Help, I'm steppin' into the Twilight Zone

'Ello! How are ya, darlings?

I've been doing well since Teusday which is good news, since I've been grouchy this week.

You can guess why, but...it's ebbed and I'm going swimming tomorrow, so that'll be fun. I'm hoping.

Wednesday to Thursday, I was at my paternal grandparents' house. They were cleaning out stuff and I got some records, so yay! I stayed up around 11 and I saw what was playing at 12:30 and was a tad bit sad. It was back to back Alfred Hitchcock and Twilight Zone.

Speaking of Twilight Zone, the song by Rush and Golden Earring, a strange mix of which was stuck in my head and still is.

Friday, I stayed up until midnight, hanging out, not really doing much, although I did play D&D and Magic the Gathering, which was really fun.

We were driving my father's friend there, and he was playing Pokémon and something he said, something along the lines of sparrow call up, and then I said, "African or European?" being a huge Python fan, as you know.

My father said I was more adult then him, which made me laugh and smile.

Today, I went to some garage sales with my father in the morning. I woke up early, around 7:30.

My sleeping schedule is not normal.

Fuck the schedule. I don't need it. I'm a teenage girl into things not normal teenagers are into.

I got 3 DVDs, two of which are concert videos. Cooper and Metallica, and a magician movie called "Now You See Me". Michael Caine, Mark Ruffalo, and Morgan Freeman are in it. I love them as actors. A book called "The Last Unicorn" which is cute. It's from the 50s, I believe. And I got two music CDs, being The Honey Drippers and The Blues Brothers.

I got this all for under $6.50. Score!T'was awesome!

I practiced my bass for a half an hour so that's pretty groovy. I wrote down some riffs that I made up and practiced some 'Tallica and Queen, because I love, love, love, love, John Deacon and Cliff Burton's bass playing.

With them, along with some others (Steve Harris, JPJ, Geezer Butler, Entwistle to name a few others. There are many, many other ones) the bass speaks to you, meanig you can hear it.

I'm now going to the Drive-In to see the new Incredibles movie with Solo. A  major geek, I know.

My gayness spilled, again. I was watching Are They Gay? videos and looking at pictures of Sir Ian McKellen and Sie Patrick Stewart. I love them together.

C'mon, how damn cute is that!

I have the fifth soundtrack to Star Wars and I felt a wave of nostalgia and I wasn't even born then, but I was brought up on it, along with Iron Maiden. I didn't appreciate them as much as I do now.

My appreciation is off the bloody charts at this point.

Anywho, the film's about to start and my phone's at 40%, so I have to go. I'll see you later, my friends!
💚Geez💜
