"you will regret saying that to me" he was seething but something in my defense turned him on so I kept eye contact with him. he grabbed my shoulders and bent me over the table nearby where we were standing. my skirts and clothes were moved and he took me roughly. it was hard enough that I was screaming out. I regretted pushing him. it hurt and felt so cold like he cared nothing for me. I had tears streaming down my face but I didn't once ask him to stop. this needed to happen for the plan and for the plan I would endure. 

he collapsed on top of me when he was done, breathing heavily. but he must have felt the motion of crying in my chest because he suddenly was off of me. the cloud of hormones that had been in both of our heads was gone and he looked at me wide-eyed at what he had done. 

He scooped me off the table and brought me to the bed. he tucked me in and apologized profusely about what happened. but even though he was wracked with guilt and I knew he wanted to find Cora he stayed with me. he stayed until I stopped crying, he stayed until I updated him on all the work I did for him. he stayed until I bored him with talking about my sister and his friend, he stayed until I fell asleep. 

it was mid after noon when I woke again and I was alone. worse I was sore. I had a bit of a limp as I left my room in search of food. but before I got anywhere with that search I heard a muffled bang from one of the sitting rooms. when I went ti investigate I saw Rachel and one of her ladies maids listening at the door. she walked to me before I called out to her. 

"Demetri is in there with Cora. she is having a fit about you two last night or I guess this morning" Rachel winked at me with a knowing smile. 

"he told her" I gasped, he must really love her to tell her the truth. 

"he said that you must be honest to be in a relationship." that hit me hard as I am actively lying and polting here. but I need to for the plan. 

"oh darling, I hope you are pregnant that would really be a thorn in her paw" Rachel must not like Cora either, it is a wonder that the prince ever fell for her if she was really this terrible. 

"but wouldn't that upset Demetri?" I wanted to get the measure of what his family was feeling about this 

"he would be upset at first but he would snap into the role of father very quick I mean you see him with his siblings. I will tell you that when we announced I was pregnant the first time he was so angry because he felt I was trying to replace his mother but then he met his sibling and he loved them unconditionally. so if you were to carry his child he would be the most caring man there is." 

"I am going to go find some food thank you, your Majesty" I wondered away. it was one thing to talk about trapping him it is another to actually trap the prince. 

Nema led me to my ladies in waiting who were all in a sitting room having some drinks. when I walked in they all froze and stared. Pricilla was the first to react by getting up and hugging me. 

"you did good girl" she whispered in my ear then she looked at Nema "Thank you for bringing her to us Nema I appreciate the care you give us" 

she closed the door after Nema left and that is when the squealing started. I hope that they soundproofed the room. 

"oh, I am so excited sister. I can't wait for you to start showing" Faith exclaimed that is when it hit me. 

I was most likely pregnant.
