Timeskip a few weeks later

Y/n has gathered an army of multiple clones from different legions not just his dragon squadron some notable legions included the 501st, 212th, Wolfpack, the coruscant guard (Led by Commander Thorn cause fuck Fox), The Galactic Marines, and the best thing they shall only listen to Y/n's order because of how the senate made a vote that took away Palpatine's control of the clones and give it to Y/n and the first action was to have all clones in active duty or still being created have their inhibitor chips removed, his second action is to have the clones refuse any orders from the Palpatine, and his third action was to become an advocate for the clones rights to things such as voting, housing, and Payment. Currently Y/n was going the plan with everyone to arrest chancellor Palpatine under treason, conspiring against war efforts, and the mastermind behind the galactic civil war.

Y/n: "We will deploy our troops outside the senate building and we'll break off into two sections myself and masters Plo, Windu, Yoda, Doku, Qui Gon, Kenobi, and Skywalker along with commander Thorne and his squad will be the arresting force while the rest outside incase Palpatine attempts to escape"

Anakin: "I can't believe all theses years he was able to trick me try to use me!" He said in anger as Y/n puts his hand on his shoulder

Y/n: "I know Anakin he was able to trick even me for sometime but remember capturing or killing him will bring us one step closer to ending the war. Also don't let that anger get you kill you have your wife and unborn children to get back to" He smiles and anakin smiled whilst Red Jaws walked in

RJ: "Y/n all forces are ready"

Y/n: "Alright everyone go time" He said as they entered their guns ships

Few minutes later

The Jedi and clones walked to Palpatine personal office as the clones surrounded the room with their blasters trained on the elder man

Palpatine: "Ah Master Rose Revan what is the meaning of this?" He asked acting surprised

Y/n: "Sheev Palpatine with the backing of the senate you are hereby stripped of your status of Supreme Chancellor and arrested on the charges of treason, conspiring against war efforts, and being the mastermind behind the galactic civil war any and all forms of resistance will result in deadly force" the dragon Faunus said taking one of his lightsaber and igniting it as the other Jedi did the same

Palpatine: "Are you threatening me master Jedi?"

Y/n: "Surrender now the senate will decide your fate"

Palpatine: "I AM THE SENATE"

Y/n: "You are not, not now or ever" He glares

Palpatine: "It's treason then" He said igniting his own red lightsaber

Thorne: "Open fire" He order his men but Palpatine already jump towards the group of Jedi while delivering force scream stunning them besides Y/n he block a slash that would've hit Doku

Due his unique fighting style Y/n was able to be unpredictable to the Sith Lord as he block stab from the elderly who in return received a kick causing to stumble, but quickly regain his composure to block a strike from him despite being pushed back into the next room

Palpatine thought of what he should he could temporarily incapacitate Y/n then he can take out the most easy targets being Qui Gon and Doku because of their age and then quickly deal with Pol and Kenobi whom he thought were the two second weakest of the group.

However he then figured his challenge will be Windu Yoda Anakin and Y/n who he assumes will be down for not to long then there's Thorne and his squad of clone which would be child's work for him

He was caught off by his thoughts feeling the heat of his own lightsaber nearing his neck as his body instinctively blocks a downwards strike from Anakin

Anakin: "This is where you fall!" He said as he breaks the clash and delivers a slash to the left side then attempted a stab before attempting a sweep in response Palpatine block or dodge them then blocking an attack from behind from Qui Gon as he delivers a flurry of force lightning to Plo who tried to go in for an attack but was blasted back as the blue spiderwebs of lightning crawled up and down his body for a few second as Palpatine then jumps back to be able to breath but he could as Obi wan, Yoda, Windu, and Doku engage him as Palpatine tried to used force lightning but Doku counter with his force judgement

(For those who don't know force judgement is like the light side or Jedi version of force lightning just weaker)

Palpatine growls in frustration as he knew if he had any chances it's now or never using the power he has he unleashed a strong force push knocking the Jedi away as he turns and runs cutting to glass to escape sliding down the building as he slides down he felt something heavy tackle him from the behind as it was Y/n

Y/n: "Nice try Bastard" He said as his action caused Palpatine to lose his balance as they both free fall about to hit the ground

Y/n: "Happy landings Palpatine" He said opening his wings as he let go of the Sith Lord who crashed face first into the ground amongst the rest of the forces and Y/n lands taking out his lightsaber again just in case whilst slowly approaching the Sith Lord

Hevy: "I think that fall killed him"

Fives: "If he's on the skills as a Jedi then he's not dead yet"

212th trooper: "But the height alone is enough to kill someone"

Rex: "Tightened those lose lips men!" He told them as Y/n saw Palpatine was somehow still alive

Y/n: "It's is over Sith" He glares as Palpatine looks at him with nothing by rage

Palpatine: "No...No...It is not over!" He screams launching his most powerful force lightning at Y/n who instead of blocking it absorbs it into him for unleashing his own force lightning at Palpatine causing him to scream in pain while disfiguring him

Y/n stop the attack after a few minutes and takes out his sword ready to end it all as the other Jedi showed up but instead of stopping Y/n they stood there knowing it was believe it or not for the best. For the republic, the senate, the Jedi order that Palpatine was too dangerous to be left alive

Palpatine: "Anakin help me! Save me and I'll give you the power to save her! To save Padme and your child!" He said as a last ditch effort to stay alive but the chosen one refuses already knowing the knowledge he needs thanks to Y/n

Palpatine screams was cut off as he was beheaded the Sith Lord was dead
