A/N: God damn it, I can't believe I'm doing this ugh! The previous chapter is the last chapter of how I think it should end in my alternative and I'm not changing it anytime soon BUT under the circumstances a certain someone *cough JORDAN cough* has pushed my fingers to do this, damn you Jordan for pushing me to come back and write more which I believe your loving LOL but yes for now I'm going to write more stuff. God help my sanity before I completely loose it. Okay everyone get on the rollercoaster for round 2, god help us all! I'm writing off after Jordan's latest chapter that I've read that made me want to puke so enjoy!

Fergal had come to except that Pam was with Aaron as much as it hurt him and it did Fergal knew he must go forward and the most important thing for him to do was to bring all his kids together again. Fergal needed his kids, he told himself that he got clean for Pam but he really got clean for his kids, his kids mean the world to him and he knows he fucked up in the worse way possible but now he finally knows what to do. He was getting his kids back and that's what he was going to do.

Fergal has come to realise that he doesn't need a woman in his life all he needs are his kids and to be the best dad and grandad to his kids and grandkids. His done it before and he was the best  single dad and he was a better man so why couldn't he do it again. Fergal smiled to himself he could do it and will do it for his kids, no one but his kids.

Sitting in his office Fergal put together a case to show CPS that he has gotten help and that he was no longer a risk to his kids. Happy with the case he has Fergal smiled to himself 'I'll get my kids back and I'll do it for them' he thought as he got up from his desk to go and ready for his hearing, grabbing the file as he walked out of the office.

At court Fergal was nervous and confident that he had put together a good case to get his kids back. After CPS looked at his case and asked some questions which Fergal answered truthfully, CPS also asked Fergal's therapist who helped Fergal to go clean from the centre that Fergal attended to get help. Fergal had a really good case to get his kids back. After CPS deliberated for over a hour they called Fergal in to tell him of their findings.

"Mr Devitt, we are happy that you got the help you needed and that you go clean and that you've been clean for over a year now. So with that said we're happy with what you've shown us today and we're happy to place all of your kids back into your custody on one condition" the CPS lady was saying.

"Of course anything you want, I'll do anything as long as I have my kids back" Fergal said happy that he will have his kids back with him.

"For the next 5 months we'll be sending a case worker to come over to check on you and the kids to make sure everything is okay, other than that your free to go and get you kids Mr Devitt" the CPS lady said smiling at him and she adjured the court.

Fergal was so happy to have his kids back that is all he wanted and after he was given the paperwork and order papers to give to Sasha and Carmella to hand over the kids to him. Fergal and a caseworker who was scheduled to go with him to get his kids made their way to the car and Fergal was finally going to have his kids back.

They arrived at Cass and Carmella's house to get Lucas, Grayson, Aliyah, Mason, the twins Tessa and Kayleigh, Vivi and Dakota. They knocked on the door which Carmella opened and saw Fergal standing there with the CPS caseworker. The caseworker presented the papers that state that Fergal now has custody of the kids and they all need to come with him. 

The kids were so happy to see their dad that they all hugged him tightly before getting into the car and they all traveled to Sasha and Sami's house to get the other kids Twins Harper and Maddox, Brooklyn, Zoey, Miracle and Gabriella and her kids Rose and Dani. Sasha opened the door and saw Fergal and a caseworker standing there but after the caseworker gave Sasha the paperwork that Fergal takes custody of the kids Sasha allowed Fergal to come in to get his kids. Again the kids were happy to see their daddy and they were happy to finally be going home. There was just one more stop to make Pam's house seeing as Fergal now has custody back of the kids that means he also has custody of Skye and Ethan who Pam had with her.

Arriving at Pam's house Fergal knocked on the door and Aaron come and answered it and he immediately blocked Fergal's entrance not letting him come into the house.

"You had better move or you'll be walking funny" Fergal warned as Pam came to the door to see what was going on.

"Fergal, what are you doing here?" Pam asked shocked to see him standing at her door and with a caseworker.

"I'm here to get my kids" Fergal said as the caseworker stepped forward.

"What, but their my kids too you can't take them Fergal!" Pam said blocking his way as well.

"I'm sorry m'am but according to this order Mr Devitt here has custody back of Skye and Ethan, please move aside m'am" the caseworker said.

"Please Pam don't make this harder then it is. You can keep Mia I'm taking her from you but I want to be able to come and see her, I want to spend time with my daughter, likewise you can come and see the kids whenever you wish I won't keep you from them Pam" Fergal said as the caseworker handed Pam the order. 

Pam looked at Fergal but she couldn't do anything as Skye and Ethan came out with their stuff but when they saw they daddy they quickly jumped into his arms hugging him tight. As they turned to go Mia came running out of her room and she squealed with excitement at seeing her dad.

"Daddy!" Mia screaming jumping into his arms.

"Hey princess!" Fergal said hugging her tightly.

"Where are we going daddy?" Mia asked smiling at her daddy.

"We're not going anywhere sweetheart but I promise I'll come and see you soon okay, I love you" Fergal said holding her in his arms.

"Why can't you take me with you, Skye and Ethan?" Mia asked Fergal.

"I can't take you because I need you stay to look after mummy okay, but I promise I'll come and see you soon okay princess" Fergal said, kissing her on the cheek before putting her down.

"Okay daddy, I'll stay to look after mummy. I love you daddy" Mia said.

"That's my girl, I love you too" Fergal said before turning around and walking out with Skye and Ethan.

Finally Fergal had his kids back and he was going to be the best damn single dad there ever was. As long as he had his kids that was all that mattered. 

'Single dad life here I came' Fergal thought to himself smiling. He was so excited to start his new life and nothing and no one was going to stop him.
