planned to do.

'I refuse to let that happen. Whatever she has planned, it's would've only made the answers about my past harder to find.' Amity thought before stopping in the middle of the forest, looking around for anyone as if she could sense someone was there but she saw no one. 'Why do I feel like someone is there? It's...almost like when Lilith attacked me yesterday and something told me to dodge and run.'

Narrowing her eyes at the land around her, Amity continued her trek through to Eda's house for some kind of lesson from her. Even if it was ridiculous, it was better then nothing. As Amity continued to the owl house, she was unaware how right her instincts were about her being followed as in the shadows of the tree, the leader of the demon hunters with two more at his aid were watching her as Edric and Emira hired them to do.

'Why did she stop earlier? There's no way she could've sensed us, could she?' The leader thought with narrow eyes before signaling his team to follow her, still having a job to do for these rich twins.

They continued to follow Amity from a distance as they made it to a clearing and heading to a familiar house they hadn't seen since the moonlight conjuring night!

'The house demon!' the leader thought in shock as Amity knocked on the door and was let in by the owl demon.

Back with Amity, she green haired girl was introduced to the sight of Luz, Gus, and Willow talking in the living room. They must've gotten here to talk a bit before heading to school and were surprised to see Amity at the owl house.

"Amity!" Luz said with a surprised smile before walking to her. "What are you doing here?"

"Yeah, we thought you'd be at home just studying on your own." Gus said as Willow nodded in agreement.

"Well due to certain circumstances, I decided to come and ask or pay if she says no, Eda for a magic lesson." Amity said as she walked towards with couch with Luz following behind her. "I'd go to Lilith but she's too busy with coven work."

While Gus and Willow accepted that answer and the logic, only Luz knew that it was a lie. She had a feeling after what happened yesterday, Amity would not be going to Lilith for quite a while. At least not until she found the answers she was looking for about her past.

'Just what is so important that can cause all this insanity?' Luz thought to herself as she looked to her friends.

"Well alright but what was that think with Boscha cowering behind me the other day?" Willow asked as she looked to Amity. "She freaked out when she saw you and hide behind me while shaking."

"It was probably just from the fight at school, you know how bad Amity beat her, right?" Luz answered as Gus nodded in agreement.

Amity nodded as well and was about to comment before she felt something inside her again, it was that instinct again, but this time it was telling her to GO to something instead of running away from it.

"Amity?" Luz asked as she watched Amity stand up and walk to the door for some reason.

Deciding to follow her, Luz watched as Amity opened the door and looked around sharply while growling a bit. Gus and Willow were a bit confused by this sudden action and got up to watch themselves, following behind Luz.

'Someone is out here.' Amity thought as she didn't notice her senses heighten, allowing her to pick up even the smallest of sounds.

While she looked and looked, the demon hunter trio was watching from the tree line as Amity searched for them.

'Impossible! How did she find us!?' the leader thought in shock as he saw one of his team slowly move back, dragging his feet along the ground. 'No, Tom! You'll give us away!'

The almost silent sound of boot crunching against dirt sounded like firecrackers to Amity as she flung her head to the noise, her eyes becoming predatory as he vision illuminated the hunters and made them visible to her.

'Demon hunters?' Amity thought as she recalled what they did and what she assumed they were here for. 'The house demon!'

It wasn't uncommon that people knew what demon hunters were capable of and didn't care who or what gets in their way as long as they got the demon they're after! If they were after Hooty, then they'll do anything to get him. Including hurting or killing Eda, King, Gus, Willow, and...Luz.

'No. NO! I REFUSE TO LET THEM HURT LUZ!' Amity thought as growled wit her teeth showing, her finger nails growing to claws before she bent into a running/four legged stance.

"Amity?" Luz asked again as she saw Amity in a sort of attack position.

"HSSSS!" Amity hissed before running to hunters, who gasped as they saw Amity rushing right towards them like an animal!

"How did she know we were here?!"a purple haired woman asked in shock.

"I don't know but what do we do?! WE weren't supposed to be seen!" Tom said with panic in his voice, remembering the last time they dealt with powerful children on conjuring night.

The leader was about to reply before Tom was suddenly tackled by Amity to the ground.

"AAH!" Tom screamed as Amity clawed his face a bit, making the other two rush to help him.

"Get off him, kid!" the woman said as she grabbed Amity be her shoulders but was soon pushed back as Amity leapt back.

This sent both of them tumbling out of the wood and rolling into the clearing before Amity was top top of her and raised her claws to scratch her face like Tom's.

"AAH!" The woman screamed as she raised her hands to block the claws, feeling her arms getting damaged against Amity's claws. "Kid, stop! We're not here to cause trouble!"

Tom got up, face covered in claw marks, began to draw a spell circle before the leader slapped his hand down.

"Stop, we can't hurt the kid!" he said before charging to her the female hunter.

"Well what can we do? She's nuts!" Tom said as he followed.

As the two tried to restrain Amity and fail, Luz, Gus, and Willow were left shocked and confused on what was happening. They didn't know why the demon hunters were here or how they found them but that didn't come close as to why Amity was going crazy fighting them like an animal!

'What...am I looking at?' Gus and Willow thought as they watched Amity jump to avoid a tackle and springboard of the ground to kick Tom in the face before diving at the leader, who grabbed her to hold her back.

"What the heck is all this racket?" Eda asked as she and King walked out the door, stopping and pausing at the sight of Amity going feral on the demon hunters...and winning! "What the?"

"What is going on?" King asked as they watched Amity break from the leader's grip and slash at him this time.

"Whoa! Hey!" The hunter leader said as he dodged the surprisingly fast slashes before he brought out his sword, using it to block the slashes as sparks flew.

"HSSSS!" Amity hissed before she went faster then before, bolting around the hunter leader and slashing at him as he kept blocking her claws.

'What the heck is this kid?! When we were paid to watch her, I didn't think she be some kind of crazy beast!' he thought as he was actually beginning to sweat, having been out of demon hunting for a while and gotten a bit out of shape. 'Why the heck were they even worried about in the first place?!'

He continued to block her slashes for then few minutes before he noticed his sword was beginning to crack from the attacks, he didn't expect her attacks to be so powerful.

"No. No. No. NO!" he screamed in panic as he stumbled back, not wanting his trusty weapon to give out on him now.

Especially against a little, freaky girl! He looked back to Amity and her coming at him with both claws ready for an attack! He moved on instinct and raised his sword to block the attack but to everyone's shock, his sword shattered from the impact of her attack.

"Uh!" het let out as he stumbled to the ground, holding up the remining hilt of his once mighty blade.

"Boss!" Tom and the woman shouted as they went to him.

"Wh-Wh-Wha-" he let out as he looked up to Amity, seeing her prowl towards them with her teeth grit. "What the heck are you?!"

Amity didn't answer in words as she hissed loudly at them, raising her claws as she was about to attack again! The demon hunter trio screamed at the little girl, not wanting to suffer anymore crazy injuries and ran away from the owl house. Watching as they ran away, Luz, Gus, Willow, and King were left in a state of shock and confusion as Amity retracted her claws and made her way over to them...on all four limbs.

'That......that....' Eda thought as he head hurt a bit, rubbing it as something flashed in her mind for a moment. 'I feel....like I've seen that before.'

No one said anything for the next few minutes as the group moved back in the house and sat on the couch, keeping their eyes on Amity as she was laying down with her head on Luz's lap. Apparently that "fight" had left her a bit tired so she needed some rest but that didn't explain why she is acting like this!

"This is weird, right?" Willow asked as she saw Luz rub circled around Amity's back, getting her to smile and purr from them.

"Definitely weird." Gus said as he pulled out his scroll before Willow stopped him, stopping him from taking pictures or recording a video.

"Do you think....she'll stay like this?" Luz asked with a mix of worry and slight awe at how cute Amity was being, stopping her back rubs and getting a slight growl from Amity.

"Not sure...but I can look into this while you kids are at school." Eda said as she sat next to Luz and took over the back rubs, not wanting Amity to go all feral on Luz like those hunters. "Whatever reason she's acting all weird like this, I'm sure I can fix it."

Feeling the back rubs resume but with a firmer feel, Amity moved herself to Eda and laid on her lap while nuzzling for more.

"Purrrrr." she let out as she and Eda felt something strange inside them, like.........this was natural.

"Awwwww." Luz let out at how cut this was, getting a blank stare from Eda.

"Don't you three have school to get to?" Eda asked them as their eyes widened, having lost track of time and rushed out the house to make it to school on time. "That's what I thought."

"Yeah.....so what are you gonna do about her? This is even worse than last time." King said from the left side of the couch, remembering the belly rub he gave Amity from before.

"Like I said, I'll look into it." Eda said as she gazed down to Amity, seeing the smile on her face as she laid on Eda's lap.

'Why does this feel so right? And so familiar?' Eda thought to herself as she found herself beginning to smile at the green haired girl's animal like affection.
