A/N: Hey everyone this is Shiho here! Just making another Hetalia story about America going through depression about 9/11. It's really sad. As an american, I'm proud to write this story. Despite being american, I'm also african and an hint of japanese. Weird combination, I know but it's true. Alright on with the story.

When Alfred cries...

He hides his face...

And it's always quiet....

The World Conference was now being held in Washington D.C

To the nations it was just a normal day.

Italy shouting out pasta!

England and France were fighting again.

Switzerland was threatening everyone with his guns.

China was still trying to sell stuff to the other nations.

Canada is still invisible to everyone.

Russia was trying to make everyone become one with him....Again. ^J^

Greece was sleeping with his cats.

Romano trying to get away from Spain while shouting out "Tomato-Bastard!!"

Austria was playing the piano. (BTW. why's a piano in a conference room anyway?)

Hungary looked like she was about hit Prussia on the head with a frying pan.

Sealand was desperate to make everyone acknowledge him.

The nordics...Were just being nordics...

Germany was yelling to get everyone to calm down!

And America was.....Wait...Where's America?

England: *Groan* Where is that wanker?!

France: He's probably late again Angleterre.

England: Shut up I already know that frog. He's supposed to be hosting this meeting! To busy playing around or stuffing himself with those hamburgers!

Just then the doors to the meeting open and saw America.

Everyone was expecting to shout out "He's the hero!" Or "Dudes, sorry I'm late!"

.....Nothing....

Everyone continued to stare at America in confusion until they saw a sad look in his eyes.

England: A-A-America. Are you okay lad.

All he did was nod....

Those sky blue eyes did not had their shine in them. In fact they look lifeless...

Japan: A-America-san?

Canada: A-Al?

America:.....

America went to his seat and begin to put his head down.

Germany: America, is everything alright?

America instead told him to turn on the television.

Germany turns on the telvision and it shows a horrifying scene happening in New York.

-The Twins Towers had been attacked in New York City!!

-Almost 3,000 people had died.

-It was a terriost attack!!

- Some people in the towers were jumping to their deaths in hope of escaping!

-The towers had crumbled to the ground.

-People were running and screaming!!

-People were crying because of their family members deaths.

-Some terriosts hijacked the plane.

-America will never be the same again....

Silence echoed throughout the world meeting as everyone stared shocked and bewilderment. Then they turned to America who had tears in his eyes.

America:.....

England: A-America....

America: I'm no hero....
