Felix placed an invitation on the table which read, 'You are cordially to a night to drama, excitement and intrigue. Be at Karen's Cafe tonight at 7:00 p.m.'

"It's called 'Dare Night'. One night, two teams, multiple dares." Felix stated as Claudia, Nathan, Brooke, Peyton, Haley, Lucas, Skills, Fergie, Mouth and Tim were gathered around the table, they were all staring at Felix. "Each envelope contains a two-part dare. Part one is on the front; part two is on the back. Each dare is worth a certain number of points." Felix explained as he held up one of the envelopes. "This cell phone," Felix continued as he held up the phone, "has picture and video." Felix finished.

"Oh sweet!" Tim shouted trying to reach for the phone but Felix shot him a look and he stopped.

"You do the dare; you send proof of it to the other team. At midnight, time's up. We meet back here and declare the winner." Felix explained and Claudia smirked over at Nathan.

"And what do we win?" Mouth asked intrigued and Felix smirked at him.

"You Mouth, win an excuse to be out till midnight." Felix replied and Mouth laughed. "The rest of you, get a night to remember." Felix continued.

"And you get to humiliate us. Why would we do that?" Lucas asked annoyed.

"Look guys, there's nothing in these envelopes that's harmful to you or anyone else. It's all about having fun, testing your limits. Every once in a while, you gotta wake yourself up." Felix explained looking at Brooke.

"You wanna do it Nate? All anybody does in this town is brood and...pout, get married." Tim said and Claudia looked at him before laughing.

"We'll play." Claudia smirked as she took Haley's envelope from her and threw that envelope and her own onto the table.

"Yeah, what the hell." Peyton said putting hers on the table as well. "I'm up for something daring." She smirked at everyone. Felix looked over at Nathan who threw his on the table in defeat.

"Who else is in?" Felix asked and Mouth, Fergie and Skills threw their envelopes onto the top of the others. Tim threw a beige envelope with his nice, which he wrote himself, onto the table. Felix picked up the envelope and looked at it inquisitively. Everyone laughed.

"Come on! I wanna play. I didn't get invited." Tim asked pleadingly.

"Tell you what; you can play if...Brooke and Lucas play." Felix started as he pointed at them, everyone looked at them. Brooke begrudgingly placed hers on top of the pile and after a few moments, so did Lucas.

"Pick the teams." Brooke stated angrily.

"Alright. Boys against the girls. You six guys against the four girls...plus me. I count as two anyway." Felix said smirking at the girls. Claudia slapped his shoulder.

"Sexist." Claudia muttered and Felix looked at her confused, Nathan smirked at her. "You are not two girls." Claudia said rightly so. "You are lucky to even be or our team. I mean you will just be some weight that we will have to carry. I am so close to slapping you! You sexist arse." Claudia ranted and all the girls smirked at her. She was a proud feminist. Felix nodded his head slowly.

"Sweet. Teams are set." Felix exclaimed ignoring Claudia. He placed a key on Lucas' envelope.

"What's this?" Lucas asked confused.

"That my friend...is your first dare." Felix replied as Lucas raised one eyebrow, Felix smirked.

"OK, hate to break up Charlie's Angels but..." Felix stated handing Peyton the phone, "...you guys take the Cingular phone and do these." He continued as he handed Haley some gold envelopes and Claudia the other ones. "There's nothing too crazy on there." Felix laughed.

"Why do I have to go with you?" Brooke asked disgusted at Felix.

"Because this," Felix said as he held up her gold envelope to her, "is your first dare." He finished smirking ignorantly. Brooke takes it as she rolled her eyes. She opened it up to look at it and laughed.

"Please! I could do that in my sleep." Brooke replied cockily laughing.

"Great! Prove it." Felix challenged as he snatched the envelope back and walked away. They all walk away and begin their dares.

"Hi, can we have five pickled eggs please?" Peyton asked the worker who made a disgusted face.

"So I had an idea, why don't we just get a picture of you eating one egg and then tell them you ate five." Claudia said smirking at Peyton.

"Claudia Scott, we don't cheat." Peyton shouted laughing.

"Well you did with Lucas." Haley laughed and Claudia high-fived her best friend.

"That is true." Claudia laughed and Peyton couldn't help but smile.

"Don't make me smack the pair of you!" Peyton laughed slightly. "Here!" Peyton said giving Haley the phone. "Thank you." Peyton said to the worker as she took her pickled eggs.

"Alright, are we doing this now?" Claudia asked laughing.

"Here we go!" Peyton muttered and Claudia looked at her with anticipation.

"Do it, do it. Go go go." Claudia cheered as Peyton hesitated before she took a bit out of the red egg. Haley took a picture of it and Claudia was nearly sick.

"Four and a half more to go!" Haley said encouragingly, Peyton groaned as she grabbed the napkin and spat out the egg.

"Oh, make that five." Claudia laughed and Haley joined in on the joking.

"Not cheating tastes good!" Haley laughed and Peyton shoved the napkin under their noses laughing.

The three girls were standing in the pitching cages. Peyton stood in front of the pitching machines with a helmet, waiting for it to release a ball. Claudia stood outside of the cage, she was too scared to go in and Haley held the phone out so she could take a photo of proof.

"OK, hold on a second." Haley said as the ball fired out and hit Peyton on her helmet covered head. She fell down dazed. "Oh, oh my gosh! Are you OK? It look-" Haley exclaimed as she ran up to Peyton but another one flied out and hit Haley on the back.

"I am not coming in. It looks painful." Claudia said opening up the door so they could run out and save themselves.

Peyton, Haley and Claudia stood at the front of the church, looking at the cross and stained glass windows.

"So we never really talked about the wedding. Like...how you got there." Peyton said as they looked at the confessional boxes.

"I um. Well you know got up, got dressed, brushed my teeth and went to the beach and the rest is history." Claudia explained before she laughed.

"OK, hard image to forget." Peyton replied and Haley laughed. "Uh, but, I meant more like, uh, I don't know; how your heart got there. Marriage is big. I don't know how you trust somebody for your whole life. I can't even...date somebody with that escape hatch." Peyton explained and Claudia looked at her for a brief moment before she spoke up again.

"I don't know if it was so much about trusting Nathan - which I do - it was...more about trusting myself." Claudia explained.

"Yeah, my old friend; self doubt. I dunno, sometimes everything seem...really simple and then-" Peyton tried to say before Haley spoke up.

"It's not?" Haley replied and Peyton nodded her head. "Alright, so what does this card say again?" Haley asked as she held the envelope changing the subject.

"Uh, we're supposed to...go to the confessional and read whatever's on the card except you're not supposed to read it until we get in there." Peyton explained and Haley laughed.

"Right, right, right. So um...OK, so here's the deal; I'm actually trying to avoid eternal damnation so i'm gonna pass." Haley laughed and Peyton smiled at her.

"Yeah my grandma wold kill me if I said whatever it says on that card." Claudia laughed and Peyton nodded her head before she walked away from the girls and into the box. Once she was done she walked out of the box and up to Claudia and Haley.

"Eternal damnation for you?" Claudia asked laughing as she stood up.

"I-I think jury's still out on that one." Peyton stuttered a little.

"Are you OK?" Haley asked concerned.

"Yeah." Peyton replied surely. "Thanks for hanging out with me tonight Claudia and Haley." Peyton said as both girls nodded their heads. "You guys are good friends." Peyton replied and Claudia laughed confused.

"Thanks. This was fun." Haley replied slightly confused.

"I'm glad we did this. I needed a night like 'Dare Night'." Claudia said and Peyton nodded her head in agreement.

"Yeah, me too." Peyton replied and all the girls smiled at each other. A friendship had just blossomed more.

Everyone except Mouth, Fergie and Skills are stood around the table while Felix counted up the points.

"The guys trail by a hundred and fifty points." Felix stated and Claudia high-fived Haley before she smirked at Nathan.

"We're here." Mouth shouted as him, Skills and Fergie walk in with a box.

"What is that?" Claudia asked confused, Skills and Fergie placed it on the table.

"We had to capture a wild animal from the zoo." Mouth exclaimed and Claudia pouted at the box, she did not like to see animals contained in a box. She was an animal activist, if you hadn't already guessed.

"Yeah, you might wanna back up. This thing is kinda ferocious." Skills said seriously as he hid behind Mouth. Fergie lifted the lid to reveal a saltwater turtle. Claudia walked up and petted the animal as everyone laughed. "Go ahead and laugh, but you shoulda seen this thing before we tamed it. I'm telling you, it was vicious. I mean it was snapping and-and...oh man!" Skills exclaimed terrified as Claudia picked it up and sat with it on the floor so it could walk around, Nathan looked down at her sweetly as everyone laughed.

"Well, well. With your other dares, it appears to be a tie." Felix said and Tim shook his head.

"Oh no, no. Wait, don't forget this." Tim exclaimed as he held the phone out and showed Felix his last dare smiling proud.

"DUDE! What the hell are you doing?!" Felix shouted shocked, Claudia looked up at Nathan who laughed down at Claudia. Tim showed Felix the card.

"It says it right here on the dare card." Tim explained and Felix laughed.

"Man, that's a typo. It's supposed to say take a shot on the second hole." Felix replied and Tim was mortified, everyone backed away from him disgusted.

"Tim!" Claudia and Haley said at the same time as they sat on the floor petting the turtle shocked.

"Gross." Brooke muttered.

"No dice. It's still a tie and I just happen to have a tie breaker." Felix laughed as he held Brooke the envelope. Brooke rolled her eyes and snatched it from him. She opened it and laughed sarcastically.

"Kiss a team mate on the mouth." Brooke stated and Nathan shook his head.

"Well I guess you guys win." Nathan stated and Claudia laughed at her husband.

"Yeah, you are not kissing anyone. Husband." Claudia smirked over at Nathan. He leaned down and kissed her quickly. She had butterflies in her stomach, she had them every time they kissed.

"Convenient!" Brooke exclaimed as threw the letter onto the table. "OK." She said before she stood up and leaned over Felix, giving him the impression she was going to kiss him, she kissed Peyton who yelled laughing.

"Sorry!" Brooke laughed as Peyton shoved Felix. All the boys look at the girls amazed. Claudia stood up and placed the turtle back in his box.

"Okay! Alright!" Nathan shouted stunned as he clapped his hands.

"Unless any of you guys...kissed a stranger in a photo booth...that's the only dare you didn't do." Felix said looking at their cards. Lucas looked shifty while the other guys shrugged and shook their heads.

"Anybody?" Claudia asked getting all excited, she didn't do any dares but she wanted to win so badly.

"Come on!" Peyton shouted as all the girls held their hands waiting anxiously. Of course they left Felix out.

"Sorry guys. Guess they win." Lucas said and all the girls jumped and yelled excited. The guys shrug and mope. Tim is upset but Nathan and Lucas smile. Claudia ran up to Nathan and jumped on his back.

"Since we are walking home and I won, how about you give me a piggy back ride home?" Claudia asked laughing and Nathan rolled his eyes.

Nathan carried Claudia into the apartment and she slid of his back and switched on the light. Tim walked in behind them and closed the door behind him.

"Hey, did you have fun tonight?" Claudia asked walking over to the kitchen as she took off her shoes and threw them into the corner, Nathan followed after her.

"Eventually, missed you though." Nathan smiled as he kissed her on the lips. Tim looked at them, he missed hanging out with Nathan. Claudia opened up the fridge and handed out beer.

"I guess I'll see you later then." Tim said dejectedly as he turned away.

"Tim." Nathan replied and Tim stopped what he was doing and turned to face Nathan. "How bout a game of NBA Live?" Nathan asked Tim smiled at his best friend.

"Alright." Tim exclaimed happily as he jumped on the couch. Claudia winked at Nathan before she walked into their bedroom.

"You losers have fun! I got hundreds of cosmic magazines to read." Claudia laughed as she shut the door behind her.

It was late and their was a knock on the apartment door, Nathan answered it to reveal a upset Haley holding back her tears.

"Haley is here, Claude." Nathan shouted towards the direction of the bedroom. Claudia looked confused as she saw Haley's upset face.

"Haley what's wrong?" Claudia asked walking straight up to her and hugging her. Nathan looked at Tim confused.

"Can we talk, privately?" Haley asked whispered the right thing.

"Yeah, ice cream?" Claudia asked as they stopped talking. Haley nodded nearly crying. Claudia looked over at Nathan.

"Nathan, can you please get us ice cream." She shouted as she pushed Haley into the bedroom so she didn't cry over the boys.

"Yeah sure." Nathan shouted confused.

"Haley, what is wrong?" Claudia asked as they both rested their backs on the backboard of the bed.

"I found..." Haley stuttered until Nathan walked in holding a tub of ice cream and two spoons. Claudia got of the bed and walked up to him.

"Sorry, I have ice cream." Nathan stated looking at Haley who was trying to hold back her tears. Claudia smiled up at him as she took the ice cream off of him.

"Thanks husband. I am sorry but you can't be here." She said pushing him out of the room, once she knew Haley wouldn't have been able to see she kissed him. "I love you. You are the best." Claudia whispered into his ear before she walked back into the bedroom. Haley was already eating the ice cream.

"I found this!" She exclaimed crying as she held up a photo of Lucas in a photo booth with another girl, kissing.

"Oh Lucas." Claudia muttered as she sat next to Haley on the bed who was crying.

"He kissed a girl. HE KISSED A GIRL." Haley shouted really loud and angrily, waving the spoon around.

"Maybe it was for the dare?" Claudia asked trying to justify Lucas actions, even though she knew there was nothing right about that photo. But she loved Lucas and wanted him and Haley to work things out.

"He said he loved me and he kissed another girl." Haley cried and Claudia hugged her. "Claudia, what do I do?" Haley asked crying softly. Claudia looked at her.

"Don't cry. We should not cry a tear when we did nothing wrong." Claudia stated sternly and Haley hiccuped- too much ice cream.

"Have you spoke to him, where did you find the photo?" Claudia asked frantically taking the ice cream from Haley because it was making the situation worse.

"Well after the Dare Night I went back to his place and I was cold so he gave me his jacket and I placed my hand in the pocket and found this." Haley explained pointing to the photo that was lying beside them on the bed. Claudia placed the ice cream on the bedside table.

"Oh Hales." Claudia whispered sympathetically.

"And then I told him my mom needed me and I ran here." Haley continued finishing her story.

"Oh Haley, I am so sorry. Maybe you should talk to him." Claudia suggested and Haley shook her head sternly.

"Not tonight. No way I can not talk to him tonight." Haley stated and Claudia nodded her head comfortingly.

"Do you want to stay here tonight?" Claudia asked, she felt bad asking Haley to stay over without Nathan's knowing, but she could not let her friend be upset and alone.

"Can I please?" Haley asked timidly as she pouted.

"Of course. Let's watch sad movies and eat chocolate." Claudia exclaimed and Haley smiled at her, it cheered her up at least.

"I will go get the blankets and you get chocolate." Haley shouted before she ran into the bathroom.

"Deal." Claudia shouted back before she walked into the kitchen, where Nathan stood. Tim had left.

"Hey stud." Claudia laughed as he wrapped his arms round her waist.

"How's Haley?" Nathan asked and Claudia just gave him 'she is upset, but don't tell her you know' look. Nathan nodded his head.

"Is it okay if she stays over tonight?" Claudia asked with pleading eyes, Nathan laughed slightly and looked away.

"Are you kicking me to the couch?" Nathan asked smiling down on his wife.

"Aw no we won't be sleeping, just crying over sad movies." Claudia said as Nathan rested his head on her shoulder.

"Claudia I got the blankets." Haley shouted walking into the living room.

"I got the chocolate." Claudia exclaimed holding up a chocolate bar, she turned to face her husband. "You can watch it if you want?" Claudia asked Nathan who laughed.

"I am going to bed." He said before he kissed her on the cheek. Claudia turned around and held his face in her hand.

"Love you husband." Claudia said before he kissed him on the lips.

"Love you too wife." Nathan smiled as they pulled away.

"Now leave." Claudia laughed as she slapped his bum.

"Night Haley." Nathan said.

"Night." Haley replied as Nathan walked into the bedroom closing the door behind him.

"Pretty in Pink?" Claudia asked smiling at Haley.

"Pretty in Pink!" Haley squealed jumping onto the couch. That was the bits that Claudia missed out on when she first started to date Nathan. But now she is rebuilding her friendship with Haley, she just needs to figure out how to solve Haley's problem aka Lucas. She needs the three amigos back all together.
