Backstory: the lab he was made in was the lab from the government. The government had forced young children out of their homes and thrown them into the lab. To never seen their family's again, he government gave the children super powers so they could be sent into war and fight for the country. Some kids couldn't even make it throwing some testing, well Xander grew up in the lab, going off and killing entire solider bases. But coming back very weak and wounded as his child body couldn't handle all the power. Well soon there was no more war and they didn't know what to do with the kids. So they sent all of them all back, sadly Xander's parents. They didn't want him, so they left him on the streets. Xander grew up on the streets soon getting a job and a apartment and such.
Other: He does suffer from PTSD from the lab, as doctors, needles, blood or anything of that sort gets him into a dizzy haze and he often freezes up -literally- or faint. When he uses his powers, the marks on his body glow.
