A/N: Here is the next part of the alternative from my pervious chapter. So Fergal has his kids back and his single he doesn't need a woman all he wants are his kids and his become super single dad. Fergal was once again happy to have all of his kids with him. They all settled in well except for Ethan he missed his mum so much and Fergal was trying his best to make him comfortable and tried to show him as much love as he could but Ethan just wanted his mum. Ethan had his birthday but he was so unhappy because he was missing his mum. Poor Fergal was trying everything, he knew it would be hard but he wasn't giving up he loved his boy. Ethan may not be his son biologically but he loved him like he was his and that that mattered to Fergal.

"What am I going to do?" Fergal asked Becky after everyone left the house and Becky was still there packing things up before taking her kids and going.

"Why doesn't Pam come and see the kids, I know she loves them" Becky said packing up a baby bottle in the baby bag.

"The court won't allow her visitation and I don't know why? I want Pam to come and see the kids whenever she wants but its out of my hands Becks" Fergal said sighing as he ran a hand threw his hair.

"Well maybe you can do something about it, so its in your hands Fergal. Your kids deserve that" Becky said as she packed up Jaidan in his car seat and Julianna in hers.

"Good luck Fergal, if anyone can change the courts mind it's you" Becky said hugging Fergal before taking her kids and walking out of the house leaving Fergal alone with his thoughts.

The next day after Sasha had come over to watch the kids Fergal set out to see a judge at the courthouse. He was tired of seeing his little boy upset and Becky was right his kids deserve for him to try and get Pam some sort of visitation with the kids. He may not be happy with Pam right now but for his kids he'll do this, anything for his kids.

Arriving at the courthouse Fergal walked in and told the receptionist he had an appointment to see the judge today but he was told to wait to be called. After a few moments he was called in.

"Mr Devitt" the judge called him in, Fergal got up and went inside the judge's quarters.

"What can I do for you today, Mr Devitt" the judge asked sitting down behind his desk.

"Your honour I'm here to ask for an order to allow Ms Pamela Martinez visitation rights to our kids" Fergal requested.

"I see.... You know that she was refused that right am I correct?" the judge asked looking over the case Fergal had put together.

"Yes your honour I am a where of that, but I want to allow her to see the kids, please your honour I have a little disabled boy who wants his mother and I don't want to deny him that right" Fergal said almost begging the judge.

"I see and I understand Mr Devitt. I'm willing to give Ms Martinez visitation on the weekends only" the judge said signing the order before handing it to Fergal.

"Thank you your honour, you don't know how much this will mean to my little boy" Fergal said taking the order and shaking the judge's hand before walking out of the courthouse happy that he got this order for his kids.

The next day which was a Saturday, Fergal got the kids ready for a road trip he didn't tell them where that were going only that it was a surprise. Loading up the car with the kids over night bags Fergal jump into the drivers seat and drove the whole family off to their surprise destination.

Arriving in San Jose the kids got excited as they started to know where they're going. Ethan for the first time in a long time had a smile on his face and just seeing his boy smile made Fergal happy. Walking up to Pam's doorstep with all their kids, Fergal knocked.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Aaron asked looking at Fergal with disgust.

"Can I talk to Pam?" Fergal asked, he didn't give a fuck about Aaron he just wanted to talk to Pam.

"No, you've done enough, get lost" Aaron said going to close the door when Pam came around the corner.

"Fergal, what are you doing here? Oh my god" Pam asked then gasped when she saw all of her kids standing there with Fergal.

"I've made arrangements for you to see the kids on weekends, I have the order right here" Fergal said stunning Pam.

"What? How? What?" Pam said struggling to find words.

"I spoke to the judge and he agree to allow you visitation with the kids on weekends" Fergal said handing Pam the order.

"I don't know what to say" Pam said lost for words as she read the order.

"I'm doing this for the kids Pam not you. I love my kids and I want you to be allowed to be in their lives thats all" Fergal said as he turned to the kids.

"Okay guys, have fun with mum and I'll come and get you in 2 days okay" Fergal said ignoring Pam and hugging all of his kids as they run up to Pam hugging her.

"Thank you daddy!" Ethan said giving Fergal a hug before running into his mums arms.

"See you in 2 days guys, love you all, behave and have fun. Pam...." Fergal said as he walked away and got into his car as Pam stood there stunned that Fergal would do this but she was happy to be able to see and spend time with her kids.

"I missed you mummy!" Ethan said holding his mum tightly.

"I've missed you too bubs, I'm so happy I can see you again" Pam said lifting Ethan into her arms hugging him as she watched Fergal drive off, still confused as to why Fergal would do this but she was happy he did.
