Harry's pov.
What professor McGonagall said was really sinking in.Voldemort was back.The battle hadn't ended.So...what was happening?Was i going to face the torture again?Was i going to lose the friends i have left?

"So...if he is back,we have to fight another war?"asked Ginny."We don't know.And i think that Hermione's kidnap has something to do with him rising."said McGonagall."What did Dumbledore say?"asked George."He has no idea he was rising.But the....the..chamber of secrets has been opened."she said.My heart skipped a beat."What?There is an heir of slytherin there at hogwarts?"Molly asked.

"No damage has been made.They discovered that opening the day before Ron's marriage."she said.I saw him.He was sitting on the couch,not caring about anything.He was only worried about Hermione.He didn't care if Voldemort returned or not."What if Hermione has been handed over to...him?"asked Arthur.All of us hoped it wasn't real."We have to act.All of us must stay on guard.I'll go to Hogwarts and see what Dumbledore has to tell.Protect him" professor said,pointing at me.I felt the same hopelessness again.

People had died protecting me.All of their deaths were in vain.They died for nothing cause he is back,roaming freely.I felt anger surge inside me."No one needs to protect me.You will all die doing that.I have seen enough of my near and dear ones losing their lives protecting me.I'll go alone.To fight."i said.I know it was foolish but i had no choice.I couldn't let tyem die.

I went near the door when i heard a sound.

Hermione's pov.
My head was spinning.Even after we came to the spot,i couldn't see clearly.As we walked i realised.The burrow.Why were we here.Oh...it was Draco.He read my mind.We were soon knocking the door.Draco was nervous.He was worried that people might get him wrong.Some one opened.the door and pointed their wand at me.Harry.

"Harry!!It's me."i said.He never moved."What does Hermione smell in the love potion."he asked.He was checking."Well..new parchment freshly mowed grass,spearmint toothpaste and Ron's hair."i said.He hugged me."Hermione!!Where were you?"he asked."It's fine.I'm safe."i said.He smile faded when he saw the blonde next to me."Get away,Malfoy!!"he shouted,pointing his wand at him.I went in between."No.Harry!!He's with me.Believe me.He has changed."i shouted.

Harry looked at me,quizzicaly."Yes.Let us in and we will explain."i said.He gave way.When we were to enter,a boy in coat suit stopped us.Ron.I hugged him."Hey Ron.I know i owe you a lot of explanation."i said.As i went away from the hug,he brought me closer to an intense hug.I was shocked.I tried to pull myself away,but he was too strong.Draco's strong hands pulled me back.

"You nasty cockroach!!Don't touch her.She's mine!!Bloody bastard!!"he shouted."Oh yes weasle?Ask her if you own her?"he spat."Tell him to get out of our house,Hermione!!" Ron said and waited for me to do so.I couldn't.Because i truly loved Draco.From the start."What Hermione?"Ron asked,bewildered.Tears rolled down my cheeks."I can't do this,Ron."i said."Why?Did he threaten you?"he asked."No Ron.Because i love him."i shouted.

Silence filed the room.Ron held Draco's collar."What did you do to her?Love potion?Imperious curse?"he asked.I pulled Ron away."It's true love Ron.I love him!!"i shouted."You...love..him?This bastard who has been troubling us from the start?"he asked."He might have been bad.But he has changed.He has become good.He is working against you know who.He is helping us."i said.

"You don't get it Hermione.We loved from when we were 14.How many years.How many sacrifices.We stood together no matter what.Amd because our enemy has changed,it doesn't mean that your feelings for.me will change.Are you cheating on me?"he asked.This was the end.I was cheating on him?Anger boiled inside me.I tried to control it,but it was all in vain.

"I cheated on you?Who was the one who never asked me to the ball?Who was the one who blamed i was a friend with the enemy and went with him to the ball?Who was the one who helped you in getting a place in the quidditch team?Who loved a duffer like you when i had a lot of better people waiting for me to talk to them?And who snogged lavender leaving me in tears.And at last.....who slept with lavender a week before their wedding?"i asked.

The whole room was shocked.No one knew this,i suppose."Ron!!You slept with....lavender??"asked Harry,totally shocked."I....that was....an accident..."Ron said.There was silence in the room.Lavender came from somewhere inside,shouting."What was an accident??You asked me to come to your room that day!!"she said.I gaped."Ok..So you still think it was me who cheated?"i asked.He was dumbfounded.

I held Draco's hand tightly."I love Draco."i said,proudly.He pressed my hand back."I love Hermione."I never expected him to say that.I thought he would keep quite,seeing all these people.Tears rolled down.Ginny smiled.

Ginny's pov.
I was really happy that Hermione had got someone who was better than my good for nothing brother."Come in,both of you."i said.The others nervously smiled and gave way.Only Ron was still grumpy,glaring at Lavender.They came in.

For a second,everyone was happy,like it was any other normal evening.Then,the radio blared.

"An attack on the ministry.By masked people suspected as death eaters,the followers of you know who.The whole ministry is in chaos.Many of them are dead.Many are trying to fight but of no avail.The death eaters seem invincible."

Then we heard a crack.A shout.Someone had attacked the reporter.Poor guy.So much for doing something good.Then an icy voice erupted.

"All of you,beware.The dark lord is back.We will destroy the three troublesome idiots,what do you call yourselves?The golden trio eh?We will kill each of you in such a way that no one will dare to utter the dark lord's name,let alone rebel.Hahahaha!!"

Then the radio went out.Draco turned cold.

"Lucius."

How was the chap?
What will they do?
Where will they go?
Will they survive?
