Ray's POV

Miss Fox stabs me in the back, just missing everything.

Mr. Fox smirks at me while I just calmly watch him. "It must suck, really, to be such an abusive asshole, that you have to use physical force to get what you want." I say to Mr. Fox as I lean down to the side a moment to grab my gun. "It must also, really suck, to realize that you can't get me to do what you want, even when you attempt to kill me." I continue and I unload and reload my gun as I stand up straight again, pain shooting through my back, I'm just ignoring it. I hold my gun to Mr. Fox's forehead, which scares him. "So we started off the wrong foot, you threaten me with a knife while dancing to get me to sleep with you tonight and be your slave, assuming you wouldn't have killed me, I rejected, then I proceed to tell my partner who you threaten with a gun while me, your wife, and Miss Wolf were in the bathroom, while I was in the bathroom, I put together that you abuse your wife, you cut her, and you tear her down, your a bitch Mr. Fox. Then continuing from there, my partner takes me outside to talk where he reveals to me that you threatened him with a gun to not do anything while you, at the time of him telling me this, Mr. Wolf joins us outside and you force Miss Fox and Miss Wolf to do as you say. Then we come in and blah blah blah, you order your wife to stab me while she's helpless to disobey you, because if things get bad, she can't do anything as you beat her endlessly while drunk later this evening." I say to Mr. Fox and everyone watches in shock.

Mr. Fox tchs as he glares at me. "Miss Mouse, how did you get in here with a gun?" Mr. Fox asks me.

"Do you see me? I'm hot. I can seduce a security guard or two if I need to." I say to Mr. Fox as if he were dumb. "Hawks!" I call and he comes out quickly.

"When did the hero get here." Mr. Fox asks me shocked.

"None of your business. Anyways, I'm gonna shoot him. You can call the rest of the heros now." I say to Hawks who nods.

Hawks gets ahold of a hero and I shoot Mr. Fox. "Lady Cascade is here, she just shot a politician, she's running and we need a team of heros scouting the city." Hawks orders.

"That's cringe." I say to Hawks and he smirks. "Ugh. I hate heros." I say as Dabi moves next to me. "Miss Fox, it's over now, you no longer need to be scared of him." I say to Miss Fox.

"Miss Mouse, oh my god." Miss Wolf says relieved as she collapses in her husbands arms while Miss Fox falls on her knees.

"Miss Mouse, regardless, if your a villain, your a damn fine hero." Mr. Wolf says to me.

"Shut up." I say to him.

"Ray." Dabi whispers.

"You know, your lucky Miss Fox, you missed all of my vitals." I say to her.

Miss Fox starts crying in relief and so does Miss Wolf while everyone watches shocked.

"Miss Mouse, your my hero." Miss Fox whimpers.

I tch annoyed by this. "I'm a bad person who killed a worse person. This does not earn me brownie points. So fuck this, I'm going home." I say and I send my location to Kurogi who teleports me and Dabi instantly into the hideout.

"Oh my god what happened?" Toga asks shocked.

Kurogi takes me to another room quickly and he takes out the knife, causing me to wince and grip something tightly, and apparently it was Dabi, I didn't let him go.

"Missed every vital." Kurogi says surprised.

Kurogi cleans the wound and then stitches it up as I burying my face in Dabi's shoulder as he sits in front of me.

"Dabi, can you leave for a moment so Ray can clean up and change?" Kurogi asks him.

"She's not letting me go. She's in too much pain to let go." Dabi says to Kurogi.

"I'll leave for a moment, you should leave soon too." Kurogi says to Dabi who nods.

Kurogi leaves the room after a moment.

Dabi kisses my forehead gently and coaxes me into calming down. "I know your in pain, but you need to clean up. I will be outside waiting for you." Dabi says to me gently.

"As soon as I leave this room, I'm gonna act like I'm ok, so don't wait." I whisper and Dabi puts his chin on my head.

"Ok. I'm gonna check on you later then." Dabi says to me quietly.

I nod softly and I eventually let him go. Dabi leaves. I get cleaned up and I put on a black t-shirt with sweatpants.

I take a moment and when I leave the room, Chu is at my side.

"Your not gonna kill Dabi, right?" Chu asks worried.

"What? No. Why?" I ask her.

"Cause he was in there while you were getting patched up." Chu says worried.

"No, Ray pain clutches things. She doesn't cry, or scream when she's in pain, she just clutches something until someone gets her to let go, or the pain stops." Tomura says with a huff. "Dabi didn't have a choice, Ray had already got him stuck."

"Yeah. What he said." I say to Chu as I point to Tomura.

I sit at the bar for a while before I go to my room.

I hide my face in Bluebells fur as I lay on my stomach.

Bluebell purrs and she licks my face.

Later this evening

I watch TV when Dabi comes in through my window with a bag.

Dabi walks over to me and he stares at me as I look at him. "Has the pain ended?" Dabi asks me.

"Ehhhhh." I whisper. "I've just gotten used to it." I say to Dabi who nods and he pulls out a bag of dark chocolate, the dove kind.

I look at the bag and I want it, but I can't move. "Gimme." I say and Dabi looks amused.

Dabi lays next to me and I watch him.

Me and Dabi eat the dark chocolate while reading and making fun of the notes.

Dabi tries to leave, but I have him stay for a little while, we're just talking.

"How are you able to keep so cool headed on those missions?" Dabi asks me.

"Cause I'm not scared to die. Whatever happens to me, happens. I don't let my feelings get in the way of my missions either, that's why I wasn't freaking out." I say to Dabi who nods.

"What about mention of Randy?" Dabi asks me.

"I knew well beforehand. I had time to prepare." I say to Dabi. "The mention of him doesn't scare me as much as before the last interaction I had with him. I know more confidently he can't kill me." I say to Dabi who nods.

Dabi pulls me into his arms and he hugs me around my shoulders tightly. I don't understand why he's doing this, but I go with it. "Ray?" Dabi asks me quietly.

"Yeah?" I ask softly.

"Don't call me a cat again." Dabi whispers.

I snicker and I laugh quietly at that. "Oh my god Dabi, I was split second thinking." I whisper and Dabi holds me tighter.

Dabi relaxes under me as he holds me.

I put my nose in his chest, starting to fall asleep, tired.

"Are you tired?" Dabi asks me quietly.

"Yeah, and it doesn't help that your warm." I whisper. "How dare you be warm." I accuse Dabi quietly who chuckles at that.

Me and Dabi keep talking quietly and I end up passing out as he talks about something that I didn't quite hear.

I wake up to breakfast being called.

I attempt to move, but I'm being held down. I open my eyes to see Dabi, he's asleep. "Hey, breakfast was called." I whisper to Dabi as I wake him up gently.

"Ok." Dabi mumbles and he allows me to get up.

I get up carefully and I'm sore, really sore.

I go downstairs and I sit at the bar where Kurogi serves me breakfast.

"Do you think you can do a mission today Ray?" DadFO asks me.

"What's the demand of the mission?" I ask DadFO.

"It has to happen today." DadFO says to me seriously.

I sigh as I put my forehead on the counter. "I need painkillers, but other than that, sure." I say and I eat my breakfast while I look at the mission.

"No." Tomura says as he takes the folder.

I look up him surprised. "Hey, that's mine." I say to Tomura.

"You got stabbed yesterday, your not going anywhere." Tomura says to me annoyed.

"You what?" DadFO asks me.

"It's wasn't as bad as your making it out to be." I say to Tomura with a pout.

"It was bad, shut up, and eat your breakfast, and go back to bed or something." Tomura says to me annoyed.

I pout. "Give me the folder." I say to Tomura.

"No." Tomura says to me stubbornly.

Dabi stumbles down here and sits down.

"Kurogi, how bad was her stab wound?" DadFO asks me.

"It just missed all her vitals in her back. But it was deep, needed about 20 stitches in total." Kurogi says to DadFO.

"Ray, are you pushing yourself again to avoid something?" DadFO asks me.

"No. I asked the severity of the mission, you said it had to be done today. And I'm the only who can do it from the looks of the mission." I say to DadFO. "I'm just sore, I can do a mission." I say to DadFO.

"Your not going anywhere until your ok." DadFO says to me firmly.

"Sir, if I may, I think Ray has been cramped by only being in the building all the time." Dabi speaks up.

"I can't go anywhere regardless, the heros have been after my ass no matter what I do. I could go shopping, or for a walk, or a mission, just doing anything, and it pissed me off because they're always looking for me." I say annoyed and I rub my face.

"Did a hero interrupt your mission yesterday?" DadFO asks me.

"Yes." I say and Dabi nods. "It was Hawks. He didn't stop my mission, just demanded to be apart of it, and that itself pisses me off cause he knew what we were doing." I say to DadFO.

Chu hugs my side, so I pat her head. Lu attempts to kill me, but I just take her knife and hold her back by her forehead. "No killing during breakfast." I say to Lu.

"Rude." Lu says to me.

"I'm aware." I say to Lu.

Lu kicks my shin harshly and I put my forehead on the bar counter, breathing out. "Ok." I say and I grab my food as I get up. "Fuck this. I miss my room, where it's safe, I'm not in the hot seat, I can watch TV, or play video games, or sleep." I say exasperated which amuses Tomura and Kurogi.

"She's not having a good day."

"She got shot a few days ago, and she got stabbed yesterday. She hasn't been injured like this in years. Not to mention the heros have been all over her since they realized she was alive to begin with. She's just frustrated that she can't find a way out of this."

"Mark my words you son of a bitch," I start as I pop around the corner to look at Tomura, "I will get those heros to lay off me if it kills me." I say to Tomura who scowls at me.

"Your not dying, the heros are dying." Tomura says to me.

"I said mark my words, asshole, because if the only way I get out of this, is faking my death, I have to come up with a very elaborate plan and I'm not liking it so far." I say to Tomura.

Tomura slams his hand on the counter. "Damn you Ray! Your not aloud to even fake your death!" Tomura yells at me.

"Then suck my dick and maybe I'll get a different idea by the time I finish." I say to Tomura.

"There are children present!" Tomura yells at me.

"And also Tomura, fuck you, I do what I want to do, you can't stop me doing jack." I say to Tomura as I flip him off.

"Your not doing shit unless I approve it right now bitch." Tomura says to me annoyed.

I stare at him as I squint my eyes. "Your not the boss of me." I say to Tomura.

I go to my room and I finish eating, just pouting.

I play Call of Duty for a while, just zoned in on my game.

Weight gets pushed on my back and I wince instantly, pulling me out of my focus to see what's going on. I see Dabi moving off my back.

I look up at Dabi confused and he smirks down at me. "Are you still sore?" Dabi asks me and I nod.

"Just a little bit." I say to Dabi who nods.

I reposition myself so that my knees are up as I lean back against Dabi, not putting pressure on my wound. Dabi has his arms around my shoulders as I continue to play Call of Duty.

"Little mouse," Dabi says to me quietly, getting my attention again. I look up at Dabi confused and he motions to the door where Tomura is at, he's glaring holes into Dabi.

I look over at Tomura confused. "Why are you glaring at my seat?" I ask Tomura.

"Rude." Dabi says to me.

Tomura smirks at that. "Why are you sitting on a guy?" Tomura asks me.

"He's rather warm, and very comfortable. I am very cold usually, and I never get a good position like this when I'm gaming." I say to Tomura.

"Those are not valid reasons, where did he come from?" Tomura asks me.

I think for a moment. "They are valid reasons for me." I say to Tomura. "I have no clue when he got here, I was zoned deep into my game." I say to Tomura.

Tomura sighs at that and drags Dabi away and out of my room, leaving me here.

"What?" I ask confused.

I leave my game and I follow Tomura and Dabi downstairs, very confused, bringing my plate with me.

Kurogi takes my plate as I watch Tomura tie up Dabi.

"What's going on?" I ask confused.

"Yeah, I'm also confused." Dabi says to Tomura.

"Why were you in Ray's room?" Tomura asks Dabi.

"Cause she lets me watch and help her play video games. The rest of you are boring." Dabi says to Tomura.

"Ray shut up." Tomura says before I can speak.

I pout. "Your being insufferable." I say to Tomura who scowls at me.

"Why do you allow him in your room? You never let anyone in there." Tomura says to me.

"Can you let me toy with a guy? He's fun." I say to Tomura.

"How do you know he isn't toying with you?" Tomura asks me.

I sigh as I look at Tomura. "Your gonna be a single virgin, for the rest of your life if you don't understand what the talking stage is." I say to Tomura.

"What is the talking stage?" Tomura asks Kurogi.

"It's when two people meet and flirt with each other and get to know each other before they get together to date." I say to Tomura.

"Exactly." Dabi says to Tomura.

"Let me toy with him, besides, my room is really cold half the time and he's a walking heater and a very comfortable chair when I'm playing video games." I say to Tomura.

"No." Tomura says to me.

"This is fun. Ray never shows interest in most guys. It's rare." DadFO says amused.

"Since your here DadFO, tell Tomura to keep his nose out of my business with guys." I say to DadFO.

"I am your brother and I will do whatever the hell I want." Tomura says to me.

"You can't fuck him, so I don't know what you plan to do with him, cause he's part of our team here and you can't kill him unless I agree to it." I say to Tomura.

"Why? I'm the leader." Tomura says to me.

"Because I'm the one who evaluated them and decided they should be part of the team while you sat there and didn't do a damn thing." I say to Tomura.

Tomura tchs at that.

"And you know for a god damn fact, that I'm good at choosing what's best for our group." I continue.

"He's staying tied up." Tomura says to me.

I cut Dabi free. "No he's not. That's for me to decide as well, considering you also told me after the fact of me recruiting Toga and Dabi in, that they're my responsibility anyways." I say to Tomura.

Tomura stares at me, he looks so annoyed. "Damn you and your great long term memory." Tomura says to me.

"When was the last time, you saw me, mess with someone?" I ask Tomura.

"A year ago, her name was Sora. She was also a villain." Tomura says annoyed.

"Wait, Sora, as in the villain who killed a top 10 hero last year and died to another top 10 hero?" Toga asks surprise.

I scratch the back of my neck as I remember that fight. "Yeah." I say to her.

"Wait, what?" Dabi asks.

Tomura grunts. "Fine, you win for now Ray." Tomura says to me.

"Good." I say to Tomura. "Now I left my game for this. I'm going back to my game." I say to Tomura.
