Shivaay and Annika were talking with Annika's team when Shivaay's phone rings. It was from Rudra.

Shivaay-"Excuse me"

Shivaay said and went from there. Annika was instructing her team about their work for next week when she saw Bela was coming towards her.

Annika-"Bela....."

Bela came to Annika running and stood up in front of her breathing heavily.

A-"Bela, what happened? Is everything alright?"

Bela nodded.

A-"So why you camsy here running?"

Bela hugged Annika tightly. Annika was confused about her behavior.

A-"Bela, what....."

Bela-"Congratulations Annika mam"

A-"Congratulations?? For what??"

Annika asked her after breaking the hug.

Bela-"Mam I am so happy today."

Arun, one of Annika's team member said,

Arun-"But Bela, why you are so happy? Tell us the reason na so that we can also gets happy"

B-"Annika mam, I got call from our office."

A-"And...??"

B-"Mam you got an award, 'Best event manager of the year award' "

Annika looked at her shocked.

A-"What???"

B-"Yes mam, from 215 event managers they selected you for this award. "

All clapped for Annika and congratulate her. Annika was still in the shock.

A-"Bela, is this true?"

B-"Yes mam. This is 100% true. You are the best event manager of the year."

Tears formed in Annika's eyes. She remembered her whole journey, how Shivaay helped her to become the event manager. Annika smiled through her tears as she remembered Shivaay's wish. He wants her to win many awards. And this is her first one and all credit goes to her Shivaay.

Annika came back from her thoughts when Bela called her.

B-"Mam you are crying?"

Annika wiped her tears and nodded in no.

B-"Mam now we want party, hai na?"

She said to others. All nodded and asked Annika that they want a big celebration when she came back to Mumbai. Annika agreed to that.

B-"Waise where is Shivaay sir? He will be very happy after hearing this news."

Something striked in Annika's mind.

A-"No no..... Bela and you guys too, please don't tell Shivaay about this award now."

B-"Why??"

A-"Because I want to give him surprise."

B-"Oh woww surprise"

Bela said teasingly and all others also teased Annika. Annika blushed.

"Which surprise" said Shivaay coming towards them. Bela bites her tongue and looked at Annika.

B-"N...nothing sir"

S-"But I heard you na.... Kis baat ka surprise??"

He asked Annika after placing his hand on her shoulder.

A-"They...... They want surprise party from me. Woh....yeh event jyada successful hua na so....."

She said while stammering.

S-"Oh is it? Don't worry you all, I'll arrange a party for you when we came back to Mumbai. Now happy?"

All clapped and shouted happily.

A-"Now you have to go. Look bus is also coming."

All nodded and soon left from there after saying good bye to Shivika. Shivika stood there waving their hands to them till the bus disappears. Then Shivaay looked at Annika.

S-"What happened wifey? Why you are looking so happy?"

Annika looked at him and held his hand.

A-"Yeah I am so so happy today."

S-"Yeah that I can see on your face. But what's the reason?"

A-"You"

S-"Me? How??"

A-"I am so happy because from today I will get all my husband's attention. I am so happy because I am excited to spend these 4 days with you, only you"

S-"Accha ji? But these lines are mine. I always give you attention and always wanted to stay with you. But you, everything other than me is more important for you. Apne pati parmeshar ko kabhi time nhi deti tum."

He said making faces.

A-"Nautanki.... But I promise these 4 days are only for you."

S-"Really??"

Annika nodded and Shivaay side hugs her.

S-"Let's go. We have to leave from here."

They both went to their room and packed their bags. Then went to meet Mr. and Mrs. Mehra and then meet Ishaan and Suhani. Shivaay and Annika congratulate them once again and give best wishes for their married life. Soon they left from there.

In car,

Shivaay and Annika was driving to their hotel in which Shivaay booked a suite for them. They were discussing about random things and fighting with each other like always. Both were so happy as they got time for each other after long time.

Soon they reached their hotel and went to their room. Annika loved all decorations which they did on Shivaay's order. Room servant kept their bags there and left from there.

Annika was looking at the decoration when Shivaay came to her and back hugs her. Annika smiled and kept her hands on his which were on her stomach.

S-"You like it?"

A-"I loved it. Shivaay this is so beautiful."

S-"Hmm"

He said kissing her earlobe.

S-"Perfect for our second honeymoon"

He said in her ear in husky voice.

A-"Haa perfect for..... What????"

Annika said loudly coming out of his hold.

S-"Aah...Annika my ears..."

A-"What did you say?"

Shivaay smiled and came to her.

S-"Perfect decoration for our second honeymoon"

He said and pulled her towards himself keeping his hands on her waist.

A-"Ho....honeymoon?? Where did that come from?"

She said while stammering without looking at him.

S-"Why you are stammering Annika? I just said we are here for our second honeymoon"

A-"W.....Why?"

She said and tried to come out of his hold.

S-"Why people go on honeymoon Annika? Don't tell me you don't know about it. For your kind information we went on honeymoon before also."

She removed his hands from her waist.

A-"But....."

She said while going back.

S-"But?"

Shivaay said coming towards her.

A-"Honeymoon ek baar hi jaate hai"

She said going back again and Shivaay smirked and came towards her. Soon her back hits the wall and she looked at Shivaay. He smirked and kept his hands on either side of the wall.

S-"Scared?"

A-"W....woh....."

S-"Oh my god Annika, you are behaving like a new bride. We are married from last 2 years madam. And still you are blushing at just mention of the honeymoon."

He said while tracing her cheeks with his fingers which were scarlet red now .

A-"Sh..... Shivaay"

S-"Y....yes Annika"

He said mimicking her and again held her in his arms tightly.

Suddenly Annika hugs him and kept her head on his chest
She was blushing so hard. Shivaay chuckled.

S-"My blushing queen. Hear your hearbeats, they are beating so fast. Pagal ladki. "

Shivaay kissed her hairs and started playing with them.

S-"Why you are so innocent Annika? You know what sometimes I want you to behave like bold n bindhast. But no, my Annika is so shy. Hamesha blush krti rehti ho. After 2 years of our marriage too. Kya kru mein tumhara?"

He said and laughed. Annika broke the hug and looked at him.

A-"You want me to behave bold?"

Shivaay looked at her surprised and nodded in yes.

A-"Ok"

She went on her toes and kissed his forehead then eyes then cheeks. Shivaay closed his eyes and was enjoying her lips on his skin.

Annika stopped and Shivaay opened his eyes.

A-"Is it enough Patidev?"

She said and helped him to remove his blazer. Shivaay was just looking at her. She then removed his watch still looking at his eyes. He was so lost in her. She took his hands in her and kissed them.

A-"Is it enough?"

He didn't say anything and was just looking at her. Annika held his shoulders and looked at him lovingly.

A-"Shivaay....."

S-"Hmm....."

She said moving forward with him.

A-"You know what"

S-"What?"

She was still walking with him.

A-"I just want to kiss....."

She said in husky voice looking at his lips. Shivaay gulped hard by looking at her.

She came forward and kissed his cheeks again. Shivaay was enjoying this. Then Annika bend down and came dangerously close to his lips.

A-"Shivaay....."

S-"Hmm....."

Annika came forward and now their lips were only few inch apart from each other. Shivaay was about to capture her lips when

"Booomm" he fell on the floor.

S-"What the hell?"

He said looking at her angrily. Annika laughed and helped him to get up. He looked around. He was in the washroom and Annika was standing at the door.

S-"What's this Annika? Why we are here?"

A-"Patidev, please take bath soon.
I am so tired and want to sleep. So come fast."

She said pushing him inside and closed the door.

S-"This is not fair Annika"

A-"Everything is fair in love n war Shivaay. Now come fast."

Annika laughed imagining his face and came to the room. Her phone rings. It was a video call from Rudra. Annika smiled and picked it up and saw whole Oberoi family sitting in the main hall.

Annika smiled at all and was about to say something when all shouted together "Congratulations"....... Annika smiled and said thank you.

Daadi-"Annika I am so happy for you."

Gauri-"Jiji I am so proud of you."

Rudra-"Bhabhi you are the best."

Om-"Bhabhi I knew it.... I was damn sure ki aapko yeh award milega"

Bhavya-"Bhabhi now we all want party."

Pinky-"Aree chup raho sab. Meri beti ko bolne toh do"

All pouted and then looked at Annika. Annika chuckled.

A-"I am so happy to see you all like this. By the way aap logo ko kaise pata chala award ke baare me?"

R-"We know everything about you bhabhi."

A-"Haa but....."

O-"Bhabhi, Bela told her and there is news in today's newspaper."

He said and showed her the newspaper. Annika smiled.

D-"Where is Shivaay? He must be on the top of world after listening this news, hai na?"

A-"No daadi, he....."

P-"Noo?? Why? Use khushi nhi hui? Aise kaise pr?? Ruk mein usse baat krti hu."

A-"Aree maa ruko. I was saying ki he don't know about the award thing."

Jhanvi-"Don't know matlab?"

A-"Actually maine hi nhi bataya."

G-"Why??"

A-"Because I wanted to give him surprise. So....."

R-"Surprise ha....."

OmRu and Gauri-Bhavya started teasing her.

P-"Arre waah..... How romantics. Don't tease her you guys." Pinky scalded OmRu and Gauri-Bhavya.

A-"Thank you maa"

Annika said and she heard Shivaay's voice.

A-"I think Shivaay came from washroom. Toh mein rakhti hu. Bye see you soon."

All said bye to her and she cuts the call and looked at Shivaay who was looking at her with angry face. Annika chuckled looking at his face. He was still angry at her. Annika came to him. He was in front of mirror combing his hairs. Annika back hugs him.

A-"You are still angry on me?"

S-"What do you think?"

A-"What can I do for you then?"

S-"You very well know what to do."

He said pulling her front. She looked into his eyes and then smirked.

S-"Come on I am waiting."

A-"I am sorry Billuji"

She ruffled his perfectly set hairs and ran from there.

S-"Annika....."

He said and ran behind her.

Next four days were best for them. They roamed around whole Jaypur. They visited many places, Shivaay tastes many different dishes as Annika insisted him. And he loved all of them. Many times he asked about recipe too to that vendor. They bought many gifts for Oberoi family. Shivaay and Annika both did everything to make other happy. Those four days were best time of their life. They teased each other, fought with each other, laughed with each other and enjoyed it to the fullest. Now only one day left and tommorow they have to go back to Mumbai. Before that both wanted to give surprise which they waiting to tell each other from last four days.

Last day,
Morning,

Shivaay opened his eyes due to the phone ringtone. He looked at the table and took his phone. It was from Khanna. Shivaay talked with him in small voice and cuts the call after 2 minutes. Then he kept his phone on table and looked at his left side. Annika was sleeping peacefully hugging him. Shivaay smiled and kissed her forehead. She snuggled more into him and held him tightly.

S-"Last 4 days was best for me Jaan. Only because of you. Now I have no complaint with you. That you are not giving me time and all. But that doesn't mean you forget about me once again when we go back to Mumbai. Noo you have to give me some time."

He said and looked at her who was smiling. Shivaay too smiled and kissed her forehead again.

S-"Now you sleep for some more time. I have to do all arrangements. I want to give you surprise na..."

He said and removed her hand from his waist. Then he covered her again with duvet and went to washroom after kissing her hand by which she was holding his hand, indicating that she don't want him to go. Shivaay smiled and slowly removed her hand from his and kissed her hand and left from there.

After getting ready he came down and asked the receptionist about the manager. He wants to meet manager for booking the whole party hall for them.

Receptionist told him the way to manager's cabin and Shivaay came to his cabin.

Manager's cabin,

Manager-"Hello sir how can I help you?"

S-"You?? Where is that another manager?"

M-"He is on leave from today. So I am looking his all work."

S-"Ohk. I came here because I want to give surprise to my wife."

M-"Waah that's great. How can I help you sir?"

S-"I want to book that party hall for tonight."

M-"Party hall??"

S-"Yes. What happened? Any problem?"

M-"Actually that hall is already booked for tonight."

S-"What?? Who booked that?"

M-"I don't know sir. I told you na I came here today only. But when I was checking records I saw that someone already booked it. You can book it for tomorrow."

S-"No no. I want that today. We are leaving tomorrow morning."

M-"But sir that is booked now. What to do?"

S-"I will pay double amount but I want that hall for tonight."

M-"But sir....."

S-"Look I said na I will pay double amount. I want that at any cost."

M-"But sir....."

He stopped as Shivaay gave him angry glare.

M-"Sir I will talk to that person. Please wait for sometime."

S-"Ok I am waiting outside."

Shivaay said and left from there.

Shivika's room,

Annika opened her eyes due to her constant ringing phone. She picked it up and said in sleepy tone,

A-"Hello....."

But her sleep went away when she heard what the person at other side said.

A-"What??? No no no....... Aree I told you na? No I want that. What?? Double amount? Then I will give you triple amount...... No means no..... Tomorrow?? No I want it today only. And why the hell you are calling me? I booked that 3 days before. So it's mine."

She said angrily and cuts the call.

Manager's cabin,

He called Shivaay inside.

M-"Sir it's not possible. That mam booked it 3 days before so....."

S-"I said na I will pay double amount"

M-"That mam said she will pay triple amount."

S-"What the?? Then I will pay more than her. But I want that hall."

M-"Sir she is not listening. She also wants it for today."

S-"Who the hell is she? Do one thing call her here. Mein khud baat krunga usse"

M-"Ok sir"

Shivaay angrily nodded and left from there.

Shivika's room,

A-"What the?? Who the hell is he? I booked that 3 days before only. What??? Ok fine. I am coming. But I want that hall at any cost. No one can take what I want. I am coming. Aake us aadmi ka band bajati hu."

She said angrily and went to washroom for getting ready.

Lawn of the hotel,

Shivaay was just looking around when that manager came to him.

M-"Sir that mam is waiting for you in my cabin."

S-"Good let's go."

M-"No no. I am not coming. You go and talk to her. She is so angry and I don't think she will listen to you"

S-"No one has the guts to say no to Shivaay Singh Oberoi. Dekhta hu kaise nhi maanti."

M-"All the best sir"

That manager said and Shivaay left from there.

Manager's cabin,

Shivaay came inside and felt something familiar. He looked around and saw one lady whose back was facing him. She was looking outside , small childrens were playing there and she was smiling looking at them.

Shivaay can't believe his eyes.

S-"Annika....."

Annika turned around immediately and saw Shivaay there.

A-"Shivaay, aap....."

Then they looked at each other for some seconds and started laughing loudly. Shivaay cams to her and held her hand. He pulled her towards himself and she landed on his chest. Annika stopped laughing and looked into his eyes.

S-"So surprise ha...??"

He said tucking her hairs behind her ear. Annika shivered due to his touch.

A-"Yes I want to give surprise to my husband"

S-"Oh that's great. You know what I also wants to give surprise to my dear wife."

A-"But your bad luck. You are late. I already booked that hall that too 3 days back. So cancel your plan."

S-"Shivaay Singh Oberoi kuch bhi kr sakta hai madam. You cancel your plan. Because I want to give surprise to my wife. And for that I have booked that hall for her."

A-"No way. My plan is already set and....."

S-"Then cancel it."

He said playing with her earring.

A-"No chance. Mein kuch nhi cancel krungi."

S-"Mein bhi dekhta hu kaise nhi krti"

He said and held her hand at her back tightly.

A-"Aah..... Leave me"

S-"First cancel your plan"

A-"No way."

S-"Accha??"

He said and held her hand tightly.

A-"Shivaay....."

S-"Annika....."

Annika pushed him hard. He stumbled on his feet.

S-"What's this?"

A-"I hate you"

She said angrily and turned to leave. Shivaay smiled and held her hand from back. Annika smiled and turned towards him.

S-"My angry bird. I am sorry."

A-"I don't want your sorry"

She said and pouted. Shivaay pecked her pout and her eyes widened in shock.

S-"Maine kabhi mana kiya hai kya tumhe? Do what you want. As your wish"

He said and smiled. Annika threw herself on him and hugs him tightly.

He was about to fell but kept his one hand on table and then held her securely in his arms.

S-"Sambhalke Annika. Abhi lag jaati na"

A-"Sorry"

She said holding her ears.
Shivaay held her hands and nodded in no. He then smiled and made her stand on her feet.

A-"Thank you thank you thank you"

She said and kissed his cheek. Shivaay smiled at her antiques and they both came out of the cabin.

A-"Sir , it's final now. What I told you yesterday please do all that."

That manager looked at Shivaay surprised and then nodded looking at Annika. Annika left from there as she got a phone call.

M-"Sir, you agreed to her?"

S-"Yes"

M-"How? I mean you were scolding me and not ready to accept it then why now?"

S-"You are married?"

M-"Yes"

S-"Toh apni biwi ki koi baat sunte ho?"

M-"Kya sir.....koi nhi sab sunana padta hai."

S-"Hmm good. I am doing the same"

M-"Means?"

S-"Means she is my wife"

Shivaay said and winked at him. He was surprised.

M-"Ohhoo..... That means you want to give surprise to each other. Just like you ordered me that madam I mean your wife ordered me in the same manner. I want all things perfect for my husband, koi galti nhi honi chahiye n all"

S-"Hmm so now do all things as per her wish. Warna tum jaante nhi ho use job pr new ho na....woh nikal degi tumhe"

M-"No no sir. I will do my best"

Shivaay smiled and left from there.

Whole day Annika was busy with many things. She packed their bags and kept all gifts which they brought for family members safely in the bag. Then she called Bela and asked about any new contract. Then after every one hour she was going to check all the arrangements. Shivaay was so eager to know what's the surprise. He kept asking her so Annika asked him to do his office work. He frowned but agreed to her and sat their on sofa checking all the emails.

In evening,

Shivaay finishes his work and looked around. Annika was not there.

S-"Where is she? Abhi toh yaha thi half hour pehle"

He said and looked around. Then he saw one box on the bed. He came to the bed and picked it up. It was one gift box with one note.

Shivaay opened that note.

"Mujhe dhoondh rahe ho? Don't worry I am here only. Please wear this n come fast
Your surprise is waiting for you."

Shivaay smiled and opened that box. He caressed that dress which she brought for him. Suddenly he remembers something.

S-"Oops I forgot about it. I also brought dress for her na."

He said and called her immediately.

A-"Yes Shivaay.... Why you are calling me? Go and freshen up then come soon. I am waiting for you."

S-"Woh... Annika actually...."

A-"What??"

S-"Tum ready ho gayi kya? Actually I bought one dress for you....."

A-"And I am wearing that only."

S-"No no actually..... What????"

A-"Yeah. I know you also wants to give me surprise. So it's obvious na that you also bought dress for me. So I checked the cupboard and I am wearing that dress."

Shivaay smiled happily.

S-"Good. Thank you. I just forgot about that."

A-"Koi nhi. Now come fast. N haa don't forget to bring your surprise with you."

S-"Yeah"

A-"Haa come soon. Bye. Love you"

Annika said and cuts the call after hearing 'Love You too' from Shivaay.

Party Hall,

Shivaay came there after 15 minutes. There was no lights there. Shivaay came inside and called her name,

S-"Annika....."

As soon as he said her name, all lights came and Shivaay was surprised.

S-"Hmm impressive."

He said looking around.

S-"Nice decoration my wifey. But where is she?"

Shivaay said looking here and there and someone tapped on his shoulder from behind.

Shivaay turned and there she was.

Looking breathtakingly beautiful in the dress which he gifted her. Shivaay smiled at her and was checking out her.

A-"How I am looking?"

S-"Dress maine chose kiya hai. Accha toh lagna hi hai."

She frowned at that.

S-"Accha ab gussa mat ho. You are looking pretty."

A-"Only pretty?"

S-"Ok baba, you are looking beautiful, amazing, gorgeous, mind blowing."

Annika smiled widely.

S-"And what about me?"

She looked at him for some seconds and then said,

A-"Yeah you are also looking good. Akhir choice kiski hai? Maine perfect dress chose kiya hai hai na?"

S-"Accha ji? Meri Billi mereko hi meow??"

Annika laughed and came to him. She then kissed his cheek.

A-"You are looking so handsome today."

S-"Now that's like my girl. Chalo tell me what is the surprise?"

A-"Hmm first you tell then I will"

S-"No first you"

A-"Noo"

S-"Annika"

A-"Shivaay"

S-"Ok forget it let's dance."

He said forwarding his hand. She smiled and gave her hand in his. They started dancing on the soft music.

They were looking into each others eyes lovingly. Shivaay was holding her by her waist and she held his shoulder. Both were dancing slowly and was lost in each others eyes. Soon song ended but they stood there in each others embrace looking at each other.

After sometime, Annika kept her head on his chest and Shivaay hugs her. They both stood there for sometime.

S-"Annika"

A-"Hmm"

S-"Now tell me the surprise"

A-"First you. I know you want to tell me about that surprise from many days. My surprise just happened before 4 days. So first you."

Shivaay broke the hug and kissed her forehead.

S-"Ok"

He said and pulled out some papers from his blazer. He smiled at her and gave her those papers.

Annika was so eager to know the surprise. She opened that papers and read it. Tears formed in her eyes and she looked at him surprised. He just smiled.

A-"Shivaay.....this....this.....your restaurant....."

S-"Our restaurant"

He said and held her hand.

A-"That means we are opening our restaurant soon?? Yaaayyyyy"

She jumped in happiness and then hugs him tightly.

Shivaay smiled looking at her happy face.

S-"One more surprise is there?"

A-"And what is that?"

She said broking the hug.

S-"I have done all the formalities and paper work like a normal citizen. I have not use my power or Shivaay Singh Oberoi name to get that place."

A-"Sacchii??"

Shivaay nodded.

S-"I did all work as Annika's Shivaay only Shivaay and not as Shivaay Singh Oberoi"

He said and Annika's eyes moisten. She kissed his forehead and touched her forehead with his.

A-"Thank you Shivaay. You are the best."

S-"That toh I am."

She smiled and once again kissed his forehead.

S-"Now where is my surprise?"

A-"Hmm wait here I will be right back."

Shivaay nodded and she left from there. She came back after exact 2 minutes.

S-"Kaha hai?"

A-"Here"

She said showing him newspaper and gave it in his hand. Shivaay looked at her confused. She smiled and turned his face down to the newspaper. Shivaay read that news once. He looked at her shocked. She just smiled. He once again read that news and looked at her surprised.

S-"Annika yeh....."

A-"This is true Shivaay."

S-"Sacchi??"

He asked happily and before Annika says something he picked her up in his arms and twirled her. Annika chuckled looking at him.

S-"Annika I am so so so happy today. This....this was my dream and you.....you achieve it. I am so so happy."

He said loudly and was still twirling her in the air.

A-"Shivaay bas.... Neeche utaro mujhe chakkar aa rahe"

Shivaay immediately kept her down. And she held her head.

S-"Are you ok?"

A-"Ha ha I am ok"

She said and smiled assuring him that she is fine now. Shivaay sighed in relief and hugged her tightly.

S-"Annika congratulations jaan. You know I am so happy for you. I told you an that you will able to do it."

A-"All thanks to you Shivaay. Agar aapne mujhe nhi samjhaya hota, meri help nhi ki hoti toh yeh kabhi nhi kr paati mein."

S-"Yeah but it's the fruit of your hard work. I am so proud of you Annika. You did it by your own without using my money, without using my name. Bas Annika banke sab kiya. I am so proud of you for that. You did so much hard work. Many times you works day and night. And this award 'best event management of the year' is your prize for that hard work."

Shivaay said with moist eyes and kissed her forehead lovingly.

A-"But this award is for you. Aap nhi hote toh mein kuch nhi kr paati Shivaay. Thank you so much for always supporting me."

She said and hugs him tightly.

S-"Annika we both are perfect for each other, hai na?"

A-"Haa takkar ki jodi hai hamari. But we are together in all times our difficult time n in our happy time. Both are always there for each other."

S-"Haa and I promise you we will be together like this always....."

A-"And forever....."

She said and Shivaay smiled kissing her hairs.

S-"I love you, I love you so much Annika"

A-"I love you too"

S-"I love you three, four"

Annika laughed and broke the hug.

A-"Then I love you hundred."

Shivaay smiled and cupped her face in his hands. He touched her forehead with her and stood there closing his eyes. Then after some time he opened his eyes and looked directly in her eyes which held so much love, passion for him. He slowly kissed her forehead and she closed her eyes.

      He then kissed her eyes and Annika opened her eyes and kissed his forehead and eyes. Shivaay kissed her cheeks. Annika did the same. Then Shivaay cupped her face in his hands and came close to her face. He then slowly captured her lips in a slow kiss still looking into her eyes. Annika reciprocated to the kiss. That kiss was not so hard, it was so soft, smooth which held only love. After some minutes they broke the kiss and looked into each others eyes.
