At Thakur Mansion
Roshni walked over to Ishaan and hugged him from behind. He turned around and asked" What happened?" She said" So I can't hug my husband." He said" Yes you can but it looks like something is bothering you." She said" I want to tell you something." He said" Tell me." She said" I am pregnant." He said" What! I am going to be a daddy!" She said" Yes!" He lifted her up and twirled her around in joy. He got dizzy so he put her down. He then planted kisses on her face. She said" Okay don't kill me with so much love." He smiled. He then went down on his knees and held her stomach. He said" My little princess, I am your daddy and this is your mommy. I will give you anything you want. I love you!" She rolled her eyes and said" How do you know it is a girl?" He got up and said" Because I know." She said" Anyway, you will not spoil my child." He hugged her and said" I will spoil her. I will be the fun parent while will be the boring parent." She hit him on his shoulder and said" Hey who said I will be boring. I will be fun at times but I will be strict at times." He said" Look princess, your mommy is so scary. But don't worry your daddy is here to save you from her." She pushes him away and he laughed. He pulled her towards him and hugged her.

At the airport in Mumbai
Kartik came off the plane and he saw his friend Sahil. He walked up to him and gave him a hug. He went for his luggage and and left the airport.

In Sahil's car
Suddenly Kartik receives a call.
Call:
Man: I am sorry Kartik, but we have to shut down your business. You owe the bank 1.5 million dollars and haven't returned it.
Kartik: I will return it please don't shut down my business.
Man: I am sorry but we have to.
Call ended
Kartik broke down in tears.

Kartik arrived at his house which was far away from his parent's house.

At Kartik's house
He entered the house and sat down on the sofa. He turned on the TV and saw something shocking. He saw that Roshni, his ex wife was on the news. He saw that she had succeeded in life and gained the title of Mumbai's best doctor. Tears formed in his eyes and he remembered what he told her 5 years ago. He said to himself" I insulted her in the past. I told her that she was useless and good for nothing and that she will never succeed in life. Now look. She has succeeded and now has the title of Mumbai's best doctor. And now I am here and I am losing everything. She has gained and I am losing. I was at riches and now I am at rags. She was at rags and now she is at riches. Look where I am living. I live in a poor and a disgraceful house and I bet she is living in a mansion. I must win her back at any cost! She is mine! I must get her back."
