DARES STILL ON HOLD FOR NOW!

It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon the only ones home where Simon, Brittany,  and Alvin since the other 3 chipmunks/chipettes had gone out to the park.

" Oh AAAAALLLLVVVVVIIIN!" Simon had called Alvin's name from his laboratory. 

Alvin was playing video games and Brittany was reading one of her fashion magazines.

"Huh? Did Simon just call my name?" Alvin asked Brittany.

" Ugh. It appears so even though he usually doesn't want you anywhere near his lab or nerdy experiments, so I'm not sure why he wants you now. Especially after the last incident."

Alvin shrugged. " What? It was a DARE. I've never would have done it if it wasn't."

Brittany smiled. "Of course you wouldn't!....you big liar." She whispered that last part under her breath.

"What was that?"

"Nothing! Go see what Simon wants."

Alvin gave her a suspicious  (I know it wasn't nothing) look who ignored him then he turned and ran for Simons lab.

"What is it Si?" Alvin called to his brother as he ran in. "I thought you didn't like me in....."AAAHHH What the-"

Simon had zapped him with some weird invention he made. " No harm done Alvin. It was a dare. Think if it as payback for the dare with my inventions. This won't hurt you in the least."

The smoke cleared and there sat Alvin but....as a baby. Simon had turned him into a baby again.

Simon cheered happily. "Aureka! It worked!" Then he looked at his now youngest baby brother and knelt down to his level and started to coo at him to annoy him since Alvin was too defenseless to do anything about it at the moment. He still had the same teenage mind but trapped in a baby's body.

" Awww! Aren't you just the most adorable thing ever! With your wittle T-shirt and your big angwy eyes." Simon reached out and gently pinched Alvin's cheek talking in the typical tone you would use on any baby or a puppy.

Baby Alvin pouted and pushed Simon's paw away and tried to say: (Cut it out Simon! This isn't funny! Change me back!" But instead it came out as:

"Bubba ga ga Biwon! Ma bi bi ja ba!" Alvin clenched his tiny paws in little fists frusterated he couldn't say what he wanted.

Simon gave Alvin a mischievous smile and picked Alvin up then cradled him in his arms rocking him a bit as he continued to talk in what Alvin thought was a very annoying tone of voice.

" Aww You can't even say my name right! That's so cute! Does Wittle baby Alvie need his big brother to rock him to sweep? You seem a bit cranky."

Baby Alvin glared at Simon and tried to hit him just hard enough as a warning that he'd better put him down and change him back but his tiny fists were too small to do much damage.

Simon just cooed again and kissed Alvin on the forehead knowing he's always hated it. When Simon and Alvin were little Simon would kiss Alvin on the forehead as a gesture of love and affection but as they got older Alvin being normally less affectionate than Simon told him to stop. Simon back than took it rather hard and had started to cry so Theadore had told him he could always kiss him on the forehead and Simon had hugged him as Theadore had kissed him on the forehead.  Then later since Alvin had felt bad he joked with Simon.

" Twell you what Siwon! If I'm eva a baby again you can kwiss me!"

Simon had giggled. " Dweal!" They shook paws.

End of memory

Simon looked at Alvin with a grin after he kissed his forehead.

"A deals a deal!" Simon said with a cheeky smile.

Alvin's bottom lip trembled remembering the memory of their childhood remembering when he had hurt Simons feelings unintentionally. Even though it was a long time ago he still felt bad about it. As a teenager Alvin would've shrugged this feeling off as overthinking but as a baby even with his teenage state of mind he seemed much more unable then normal to hold back on his emotions as he burst into tears and buried his face in Simons sweater clinging onto him soaking his sweater with tears.

"Oh...." Simon's eyes widened as he realized why Alvin suddenly started crying. Simon patted Alvin's back gently as he rocked him back and forth in his arms seeming to forget that Alvin wasn't really a baby as he whispered to Alvin.

"It's okay Alvin. It's all in the past remember? Hey-Ssshhh. It's okay. I know you didn't mean to hurt my feelings back than Alvin. You were growing out of it....I understand. I know you love me Alvin and I love you. Sure you annoy me to no end but that's what brothers do. It's all in the past now. I love you okay? I still love you. Your my little brother. Maybe not my baby brother....once I change you back...but you'll always be my brother."

  Simon finished this with another kiss on Alvin's forehead. Alvins cries stopped to whimpers and he looked up at Simon with big pleading eyes.

Understanding Simon bent his head down and Alvin kissed his forehead as a gesture of gratitude and love to let him know he understood since he couldn't actually talk.

Simon gave Alvin a sweet smile. "We won't mention this to our brothers or the chipettes. Okay?"

Alvin nodded in agreement. Simon smiled and turned the machine back on and zapped Alvin again and when the smoke cleared Alvin was back to his usual self.

Right then they heard Brittany call.

" is everything okay?! I thought I heard a baby cry!"

Alvin gave Simon a scared look and his eldest brother winked at him in response and called back.

" Everything's fine Brittany! Alvin and I are just watching TV because my idiot brother wouldn't stop pestering me about my experiments!"

Alvin gave Simon a playful smirk and called: " Ya well maybe if you're experiments weren't so boring all the time maybe I'd say you were actually cool instead of the nerd that you are!"

"Whatever!  Seriously you boys are so weird!" Brittany called back and than there was silence.

Simon turned to put his invention away when Alvin stopped him.

"Si..."

Simon turned back around to look at him.

"You know despite being a total bookworm you're a pretty cool brother right?"

Simon smiled. " Thanks Alvin." They hugged for a second until Alvin pulled back.

"But if you ever mention this to anyone I WILL tear up that invention you made and don't forget I WILL get you back for turning me into a baby. Dare or not."

Simon smiled. "I wouldn't expect anything less little Alvie"

"Shut up you nerd."

"Hey just remember I may have kissed you on the forehead when i was young but YOU were the one who would cuddle up to me when we were little. You my little brother have a soft side too."

"Thought I told you to shut up."

Simon just smiled.
