Maaysa didn't like how her plan is trying to fail so she left the cafe and stood outside Hidaya's car then called her to come outside that she didn't lock her car. Hidaya grumbled and kept her meat pie before adjusting her heels and left the cafe to where Maaysa is. She opened her car and find it locked so Maaysa tricked her into this right? But for what?
Maaysa knew Hidaya would come out if she is told that her car has problem because it has happened to her once. She left her car opened and the next thing she knew is that it disappeared so she stopped leaving chances for that and especially not to her favorite new car.
"Assalamu alaikum." She heard a masculine voice from behind her making her jump on her feet and would've being lying flat on the floor if not for the strangers hands around her shoulder. "I'm sorry I frighten you." That same voice apologized with a hint of concern and she melted before turning around to find the source of the voice and her most embarrassing moment.
"Wa'alaikum assalam, no problem." She added her Indian accent to the taslim bringing out all the huruf.
"I just thought I could say hi and get your phone number if that is not a problem." He let out a cheeky smile and she swooned, his teeth are pearly white.
"Oh. That is not a problem but I don't like giving my phone number to strangers." She tilted her head and raised a brow when he chuckled.
"I won't become a stranger after having it, don't you think." Real smooth, she thought.
"Yeah, you are right. But I still don't get why you want my phone number though. You just met me like five minutes ago and you want to become no stranger. Isn't that strange?" She raised a perfect arched brow aloft and narrowed her eyes.
"A beautiful lady like you isn't supposed to mingle around without a man, it's not safe. So I'm thinking of becoming that man, if there is a chance that is. Hope I'm not too late."
"Uhm, not really." She smiled a real smile before asking for his phone and typed her phone number to his latest Samsung.
"Well, I should just give you a quick call so you can save it." And he did just that but she picked the call and placed her phone to her ear, waiting for him to talk.
"I don't know your name." She grinned and said to the phone.
"Ja'afar Muhammad." He said also through the phone staring right into her brown eyes that is yawing to gold because of the sun rays hitting her fair face.
"Nice name. Hidaya Aliyu." She whispered lowly into the phone again.
"The obedient daughter huh?" He whispered the meaning of her name and she grinned, liking him all the more. She likes men who have knowledge about their religion and even Arabic, it's a major turn on.
"Yep. I'll catch up with you later, I need to go back in there." She raised her brow at the cafe where the girls are silently munching on their food whilst looking at her. If they could read lips, they would've known what they were saying because of how they are giving so much concentration into her conversation.
"Alright, I'll call you later, inshaAllah."
"Ma'assalam." She nodded and make her way to the door where Humaira is coming out from.
"Hey, I met you again. I see my brother took a liking at you, this is first. Anyways, please collect my number from Maaysa, I'm in a hurry but I'll like to hangout with you girls sometime." She whispered in a hurry and left.

"Mommy, you won't believe what happened today." Humaira loudly said as soon as she walked into their home where her mother is sitting comfortably on the maroon sofa with her hands typing in her phone.
Hajia Shahida is an only mother since her husband died few years ago leaving her with two children, Ja'afar and Humaira. There are a lot of proposals coming her way but she never acknowledged any and thought she is too old to get married and also thinks her children won't appreciate her replacing their father but in all honesty, they want her to get married. There is this void that they won't ever fill so they support her decision but never told her. They are planning something with their father's best friend who is also a widow.
Their father Alhaji Muhammad Mukhtar is a well respected man in the society and was once a minister. His father gave him everything he wanted and offered him a job in one of the renowned companies in Nigeria where he is given the managing director. He likes his job and has been working hard to provide for his family and he has achieved just that. Now they won't ever be called poor and the money he has will be enough for them to live their lives comfortably till death.
"What happened?" The mother asked looking interested and even kept her phone beside her on the sofa and ask both her children to come and join her which they did with Ja'afar grumbling under his breath because he paid her huge amount of money not to say anything to their mommy but the traitor didn't even remove her shoes and already started with her.
"I saw that model that I've been talking about. Hidaya Borkan!" She squealed the last part making her mother laugh and Ja'afar to furrow his brows. Her name is Hidaya Aliyu and not Borkan and is she a model? He never knew that.
"Really?" His mother's voice brought him out from his reverie and he try searching her name on internet and see whether it will pop up. Faintly listening to his sister's voice in the background.
"Yes and Ya Ja'afar also talked to her. I am totally going to ship them now!" She grinned widely but her mother's smile faltered because she didn't like the idea of her son and some model. Models don't take marriage seriously, even the Muslim ones because they like their job more than giving birth and she is already seeing her son's future.
"Was she nice?" Her mother asked again to confirm what is bugging her mind. If she by any chance is going to be her daughter in-law, she is afraid she won't see her grandson soon. And rich daughters are not really respectful all the time too. She wanted her son to go to their homeland to get a lady and get married to her.
"Yes, mommy! Her sister introduced us and they were so cool. I think they all must be around twenty three or two just like me. We're going to hang out soon." Humaira rambled, acting like the teenager she is.
Ja'afar stopped when he found her name and picture when she was just a teenager, she is not alone, she is with another man but he isn't really a teenager but also not old. True to Humaira's words, she is on the net and the article says.
'Why did they stop modelling when they are everyone's favorite back in the day? Hidaya Aaliy Borkan and Zayn Khattab Borkan shouldn't have stopped modelling. The two Indians live in Nigeria with their families after leaving United Kingdom having both graduated from Oxford University. They make the perfect team together but heard that Zayn is married and lives happily with a son, from an inner source. It is also said that Hidaya is still single but has no interests in modelling again. Her career is giving her better and working in the family company is what she does. It is also said that they only modelled for fun in their university days.'
Ja'afar sighed and didn't bother checking further since she isn't a model anymore and has no interest, he would've being shattered because even he wouldn't like a model as a wife not that he is against them but he won't like to be the one between her and her dream job. He grinned at the phone and let a cheeky grin before tuning back the conversation getting on with his sister and mother.
"...she is more beautiful now that she is older." Humaira commented bringing a small chuckle from her mother.
"Some people get more finer when growing just like you." That brought out a blush from Humaira.
"She is not a model anymore now and works in her family's company." Ja'afar commented as though he has gone through his mother's heart and find out what she is thinking about earlier.
"Oh, that is nice." She commented with a nod before taking her phone when it rang.
"Your uncle said hi." She said to them before standing up and went upstairs to her room.
She said uncle and they knew who she means. Barrister Ahmad Sadiq, their father's best friend is the one who called her. Maybe their plan is finally getting into action since she stood up just to answer his phone call when she normally does it in front of them.
Ja'afar lazed around in his home for awhile before taking his laptop to his room so he could Skype his new found friend soon to be fiancée. He is already twenty nine, what else would he wait for when his friends are already celebrating the children's birthdays? He will speed things up if she is ready and get it over with. She is just the perfect woman for him and he could feel it in his bones so there is no need to delay and he sure is going to pray istikharah in the night just to be sure it is not her beauty that is dragging him in.
"How was your day?" He asked after they exchanged pleasantries through the phone call.
"It was tiring. Had a long day with the girls." He heard her such from the other line.
"I can imagine. You up for thirty minutes Skype?"
"Uh, sure. Let me just change." She hung up the phone and he immediately requested her Skype to which she accepted and lie down on her bed.
She has a black hijab around her and she placed the laptop on another pillow while she lie her head on the other. She till looks beautiful if he would say so himself.
"You hate chocolate? No way! You should be banned from this earth for real." Hidaya widened her eyes when she heard his awful words about hating chocolate. Who does that?
"I shouldn't." He laughed, showing his pearls and she didn't stop herself from smiling.
"Is it allergy or some terrible experience? No, forget about the terrible experience because I know no one goes through any terrible experience from chocolate so its definitely something else."
"I just hate how it stuck in my teeth and also make it brown without my knowledge." He shrugged when he saw her eyes widening even further.
"This is a sin, it should be illegal to hate chocolate." And she continue with her dramatic antiques making him laugh further.
