Hiccups POV

I landed outside the clubhouse after my trip to berk, seeing everyone in huge moods.

"Why are you guys so angry?"

I asked, and they went rabid.

"HOW DARE YOU ASK THAT!"

"LEAVE US ALONE YOU EVIL PERSON!"

"HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO US HICCUP!? TO ME!? WE'VE HELPED YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING AND YET YOU RUN OFF WITH THOSE NAMBY PAMBY DRAGON HUNTERS! HOW DARE YOU BETRAY US!"

I just stood there as they threw insults at my face consistently.

"What are you talking about?"

I finally ask, which sets them off again. After another couple of minutes, Snotlout shoves a letter in my face;

Dear friend Hiccup, It began

It is me, your dearest Viggo, and I was wondering when you wanted to play Maces and Talons again sometime, as you really have the habit of doing so. We could also attack some dragons if you want, and hide your little nightfury while we do it. I love how no one knows about our friendship! Anyway, I hope your other 'friends' don't see this letter because I'm positive they'll be fuming!

I looked at them in disbelief. HOW could they think that I would team up with a dragon hunter.

"This wasn't me... Viggo's trying to set me up! Can't you see that!"

"ALL WE CAN SEE IS THAT YOU'RE A LIAR AND BETRAYED US!"

Screamed Astrid, holding her axe high, before swiping it down, catching the corner of it on my eye, making a huge gash open on the right side of my face, cutting across my cheek and eye. My eye goes blurry as the blood drips into it, the other dripping with tears. How could they?!

The other boys started to hit me, making me dizzy as I fell to the floor.

"YOU WERE SO NICE WHEN YOU FOUND ME ON THE BEACH THAT DAY, SO INNOCENT, BUT NOW I WANT TO CUT YOU DOWN WITH MY AXE AND FEED YOU TO THE EVIL MONSTER THATS YOUR SOUL!"

Screamed Heather, Being held back by an upset Fishlegs, who only then decided to speak.

"Hiccup... I'm not going to scream at you. Or shout. But I honestly thought that you were better than this. You were the only person I enjoyed spending time with, even before you had Toothless. When you were bullied, I ached so hard to help the small helpless little heir that kept getting beaten up by my fake friends. I longed to be your friend and help you up every time you were upset. But now I realise what a fake you were Hiccup. I don't want to see you ever again."

I lay there on the floor in the rain, a jagged axe cut down my face hurting horribly, covered in bruises, soaked to the skin. I winced as I picked my self up, fartly from the pain in my face and because their words were finally sinking in. I turned around towards my hut, and said quietly.

"You know it wasn't me. I've done nothing yet I was beaten up just like when I was younger. If you're that dull then I guess I'll be on my way then. I would NEVER do anything like that to you all."

And before they could say another word, I turned and ran to my hut. I burst in and grabbed the things most important to me. My spare notebooks, some tools, the dragon toy my mother gave me, clothes, and a couple of other things. I then grabbed a wet cloth an put it over the side of my face. I heard voices over the rain outside my door, so I went towards it, and pulled it open.

"What are you doing here!?"

I shouted, taking them all by surprise.

"Um... we came here to say sorry... even if you did betray us we over reacted way too much..."

"Uh, NO KIDDING!"

"So, you accept.?"

As fishlegs finished his mini 'sorry' speech, and I took the cloth off of my eye, making them all wince at the sight of it. 

"No."

"WHAT!?"

"I'm leaving like I intended to when I first found Toothless. I'm just waiting for the storm to leave before I do."

"But..."

I slam the door in their faces, an sit down with my head in my hands.

Toothless came up to me and nudged my hanging head.

"It's ok bud, we'll leave in the morning."
