(Third Person P.O.V)

Alternate Kai carried (Y/N) inside with the utmost care. "I'm fine. I can walk." (Y/N) said while trying to get out of Alternate Kai's arms.

(Y/N) shivered slightly, still sore and cold from the blood loss. "Not a chance your hurt." Alternate Kai counted keeping (Y/N) safe in his arms.

"You're going straight to bed when we get home." Alternate Zane ordered.  (Y/N)'s head hurt too much to argue with either of them.

Though while Kai was carrying her (Y/N) noticed that the people on the streets were keeping their heads down and quickly heading back inside shops or homes when they saw the Ninja's walking up the street.

The Ninja's didn't even seem to notice or care which was raising a red flag for (Y/N).

But she couldn't really do anything and the Ninja's were hovering over her maybe they were more worried about her then what was going on around them (Y/N) rationalised with herself.

Though Zane seemed to be switching between hovering over her and sending Cole death glares for some unknown reason.

(Y/N) was so cold to the touch that when the Ninja's finally got to (Y/N)'s room inside Borg tower, Alternate Kai slipped into the bed with (Y/N) to be her personal heater.

Alternate Nya was taping a fresh, white piece of gauze to (Y/N) head to cover the recent, almost four-inch long cut.

"I just want to sleep." (Y/N) grumbled trying to move away but Alternate Kai stopped her.

"(Y/N) let us help you. You aren't alone anymore you have us to rely on." Alternate Kai instead and his sister fished with the gauze.

"My brothers right (Y/N). Now get some sleep." Alternate Nya instructed.

"Cole I want a word with you in my office." Alternate Zane growled as they were leaving. Alternate Cole gulped but complied with the demand.

(Y/N) noticing Alternate Cole's fearful behaviour sat up and tried to follow him out to see what was wrong but Alternate Kai and Alternate Nya stopped her.

"(Y/N) sweetie." Alternate Nya began to plead and Alternate Kai gently wrapped his arms around (Y/N) to keep her from leaving.

"You need to rest." Alternate Kai insisted doing a cute pout to get his ways. Alternate Nya continued to emphasise that (Y/N) had to rest.

"(Y/N), you have a concussion." Alternate Nya pleaded with big puppy eyes.

(Y/N)'s head hurt too much to complain with the siblings and just laid back down with Alternate Kai snuggling up with (Y/N).

"You two play nice." Alternate Nya chuckled as she walked out the door. Alternate Kai just mumbled something and waved his sister off.Alternate Kai smiled wrapping (Y/N) in a hug before she could put any resistance.

(Y/N) squirmed almost imperceptibly she always was uncomfortable with any display of emotion. Her only response was a grunt and fuss.

"Kai!" (Y/N) growled in warning though Alternate Kai remained buried into her back.

"Shhh. Just let me have this for a little bit, okay?" Alternate Kai mumbled against (Y/N)'s soft hair.After a few moments of hesitation (Y/N) sighed giving into his request.

"Happy now?" (Y/N) grumbled through her teeth at the Ninja of Fire. The numb cold feeling wasn't bothering her much at that moment, not when Alternate Kai was emanating warmth like a human-sized radiator.

"Immensely." Alternate Kai purred as the warmth of his body incased (Y/N)."I've missed you." Alternate Kai whispered as he cradled her closer, his warm breath against the back of her neck.

He knew that she needed to rest but he wanted to spend some time with (Y/N), to cuddle and talk with her.

"You're too hot" (Y/N) hissed at him wanting him to get away from her. It was like having a human-sized hot water bottle with arms burning a smothering her.

"Why, thank you." Alternate Kai teased and (Y/N) elbowed Alternate Kai in the chest. "You know what I mean." She growled baring her teeth.

"Stop being stubborn, (Y/N)." Alternate Kai hummed, "Go to sleep."

"Don't want to." (Y/N) stubbornly answered as she tried to fight the sleepiness off. "Shush. You've been missing for hours and hurt you need to sleep." Alternate Kai murmured.

"But..." (Y/N) answered though starting to feel her eyelids grow heavy. Alternate Kai kissed (Y/N)'s forehead.

"I'll wake you up in a few hours, promise." Alternate Kai's warmth definitely wasn't helping her to stay awake. (Y/N) sighed and finally let her eyes slip and fall into a quiet sleep.

(Third Person P.O.V)

"You know the rules!" Alternate Zane growled he was greatly displeased and backhanded Alternate Cole so hard that it split his lip.

"No one is allowed to without MY explicit say so." Alternate Zane shouted at Alternate Cole punching him even harder in the face.

"I love (Y/N). Sometimes controlling the impulse to care of her isn't the easiest thing to do, alright!" Alternate Cole shouted back at Alternate Zane.

"Take care of her?! She was kidnapped and hurt thanks to your actions." Alternate Zane screamed and punched Alternate Cole into the cold metal wall behind him.

Alternate Cole face stung there was going to be a massive welt on his face tomorrow.

"Ninjago has millions of ears and eyes hidden in every nook and cranny. Caution is never enough." Alternate Zane spat his eyes filled with icy rage at Alternate Cole.

Alternate Cole could see the storm that had raged inside Alternate Zane at that moment.Alternate Cole watched as Alternate Zane's breath misted as the temperature of the room dropped.

The sound of the water pipes freezing over in the walls of Zane's office could be heard."Zane calm down." Alternate Cole pleaded with his brother.

"No! I will not calm down, Cole! You will be punished for this!" Alternate Zane shouted at the Ninja of Earth.

(Third Person P.O.V)

Alternate Kai was true to his word and awoke (Y/N) after a few hours of snuggling.

"(Y/N) do you want to get up?" Alternate Kai asked softly. (Y/N) grumbled a little at him but otherwise did nothing.

Alternate Kai just smirked and pulled (Y/N) into his chest (Y/N) snuggled into Alternate Kai's chest, embracing the warm feeling and forgetting about everything else around her once more.

Alternate Kai started playing with (Y/N)'s hair making (Y/N) slowly drift off to sleep once more.

Alternate Kai could tell (Y/N) fell asleep because she started softly snoring not long after Alternate Kai started to fall asleep as well.

He let the drowsiness take over and drifted off to sleep, joining (Y/N) in dreamland.
