It was Halloween Night

The kids were rushing to get their costumes on, Gaster and Chara sat back and watched the cousins gather their materials. "I don't understand Halloween, what's it about?" Chara asked, confused as hell. "I'm with Chara on this one" Gaster said, Eras stopped Midway. "Halloween is a fun holiday! Kids go dressed up in costumes and walk around the neighborhood looking for candy" Eras explained, Chara beamed "So tell me if I'm making this clear, kids go dressed in costumes and look for chocolate?" Chara repeated, Eras nodded. "Dear gosh...." Gaster already knew what was going to happen. "I'mma be a skeleton!" Chara jumped up, Gaster looked at her confused. "What? If I'm part of a skeleton family, I gotta look the part!" Chara said, Gaster rolled his eyes. "You would've been a skeleton a thousand years ago" He said quietly, Chara glared at him. "I'm going as Princess Peach" Eras said, she was already wearing the dress. "I don't know who that is, but you look beautiful" Chara said, she smiled and raced upstairs. "You do look great, Eras" Gaster said, Eras smiled. "Thanks! Now what are you gonna be?" Eras said, she grabbed the lipgloss. "Me? I didn't really think about it" Gaster said, Eras looked at him. "Well you ARE going trick or treating, right?" Eras asked, Gaster shrugged. "You have to! It'll be fun! Uncle Sans and Dad are coming" Eras said, Gaster looked away. "I dunno..." He looked down, Eras gave him a pleading stare then he sighed. "Couldn't hurt..." He smiled, Eras cheered. "Great! I gotta finish getting my costume ready!" She raced upstairs, Gaster sighed again.

The kids were dressed and ready to trick or treat. Gaster just wore a blue hoodie, blue sweatpants, socks, and he had two black lines coming down from his eyes. (Basically he dressed up as his God of Hyperdeath form) Chara had white paint on her skin, and black paint around her eyes.

"Those have got to be the best costumes I ever seen" Gaster said, Chara agreed. "This? It's nothing compared to last year's costume" Dayne said, Gaster gulped. "Well... Let's go!" Chara opened the front door, Sans and Papyrus followed the kids. "The thing about Trick or Treating is to find out where to get the candy" Dayne said, Eras and Berlin nodded. "You have to go to people's houses?" He asked, Chara looked at him and shrugged. "Haven't you guys celebrated Halloween when you were in the underground?" Eras asked,Gaster and Chara froze. "Only Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter.... Am I missing anything else?" Chara looked at Gaster, he thought for a moment. "Oh! Don't forget New Year's" Gaster said, she nodded.

They went from house to house all around the neighborhood, it was 10pm and they were tired. "I'm tired..." Berlin groaned, he heard something running behind him.

"Yo Berlin! Cool Costume!" Purrla smiled, Berlin looked at her. Right back at ya" He responded, the twins raced to Dayne and Eras. "Hey! Princess Peach and one punch guy!" Fame smiled, Eras nodded. "Lemme guess...." Dayne looked at the twins, Eras looked at their costumes. "Their Rin and Len" Berlin said, Dayne clapped his hands. "Rin and Len!" He repeated, Gaster rolled his eyes. "Nice Costumes" Gaster said, The kids thanked him. They headed around the neighborhood, Gaster and Chara were just looking at the kids as they collected chocolates.

"Gaster!" Chara said, they finally made it home. The kids had their Halloween candy spread out. "Yeah?" Gaster looked up at her, he was eating a Kit-Kat. "Trade me that Kit Kat for a Reeses!" Chara offered a Reese's, Gaster shook his head. "I'm already eating the Kit Kat" Gaster said, Chara sighed. "Awww" Gaster rubbed her head, Chara grabbed his 3 Musketeer's bar and raced off. "Idiot..." Gaster chuckled, Berlin and Dayne were at a Candy war. "No! Hand me the Twizzlers!" Dayne said, Berlin put his hand up. "Fine Fine.... Hand me the Hershey's" He said, Dayne growled. They were arguing back and forth, Eras just rolled her eyes at them and started eating her M&M Cookie. It was 11pm, she yawned. Gaster was already half asleep, Chara ate all her candy was practically bouncing off the walls. "CHOCOLATE! GIVE ME ALL THE DAMN CHOCOLATE!" She screamed, Dayne looked at her confused. "Don't ask" Gaster told him, Dayne nodded. "CHOCOLATE!" Chara charged at Dayne, who raced in the other direction. "NO!" He yelled, running upstairs. Chara chased him, Dayne slammed the door shut causing Chara to slam into the door.

"Ow...." She held her nose, Gaster laughed. "You deserved that" Gaster chuckled, Chara glared at him. "MY CANDY! MY PROPERTY!" Dayne shouted through the door, Chara kicked it. "YA GOTTA GET OUT SOMETIME!" She yelled, Dayne laughed. "IN YOUR DREAMS! I CAN LAST A WEEK WITH ALL THIS CANDY!" Dayne yelled, Chara growled. "BATHROOM!" She yelled, Dayne went silent. "OKAY, I CAN LAST 2 DAYS!" He yelled, Chara shook her head. She headed back downstairs, Gaster smiled at her. Sans and Papyrus chuckled, so did Toriel and Red. Chara shook her head "That boy is trouble" Chara said, Gaster laughed. "Great! You two already have something in common" He responded, Chara stuck her tonuge out at him. "Your mean" She said, sitting back down. "Thank you" Gaster smiled, Chara hit his arm softly. "Ow..." He smiled, rubbing his arm. Chara yawned, Gaster layed on the couch, Chara layed on the other side. "You two better not eat all this candy after midnight" Sans said, getting ready for bed. "Sans, you know me.... When it comes to Chocolate, I am unstoppable" Chara said, Gaster nodded. "I'll control myself" Gaster said, Sans smiled and nodded.

"Happy Halloween!" Papyrus smiled, walking into his bedroom.
