As Sidneet reached Nigam mansion. Everyone was there to welcome Avneet.

Sid took her inside. As everyone saw them. They cheered for Avneet. Avu smiled

Sm: Sid make her sit on sofa.

Sid nodded and did as Sm told him. Vaish went from there. She came back after a minute with a cake. She placed it in front of Avneet.

Aadi: Chachi I will also cut.

Avni nodded. He ran to her side and sat beside her. Both held knife and others hooted. They cut the cake. Avni first fed it to over excited Aadi and then other members. They too feed her back.

Ash (serious tone): Some serious talks.
Vaish: Avneet when you came home from college. You could have told me everything. We are your family.
Avu (nodded): I am sorry. I was so worried.
Vaish (sternly): Fine but from next time if you even thought for this (pointing at her wrists which were covered with bandages) I will make sure to make both of your cheeks red with my finger prints.

Avni nodded and look down. Others were silent.

Ash: You mister (pointing at Sid) You have to take care of her or I will make sure to beat you like no tomorrow.
Sid: Huh! Okay.
Sm: Now enough of warnings. Sid take Avneet in room. Avneet take rest and once dinner will be ready we will call you.

Sid nodded. He stood up.

Avni: I can help in kitchen.
Vaish (glaring her): You said something?
Avni (mumble): Sorry.

Everyone burst into laughter looking at Avu's face.

Abhi (controlling his laugh): Stop scaring her. Look at her face yaar.
Vaish: Huh! Avu I was just kidding. Don't worry.

Avu nodded not knowing what to say.

Sid: Let's go and take rest.

Sid took her in bridal style. Abhi looked at him. Sid blink his eyes. Abhi nodded. Sid took avu in room.

Sid (laying her on bed): Welcome in our room wifey.

Avu blush. Sid kissed on her forehead then eyes.

Sid: You take rest. I am coming in while. Need to attend a meeting with dad. Jug is here filled with water. Even some snacks are in drawer. So don't need to come out of room. I said rest. So it means rest only. Am I clear?
Avu: Okay.

Pecking her lips. Sid went out of room. Avu closed her eyes as smile was playing on her lips. She was relaxed and happy.

After some minutes. Door knocked.

Abhi: Can I come in?
Avu (quickly sitting on bed): Yes sir please.

Abhi came in.

Abhi: How are you feeling now?
Avu: Better

Abhi nodded. He took chair and sat on it. There was a good distance between Abhi and Avu.

Abhi: Umm.... Avneet actually in hospital I heard your and Sid's talks about you having feelings for me.

Avu was super shocked.

Abhi: Hey! Chill girl. There is nothing wrong in it. Specifically in teenage and college life. Everyone like someone or having crush on someone. Liking someone isn't in our hands. Like we don't ask person "are you single so can I have crush on you?" "If your wife or husband don't mind can I love you?" never these questions we have in mind. "Liking and crush is based on person's choice, situations. So please don't ever think you did wrong anything Okay?
Avni (nodded, nervously): Are you fine with it?
Abhi: Yeah! I said na nothing wrong in this. Even I dated a girl before meeting Vaishu. There are many girls who likes me. So it's totally normal. Even I understood why you never called me bhai. Don't worry I do request your feelings. So it's Okay. Just be comfortable.

Avu nodded as smile played on her lips.

Abhi: So things are good between you and Sid?
Avu: Umm.... Yes.
Abhi: Great! Also just want to ask this as we can't always stuck on Sir and student relation when we are family members as well. So can we have a fresh start as friends? I believe in this neither you have to suppress your feelings nor I have to I mean for me you are like my younger sister like Ashnoor. I know this maybe hurts you but this is fact. So better be friends and get comfortable with each other first.
Avu (nervously, fiddling her fingers): Sir you are my jeth. How can we be friends then?
