You dodge her kicks and punches and throw your bowl of soup at her.

"AHH MY EYES! THEY'RE GONNA MELT!" She screams in agony. You take this chance to escape and run out of your house.

You sprint outside and bound into the woods by your house. Little did you know, you've made a bad mistake.

You hear behind you the familiar scream of Alyssa. "CHURCH BELLS! DINGALINGLING!"

You don't say anything back and hide in a nearby bramble bush.

"But I don't have any jolly ranchers!" A voice yells behind you. You whip around to see your friend from school, Cody. "I'll give you some tomorrow just calm down!" He yells once again. He is talking to someone on the phone. He hangs up and notices you.

"Sorry, I was just on the phone with Colin, he's mad because I won't give him any Jolly ranchers." He explains.

You nod curtly. You hear the approaching sound of feet crunching leaves. You peak through the thorns to see Alyssa stopping in front of the bush. She doesn't notice you but she sees Cody.

"You're grounded." Cody says.

"SHUT UP MOM!" Alyssa yells. You rustle the bush a bit and Alyssa looks directly at you. She gasps. She lunges downward like she's about to attack, but instead of attacking, she picks up a huge spider and starts petting it.

"That's a cute little puppy!" She coos.

"That's a spider." Cody breaks the news. Alyssa screams and throws she spider at Cody. She jumps into the bramble bush. She looks at you.

"YOU." She screams. "IM NOT DONE WITH YOU YET."

You scream helplessly as she wraps her arms around you and squeezes you, also shaking you. You kick her in the gut.

"Oof!" She gasps. "That weally weally hurt Charlie."

You charge out of the bush and cast a bewildered glance back at her. You dodge trees until you come to the edge of the forest.
