I dunno. Maybe its cause I have it set in my mind that Rantaro and Kokichi are best friends and Rantaro is like #1 wingman so Amasai for me is just Rantaro going up to Kokichi being like "I finessed your biTCH"

But of course that's pretty bias.

Also I once read this thing, it wasn't amasai but Rantaro was Shuichi's therapist so... cLoSe eNoUgH :D
