Our story got distracted by the door bell, i groans in anger because I hate when someone interrupt between the story "I will see it" wasay announce and left to see who was on the door.

"So what happen next" samara ask in excitement ,mom...I mean salena mom chuckled "you are so impatient just like your mother"she comment"very funny"hira aunty reply."hello! lovely people"all of head turn to distraction toward bisma aunty"hey!what going on" she ask in suspicion "we are listen about innaya aunty"abi told her in excitement her experience turn low.

"Abhi" sara aunty said in amger"what" it only escape from bisma aunty mouth,she look shock"are you all out of you mind" bisma aunty yell seeing sara aunty"come down bisma" hira aunty try to relax her."will you please tell us?"bhai ask.

BISMA POV:

This people are freaking serious,they tell them about innaya how could they do that when we have a promise before no one of us told them innaya before shehry.

"You break promis" i SaI'd looking toward sara and hira"we have to we don't have any choise" Sara said furrowd "what do you mean by that you don't have any choise" I almost yell on her "we have to take that decision" Sara told me all calmly "domy you be on your doctor mood infront of me" i pointed a finger toward her,my anger tooking best to comfort any mint.

"Look bisma " ileana cut me throw "we have the right to know about her,how is she?,where is she?why she left us?,is she alive or" "ileana" I shouted on her first time."don't worry dear I will tell you" salena ensure her I wide my eyes in disbelieve.

Ileana pov:

Mom conform us and they start telling us what happen to her and where she gone. Bisma aunty to seat,she was fiddling with her hand "before starting remember about the result " bisma aunty look mom "I am ready for it" she ensure her making me furrowed.

Mom(salena): " I remember that day, it was the worse day of our life and I wish to remove it" tear zooming out from her eyes.

Hira: "we were on the way of asif house when we got a call and it make our life upside down" sobbing

Sara" i am the one all the time with her, still I can't explain the situation of that day" cracking voice.

Bisma:" me and aunty(innaya mommii) went for shopping for you two when we heard about her....... it hard to handle aunty" she started crying.

The happy environment change into sad one,they all were sobbing remembering that day. It make my heart restless when after some good pause they stared tell what had happen.

*FLASH BACK*

Innaya pov:

I come back to my room after having a shower in bathrobe,open my wardrobe I scroll down my dress. I groan as I couldn't decide what to wear for today occasion. Smile appear on my lip as my eyes catch the red dress,taking out from wardrobe I run my hand throw fibre.

It was red dress but not that one which I wear on his first birthday after marriage and even the size different too. I trace my hand over my belly feeling my both babies, i chuckled on memory a few month before when shehry got a big opportunity to work on one of in Pakistan dram but he refused it because he have to go newyork for it and after lots of struggle finally he got agree and leave after ahad bhai and salena wedding.

"Aahhh" gasp escape from my mouth as I feel sudden movement on my belly "hmmm! Want to come out don't wait for only one month" i said in mock anger "even I can't wait to see you both,to carry you both in my arm,to feel you,to kiss you" i said tear welled up in my eyes. I change myself and dry my hair, I let it open because shehry like my open hair.

I apply some make-up and wore some light jewelry to look presentable. Placing my veil on my right shoulder I make my way out,before going out of my room my eyes went to wall clock. I smile knowing only 45mint let as he arrive. Closing the door behind me I faceplam myself"how could you forgot to make brownie" I shook my head in disbelief and make a run knowing that I only have 45mint to make it.

I was sprinting down from stair when I stumble. A gasp escape from my lip,thankfully I hold railing to save myself. I balance myself and close my eyes rest my hand on my belly, i sign in relief that nothing happen and try to calm my heart beat."stay clam"I said to myself and start taking further step slowly.

'What happen if I fall, what happen to my babies,ammI is right I never listen to her' i am in my thought when my veil come under my feet and I trip over it"ammmiiii" i yell before everything go blackout.

MRS:asif pov:

I place all the wash dish on it place and shook my head in disapproval"ye larki kisi ki nai sunti" i mumbled to myself and make my way out. I took a seat on lounge and dial atif number joins remembering that I forgot to bring soda.

"Hello walikum assalam beta" i said " stiff will you do me a favour?" I ask and receiving the yes I said" bring soda on you way" i told he and hung up. Everyone went to airport to receive shehry so I have to call him.

I took magazine which was on table near me and start going throw it."Aammiii" i heard innaya yell and my heart stately beating fast. I stood up and run toward stair case as a bump sound come on my ear"innaya" I yell seeing her. She is rolling down from stair, she landed down I gasp.

"Innaya" I said and scoop her head on my lap " innaya utho beta" i slap her face light so that she wakeup, flooding zooming out from her body I stared panicking. I run to Lough picking u my phone and disland the very first number"hel...hello....a....atif .....innaya....fall.....from stair"my own voice crack I am looking my daughter-in-law lying all life less.

I splash some water over her face she Winnie in pain"aaahh!aam....aammii...mera....Bacharach.....aaahhhhh! She was yell"bas beta bas..... ambulance I about to arrive" I told her she shook her head blood didn't stopping which cause me more panick.

HIRA POV:

"Ji aunty okay we will get it" atif said to his phone and hung up I look at him"aunty call she need soda" he inform me I nodded "we can get that from near grocery store" i said he smile"thank god samara is okay now" he sign in relief is smile. He is so possessive about her,"thankfully we have a appointment other wise dont know how aunty manage" he shook his head.

I laugh innaya is been over excited starting of this weak, she is so happy know shehry is coming back that everyone yell or shout on her to take a rest or to keep calm. I am in my thought when again atif phone ring this time he pit on speaker,he part his lip to say when aunty voice e come"hel....hello" she sound panick me and stiff look at another in furrows.

"Ji aunty" stiff said I gulped down"a....atif....in......innaya....fall...from stair"her voice frame make us froze"we are coming" stiff said and hung up. I make us our life up side down "hello 911! Its an emergency, a eight month pregnant lady fall from stair" stiff imagatly call for help and after telling them aaddress he hung up.

"Atif aram se" I yell as he took sharp turn then look at backseat to look samara"she is fine"he said signing in relief ,he brush his hair with his hand my vision got blurred. We both were scared and had straight to hospital because going home is not us.

BISMA POV:

"Hello" i said as is revive the call from hira, i heard her sobb"hira what happen?" I ask in concern "inn....innaya...fa...fall from stair come to hospital soon"with that said she hung up and I still standing in that poster.

My vision got blurred I look at aunty(innaya moomii) who is buzzy doing shopping for her grandchild nof knowing what happen. She look at me and formed"what happen beta?" She ask coming close to me I gulped down then told her about innaya. She gasp and fall on floor"aunty" I yell trying to balance her but she fainted. We sprinkle some water over her face, she got conscious "take me to here"she said nodded try to contain myself.

SALENA POV:

I turn my position on my bed,we came to london to met my family after coming back from honeymoon. I open my eyes and his face come first. I smile seeing him in sleep, i move a little forward and put his hand my waist pulling me into me.

"Morning" he said still eye close I wore my eyes"how do you know I am up?" I ask he smile " I know better then you" he reply lean in to kiss me when his phone ring and he groan in annoying I chuckled seeing his cute face.

"Hello" he ask and after hearing the other end phone slip from his hand"what happen?" I ask seeing his face look like someone take his soul out" innaya met in accident" he told me I gasp" lets go back" i said.

SHEHRYAAR POV:

I came back from newyork after whole freaking three months. I miss everyone there especially biwi, i not that we don't talk but I want to feel her around.

I smile seeing Hussain waiting for me" i so miss you" i said in hug he pull away "lets go" he said without looking at me and smile wasn't on his lip which make me held in worry' is everything oky' i thought" Hussain everything oky?" I ask copied my thought he look at me,hiss eyes puppy"yah!hope so" with that said he start moving with my luggage I furrowed.

We reach to parking lot and waqas come out from driving seat,we share a high his eye was red"what happen waqas dose Sara left you?" I ask throwing my sarcasm but he don't bit it"let go shehry" he said hanging his head low. My furrow deeper, i took my seat and found dad already on passenger seat. He not come out to meet me , they all acting weird and it scaring me he'll out.

"Assalam o alikum dada" i said he smile but fake one "walikum assalam" he reply and we drove out" what going out? Do anyone told me?" I ask but non of them reply" dada is mom oky" i ask in concern he nodded"yes she is fine" dada reply without looking at me. My throat felt dry as her thought engulf me I want to ask but it seem like their was a rock on my throat.

"Dose innaya.is oky" i try my best to not to crack up they all head turn toward me, waqas look back toward the road whether they both chose to ignore me" answer me" i demand "soon you know shehry just keep calm " dada said in gulped down how I feel calm dad.

Car stop at hospital making me furrowed "why are we here?" I ask"because innaya has bring to here"dada reply coming out from car making me froze"wha.....what ha....happen?" I ask in stammer my heart beat range up."come"dada hold me shoulder and we dart walking. After collection the information we start moving or said following Hussain.

We stop infront of operation threater, I look around everyone was their crying making. My heart come out any mint if they keep this thing more suspens,mom say me and hug me. I wrap my arm at her back to make her hush as she was crying badly"sherhyaar innaya...innaya fall from stair"her word make me froze,my hand hung down.she pull a little I smile"mom is this joke na?" I ask tear fall down from my eyes.

She shook her head in no making me realize what reality is. I pull away her gas on me Hussain put his hand on my shoulder I jerk it away. Mom took step further I move back little my back slam at wall.

Everyone try to come toward me but I dont want anyone around me. Nurse come out and everyone look at her she was holding something white in her arm I furrowed looking at it. I went toward her with other she handed that thing to mom I look at it and it was a baby,my baby,our baby.

Smile appears on my lip seeing her but it faded as it remind me"how is my wife and other child?" Ask in hope that she said everything is fine but what she ulterior making my world upside down.

HUSSAIN POV:

I rest my hand on shehry shoulder to give him support but he jerk my hand, he seem that his life is stuck knowing about innaya,tear blocking my vision but I had to contain myself. I hug mom she cried over my chest I gulped down. After soon more hour the room door open and nurse come out carrying baby.

I smile seeing her but she didn't smile but her look panick which increases my tension. Before I could ask anything shehry speak up and what we heard make our world stop at the moment. Nurse went in I try to hold shehry but he jerk me. I fall on the floor"shehry"waqas came forward"dor dor....just stay away" he yell pointed his finger on us we move back in helpless.

SARA POV:

My shift is over and I happily went away from my hospital, I was just walking past them lobby"bye ash" i said she smile "free?" She ask I nodded in excitement. I am excited not because I free but because I could attend other at asif house.

I turn around taking out my stethoscope from my pocket. Ambulance arrive don't know why I want to look who was it"what happen?" I ask from ash she bit her lower lip"a pregnant lady fall" she informa me I gasp"yah! Allah raham" i said ash smile.

My stethoscope fall from my hand as look at the patient it non other then my bats friend innnaya"docter " aunty yell bring me back to reality . I pick up my stethoscope and run"sa.....sara beta help" i sobbed I rest my hand on her shoulder to ensure her and run toward operation theater with innaya.

"She was bleeding. We need to operate her" one of these docter said and we stared operating her."we get it" docter said as she pull out the baby. I hold it and smile "aam..aammi" we heard her whimper I look at her she parter her eye led I smile and bring baby toward her.

She smile look at him"docter"nurse called we look at him"her bp is lossing" she informed me move I hand the baby one of the nurse but she hold my hand still in pain"i.....I wa....want to...ho...hold" she try to speak but couldn't complete it.

I look at other docter she nodded, i handed her the baby. She smile and holding him"aahhh" she suddenly yell. Nurse hold the baby and move"she was lossing lots of blood and baby change it position. We need to operate it soon but" doctor stop I gulped down "save my child please" she said holding my hand.

Ileana pov:

Tear blocking my vision as Sara aunty start crying. I look at other they were also crying I gulped down 'was I am the reason of her' i thought when I feel someone hand over my looking at my right I found bhai hand.

He shock his head in no knowing that what I am thinking. Is this a good point or a bad that your twins know you inside. He is also crying but try to console me"was.....was she" my word die on my mouth"oky" bhai complete my sentence. Bisma shook is head"no she is not" she said making me froze, I ask in cracking voice"whe....where...is she...was....was she a....alive" tear non stop zooming out from all of our eyes :''(
