Siva got attracted to Aadhira's eyes. He forgot the surroundings for a moment. Aadhira who was looking directly into his eyes averted her gaze as he is staring at her openly. Nandhini's blood boiled who saw Siva staring at Aadhira and she shook his shoulder as he is not responding when she called him. Siva came out of his trance and looked Nandhini who was glaring at Aadhira.

Siva : Nandhini vantha udane ethuku prechana panra.
(Nandhini just now we came and you started a problem)

Nandhini shocked when he scolded her as she thought he would scold Aadhira.
Siva she knew won't support any girls as he didn't even support her a single time from the start to till now.

Nandhini: Mama

Siva glared at her as he didn't even like a single percentage whenever she calls him like that. So, he warned her not to call him like that. Nandhini called him like that to show her rights on him in front of Aadhira who was not at all interested. Seeing his glare, she stopped.

Nandhini : Siva why are you scolding me as mistake is on her side?

Siva : I knew it was because of her carelessness but the first thing you should ask whether she was fine or not. You scolded her with unwanted reasons and also raised your hand to slap her. If I am in your place, I just advise her to be careful hereafter and even if I scold her the reason must be what if something happened to her. But for you the main problem was what if she touched the car. Are you really having any single percent of humanity?

Nandhini gritted her teeth as Siva was insulting her infront of that unknown girl for her.

Siva : Ask sorry to her

Nandhini widened her eyes.

Nandhini: What?

Siva : Don't you have ears. I told you to ask sorry to her.

Aadhira is standing there without knowing what to do.

Soon, all of them from the car came out.
Aadhira panicked when everyone uniformly glared at her.

Sumathi(Siva's mom): Inga enna nadakuthu

Nandhini: Athai na solren.
(Aunty I will tell you)

Nandhini narrated everything happened. Sumathi got angered on Aadhira.

Sumathi: Eii unaku kannu theriyathu ipadithan ella vandilayum vanthu viluviya.

Aadhira's eyes filled with tears. Siva noticed her eyes glistened. He felt bad for her.

Siva stood there without moving. Sumathi glared at him. Siva got in to the car after seeing his mom's glare.

(Author's note: One thing I forgot mention on the cast that Siva is mumma's boy. Sorry for that🥺)

Siva saw his mother scolding Aadhira very harshly. After some time, Aadhira ran from there wiping the tears that was continuously flowing from her eyes. Siva felt a sudden anger on himself for not supporting her infront of his mother.

Siva shook his head when his mind voices started to argue with each other in his mind.

Soon his family members returned to the car but he didn't speak a single word with them.

They all reached their mansion. All of them got down from the car. They went into the mansion. Siva directly went to his room silently. Nandhini followed him. She tried to enter his room but Siva saw her before she enters and quickly shut the door on her face. This didn't affect Nandhini as she was used to this..

Here, Aadhira directly went to her room in her home. Her mother was not in home at that time as she went to some important work...

In Siva's home, all the elders of the family were discussing something seriously. Siva came downstairs and saw them discussing some seriously. He smelled something wrong when he saw Nandhini is smiling happily as he know she won't get happy when any good things happen.

As he expected a bomb was dropped on his head by his mom.

Sumathi: Siva unaku Nandhini kum engagement date kurika nama josiyar adutha varam vara sollirukaru da.
(Siva, we are going to meet astrologer to mark date for you and Nandhini's engagement as he told as to meet him in next week)

Siva : Ma ippothaiku enaku marriage la interest illa ma.
(Mom, I am not interested in marriage now)

Nandhini wiped her crocodile tears after hearing him. Sumathi saw that and got angry on Siva.

Sumathi: Unaku eppavume Amma nallathu thane pannuven. So, Amma pecha kelu. Neeye innum konja nalla marriage seekram vainga nu solluva da. Ippothaiku engagement mattum paniko da.
(I will do only good things to you. So, just hear me. Soon, you will ask me to keep your marriage fastly. Just do engagement alone)

Nandhini blushed. Siva looked her disgustingly. Siva's phone rang saving him from that moment. He went out like speaking something seriously about his business. But his mom is determined to keep his engagement as soon as possible as she felt something going to happen against her wish.

That week passed quickly,

In Siva's home, his mom and Nandhini's mom went to meet the astrologer and returned home only in the afternoon. They planned to keep the engagement on next week very grandly. Sumathi saw Nandhini was quite.

Sumathi: Nandhini ennachu ma
(Nandhini what happened)

Sumathi : Athu eppavo mudivu pannathu.

Everyone glared at him. Nandhini looked him with her blood shot eyes. Rakesh controlled his laugh seeing everyone's reaction.

Rakesh : Chill chill na sonna apdiye nadanthuruma enna. Hey na sonnathuku ipadi bayapudringa. Seri ipadi vechukalam avan oru vela na sonnatha nadantha neenga enaku oru 10,000 kudukanum apdi illana neenga enna sollanum na kekren.
(Cool, cool whether is it going to happen? Why are you fearing for what I said? Then OK we can keep like this if it happened as I told you will give me 10,000 or else I will do whatever you tell)

Rakesh frowned when he saw everyone were gasped. Then only he identified they were looking behind him. So, he swiftly turned with a style. To get surprised by his beloved best friend.

He gasped when he saw Siva was standing along with a girl. They both were standing with the garland around their neck. His eyes widened more when he note the yellow thread on the girl's neck.

Sumathi was shocked is an understatement. Which shocked her more that the girl was the same she scolded on the outside of temple.
Yes it is our Aadhira.

Words are not coming out from Nandhini's mouth.

Suddenly something strikes Rakesh.

Rakesh : Hey na jeichiten, jeichiten. Na sonna mathiri nadanthutula so enaku than 10,000.
(Hey I won, won. Whatever I told happened truly. So give me 10,000)

Rakesh started to squeal and jump in excitement. Soon, stopped when he saw Sumathi is sending daggers through her eyes.

Siva casually walked in by wrapping his hands around Aadhira's shoulder securely.
