When Sophie walked down stairs Keefe was in the kitchen making mallowmelt. Sophie sat down at the table and waited for Keefe to come sit down with her. When the mallowmelt was done Keefe brought it over to the table and sat down.

"I didn't know you could cook."

Sophie said with a smile.

"What can I say, I'm full of surprises."

Keefe said as a winked.

Sophie took a bite of the mallowmelt.

"This is really good."

"What did you not think that it was going to be good?"

Keefe dramatically put his hands on his chest  and looked hurt. Sophie giggled at Keefe.

" There's that laugh I've been looking for"

Sophie's eyes clouded over.

"Hey hey hey did I say something?" Fear filling his eyes.

"N-no.."

Keefe scooted closer to Sophie and hugged her. Sophie felt a clawing in her mind. She  pulled away from Keefe and grabbed her head. 

"I'm going to bed..."

Sophie got up from the table and walked upstairs to her room. When she got there she sat down on her bed and hugged her knees to her chest. A few minutes later Keefe got up and cleaned up the table. After he was done doing that he slowly walked upstairs to Sophie's room. When he got to her room he sat down on her bed beside Sophie. Keefe hugged Sophie and sat for a few minutes of sitting in silents.

"What's wrong?" 

Keefe asked gently. Sophie looked up at him tears filling her eyes.

"T-the thing is... I don't know..."

"Shhh... It's ok.."

Keefe said while playing with her hair.

After Sophie stopped crying she decided that she needed to be around more people.

"Keefe?"

"Yeah?" He hummed.

"Can the group come over?"

"I'm sure they can let me just go asked Grady and Edaline." 

With that Keefe got up to go find them. Sophie also got up to brush her hair and make sure she looked fine even though she and Keefe knew that it wasn't true. There was a sharp pain in her head all of a sudden, but she ignored it and just carried on doing what she was doing. After what seemed like forever Keefe came stairs to her room. 

"Grady and Edaline said that it was ok with them so I went ahead and hailed everyone.I told them to be here in  fifteen minutes."

"Keefe?"

"Mhm?"

"Why do you care about me so much? I mean I've put you through hell yet somehow you still love me like we've been dating for years."

"Sophie, I've been in love with you since the day we meet when you were lost in the hallway at Foxfire. Nothing will change that."

Sophie stopped what she was going and hugged him.

"Thank you."

"For what?" Keefe said hugged her back. 

"Always being there for me."

"No problem and thank you."

"Why are you thanking me?" Sophie looked up at Keefe. 

"For not hating me."

"I'll never hate you."

"I know that's why I'm thanking you." 

"Keefe?" Sophie said pulling away.

"Yep."

"I love you so much but you look like you haven't showered in days."

Keefe went to Sophie's bathroom and looked in the mirror and she was right. Even though he hadn't showered in days it looked like he'd showered for weeks. 

"If you want before everyone comes over you can shower in my shower."

"Thanks."

After he thanked Sophie, Keefe got into the shower to bathe. While he was in the shower Sophie played with Iggy on the floor. When Keefe finally got out of the shower and had perfectly styled his hair he came out of the bathroom to find Sophie sitting on the ground listening to her ipod. As Keefe was about to stay something there was a knock on the door. Sophie turned off her iPod and turned to Keefe. 

"Race you down stairs?" She said smirking. 

Keefe returned the smirk before running out of her room to the stairs. Sophie got up and raced down the stairs tripping on the last step. If it weren't for Keefe, Sophie would have fallen on her face. When they got to the door Keefe smirked and Sophie smiled as they opened the door.
