The last night. Together. How could time pass so fast? I wondered as I stood at my dresser. In the beautiful gossamer dress. "Petra. You look ama-" I glanced at Jess in her beautiful dark red dress. 

"You look hot." Olivia said, trying to tame her curls. "Spicy. Like a pepper." She continued and I rolled my eyes at Olivia's words. I fingered my dark blue and light blue dress, feeling the soft material. 

I felt a hand on my shoulder as I tried not to cry. "Here." Jess said and handed me a feather. The same feather necklace Jesse gave me when we met. 

"Enjoy yourself." was all she said. I closed my eyes.
