Personality:
Leon can be real mean, possibly even a bully, even when he doesn't exactly mean to be. He's chill and will say whatever comes to mind, weather it be offensive or not. He'll rough with his friends by punching them in the arm, as a sort of sign of his friendship and casualness towards someone.

Backstory:
Leon had a nonbiological octoling brother, Splash, that he looked up to when he was small. He wanted to be just like Splash and was shown how the octoling engineers tech and stuff that most inklings don't understand. He was amazed by it, thinking that it was some kind of magic, but one day Splash vanished and left Leon to his own devices and a sort of bitter attitude towards family relationships.
If all family are like his nonbiological brother, then they'll end up vanishing on his friends too, so he keeps distant from meeting families of friends and even avoids talking to his own family.
Recently, calming exercises have helped his very explosive rage, and he is now more of a chill squid than before, but still stays distant from family-related things.. secretly, he still has an interest in the octo technology, and wants to be able to learn more about it.
