"But Rose, why did you have to bring her here?! She is a Homeworld gem! She can kill us when we least expect it!" someone whined.

"Look she's waking up. Let me talk to her alone." another person who I assume is Rose Quartz said.

"Ugh, fine. But don't get mad at me if she tries to hurt you." the same person as before said.

"Just go already Pearl." Rose said.

When I awoke, I saw a star on a uniform. I instantly summoned my gauntlets and was about to punch her, but suddenly I didn't.

"I'm glad you came to your senses Amber." Rose said.

"Why am I here?" I asked.

"I want you to join the Crystal Gems." she said.

I was furious. I summoned my gauntlets and punched a hole in a wall. "I DON'T WANT TO BE A CRYSTAL GEM YOU JERK!!"

Rose had an upset look on her face and then she bursted into tears.

Soon enough I bursted into tears. "I'M SO SORRY!!!!!"

"(sniffs) It's okay Amber. You acted the way you did because you have been raised to believe we are bad." Rose said.

Rose and I hug. "Mom, who's this?" a boy about my age asked.

"Steven, this is Amber. Amber, this is my son Steven." Rose said.

"Hi" Steven and I said at the same time while blushing.

"ROSE!!! ARE YOU DONE TALKING TO THAT HOMEWORLD GEM YET????" a purple gem who I assume is Amethyst said.

Soon enough some humans who are their friends, Garnet, and a pink lion were surrounding me. (Quick Author's Note: Amber is really shy and will pass out if there are a lot of people or gems looking at her.) Then I passed out. "What happened to her?" Steven asked.

"Oh no. I knew this was going to happen." Garnet said.

When I awoke, I was so upset at myself for passing out. "OHMYGODIAMSOSORRYTHATHAPPENEDI-" I said was interuppted by someone kissing me. I look in complete shock and horror that STEVEN was the culprit. I slapped him and ran out of the place crying.
"Amber, wait!" Steven shouted.
But I was too far away to hear him.
