Kiara's POV:

"Mom I'm leaving." I shouted on top of my lungs but still there was no reply from her. I call her everytime before I leave home but she never hears me and then scolds me when I return. Whatever!

"Dad, I'm going now. You both also be on time." I said and began to leave but stopped when I remembered something.

"Wait, Not only you are the trustee of the college but also your own son is having match today. Yet you both are still here, how can you do this?" I asked. Its Sameer's match today. I have been excited for this day since a long time. Yesterday I told Sameer to take me with him however I overslept and so he went away. I was pretty much angry with him and also decided to fight later, after he wins the match.

"What can I do? You know your mom takes a lot of time to get ready." Dad replied innocently.

"Fine. Just drive safely and be on time." I said and immediately went out of the house. I had some work to do before attending the match so I was hurry.

Soon I reached college and called Anika however she didn't recieve it. I was about to call Veer but before I could do that he came towards me.

"Why are you late? Can't you be on time?" He snapped.

"Veer, You know I hate it when my mornings start like this. The first thing you should do when you meet someone is to greet them lovingly." I replied angrily. I mean comeon, Mornings are a start to our day and they should be pleasant.

"Good morning." He said giving me a side hug.

"Good morning you idiot. Tell me where is Anika?"

"You mean your brother's number one fan?" He asked. Hehe, Anika is really my brother's number one fan.

"Yeah, where is she?"

"Well, She is already on the ground. I told her there is one hour left for the match but she ignored it and went away." He replied. That means I will only have to do all the work and I'm not letting that happen.

"Wait for me, I will be back soon." I said and went towards the ground. As I went there I saw Anika sitting beside Ritik. Why is everyone here so early? I didn't wished to go and call Anika as even Ritik was sitting there but then again I had no option. Yesterday he Ignored me like a pro, today I will give him the taste of his own medicine.

"Let's go, There is still enough time for match to start." I said to Anika.

"Can't we do that work after the match?" She asked and before I could reply anything I heard Sameer's Friend Krish, Call me.

"Do you know where Sameer is?" He asked.

"No. Didn't he came to college yet?" I asked and came to know that Sameer came to college but now Krish didn't saw him, so he was searching for him.

"Anyway, he must be in dressing room. I will go and see." He said and went away. Okay.

"Let's go." I said to Anika however she kept signalling me to talk with Ritik.

"We are getting late, let's go from here." I said and was finally able to get her out of her seat.

"Kiara." I heard Ritik call me, so I stopped and turned to look at him.

"Your earring is going to fall."

I was holding Anika's hand with my right hand, so my first instinct was to check my left ear. I did it and found my earring properly intact. I was going to check my right ear but before I could do it, I felt Ritik's hand on my ear and a very little pain when he fixed the earring.

I wanted to thank him but before I could do that, he went away. What a bipolar person! Even I turned to go from there however Anika's malicious smile didn't let me do that.

Where is he? Why is he not receiving my calls.

I don't think my brother is so careless that he will leave his own match without even informing anyone. I asked all his team members however no one knew about him. If Sameer was there to attend the toss then where must have he went now? What if he is in any trouble?

I looked at the field, the match was going to start in two minutes but still there was no sign of Sameer. The coach and other players looked pretty much disappointed because of his sudden disappearence however the game was supposed to be continued with or without him. I called my brother again however he didn't recieve it. If his phone is ringing why can't he receive it? He hasn't left his phone in the locker which meant he has his phone then what is the problem to receive a call? God please help my brother, I don't want him to face any trouble.

"Kiara, where is Sameer?"

Ritik!

I turned around and saw Ritik standing infront of me with a very concerned face, Nia was also with him but she came few seconds later.

"Ritik." His name came out of my mouth. I don't know why but in this trouble he felt like a ray of hope. I knew I can lean on him and he will solve everything that was troubling me.

"I don't know where he is, I asked everyone. I even called him but still there is no response from him. Please do something." I requested. All this while I was trying to be strong but with him beside me, I felt my tears flow.

"Hey, Please don't cry. Nothing will happen to him. I will find him." He assured resting his hand on my cheek.

"Promise?"

"I promise." He assured once again and made me walk with him. On the way he asked me about the places where I searched for Sameer and even suggested some. Almost all the places he suggested were already checked by me and Sameer's friends, however he was not there.

"Do you have Shruthi's number?" Ritik asked.

"No."

"I do, I will call her." Nia replied and immediately made a call to Shruthi however even she didn't recieve her call. Are they both together or is Shruthi responsible for my brother getting Mia all of the sudden? I didn't wished to think anything negative however I was not able to control myself. As much as I know my brother, he is not careless when it comes to his passion and so he can't leave the game without informing anyone, he is surely in some trouble.

"What might have happened to him?" I asked. I was not able to walk anymore. I was blank about everything. I love my brother more than I love my life and even the thought of him being in some trouble made my heart break into million pieces.

"Kiu, please don't cry. We will find him very soon." Nia assured.

"Nothing will happen to him. Don't worry." Ritik assured and then called someone. Even my phone rang, it was from an unknown number. I immediately recieved it and got to know where was brother was.

Locked inside a classroom, in an unconscious state.

"What the hell. Sameer gets panic attack whenever he is in closed spaces." Ritik said once I informed them about the call. He didn't wait for our reply, he ran to the classroom where Sameer was found.

Ritik's POV:

Next day,

"What?" I asked dad. He was continuously looking at me with a smile on his face. I knew he wished to say something but he was not doing that.

"I'm proud of you. Much more proud then I was before." He finally replied. He was proud of me for saving Sameer, for taking him to the hospital and making sure he gets treated immediately. Nothing ever broke my heart as much as it did when I saw Sameer lying on the floor in unconscious state. Few students were trying to wake him up however there was no response from him. Because we grew up together, we know about eachother's strengths and weaknesses and so I knew about Sameer's panic attacks. I was very scared for him however luckily everything was fine now, Sameer was fine now!

"I know." I replied and again saw a smile appeared on his face.

"Anyway, drive fast, I'm bored." I stated. We were on our way to Abhi uncle's home, Sameer got the discharge from the hospital today morning and so we decided to go and meet him in the evening.

"You are not bored, you are just desparate to see someone." Aashika stated.

"Who? Kiara?" Dad asked and within no seconds I found mom laughing at me.

"Dad." I whined.

"Hey, stop teasing my son." Mom fake warned dad, Which caused him nothing but laugh more.

Whatever. I didn't reply anything, I waited for dad increase the speed of our car and luckily he did.

"Where is Sameer?" Dad asked once we reached.

"In his room." Abhi uncle replied.

"And Kiara?" Dad asked passing a slight smile at me.

"Already started troubling her brother." Sanjana aunty replied. What is wrong with her. She should let Sameer rest. Idiot.

"Come on, she is not troubling him. She is just asking him one simple question which Sameer is not ready to answer. I don't even know what is he trying to do." Uncle said. When asked about what they were talking about, uncle informed that Kiara was asking Sameer about the person who locked him in that room however Sameer was not answering her question. Even I want answer to this question, Sameer was locked... it's obvious he won't do it by himself which means someone locked him purposely.

"Shall I go and meet him?" I asked.

"Sure." Aunty replied and so I directly went towards Sameer's room. The door was open, he was resting on the bed whereas Kiara was arranging everything around him.

"This is the last time I'm asking, who locked you there?" She asked.

"No one." Sameer replied immediately.

"Hi." I said as I went and stood infront of his room.

"Hey. Please come in." Kiara greeted. Sameer looked at me but turned his gaze immediately. Why was that?

"Thank you." He said after few seconds and that too while looking straight at me.

"For?"

"For helping this idiot to find me or else she would have started crying like always." He replied. I remembered our childhood days when Sameer and Kiara used to play hide and seek. Kiara always used to have a hard time finding him and so she used to cry. In order to stop her, Abhi uncle or I, used to help her in finding Sameer.

"But she was already crying."

"Crocodile tears." He stated and within no seconds I saw a pillow land on him.

"I just came from hospital." He said innocently.

"Shut up. You are very much fine now. Just tell me who locked you." Kiara demanded.

"Yes, who locked you?" I asked and saw his face dropped. His eyes showed different kind of pain in them.

"Back to the topic I started. Thank you so much for everything you did yesterday." Sameer said dodging the question.

"Maybe you don't consider me as your friend anymore but I do and so I don't want your sorry. Now getting back to my question, who locked you?" I asked. He again looked down but this time, he answered my question.

"Shruthi." He replied. What? Why would she do that? I mean she was his girlfriend for more than one year already and yet she betrayed him? A betrayal like this is something no one should face. Poor Sameer, I can only imagine his pain.

"What the hell! How can she do that and why?" Kiara asked.

"Leave it kiuu." Sameer said.

"Hell no. How can she do this to you?. I'm not going to leave that bitch."

"Girl, language."

"Shut up. Give me your mobile." Kiara said and tried to get Sameer's mobile however he quickly took it to himself. He even requested Kiara not to do anything but I guess even he knew that Kiara won't stop.

"Mom is calling me." Sameer said and ran out of his room, leaving me and Kiara alone. It was better to go downstairs so I got up to leave.

"Do you have Shruthi's number?"

"Why would I have her number?" I asked. There isn't anything I knew about Shruthi other than her being Sameer's girlfriend.

"I don't know. I thought so. Moreover you keep records of girls right? Like their insta ids and their numbers." She said with a forceful smile. I figured it was a taunt and she was talking about Shriya.

"Why do you remember so much things about me? Are you keeping my record?" I asked giving her the exact smile which she gave me.

"Thank you." She said out of nowhere, which meant she didn't had any savage reply to my question.

"For?"

"Everything that you did yesterday." She replied.

"It's fine." I said and went out of the room.
