Can you remember how many times you've made the choices that you think you're right in, only to realize how wrong they are?-Blood!Remilia

Bloody!Remilia is a vampire of the Alpha Project AU, known to be one of the strongest entities in existence, and the older sister of Flandre, as well as the fact that she is a Conduit that is chosen by the Cycle, called the Conduit of Fate.

Backstory:

Not much is known about Remilia Scarlet. What is known about her is that she is the older sister of Flandre and is the owner of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, the mistress of Sakuya Izayoi and Hong Meiling,  and the fairy maids, and is said to be in the west, possibly being European in blood. She is known as one of the strongest Yokai in the world as well as being an incredibly powerful Vampire, rivaled only by her sister, Flandre. But it is due to the power that she possesses, that it made the Cycle take notice of her and Flandre, and thus, the Cycle then changed both of the Vampire Sisters into Conduits.

Although she was unaware of her Conduit status at the time, she knew that something had happened to her power over Fate, in ways that she never thought possible, and it made her interested to see what she would do. And because of this, she began to train since at the age of 10, and it is quite a unique training experience for her, as she has to figure out how her power over Fate works, and what it can do. But what she doesn't know, is that her Conduit powers, it would play a far more important role that even she herself can realize, and the same is said for her sister.

The 2 sisters grew up, as they began to practice in their Conduit Souls without even knowing what it is, as they do all that they can to master their powers. Although younger then Yukari, being only born by a few hundred years, she began to profess and grow in power far greater then even Yukari herself expected, as while it took her a long time to master the 3rd level of her Conduit Soul, Remilia took it one step higher, and is somehow able to master the 4th mastery in her Conduit Soul, in thar she is now Proficient in the capabilities of what she is able to do. She is able to manipulate Fate and even has a higher consciousness that she herself became aware of later in life. And because of the fact that she is able to manipulate fate to an extreme extent, she rose to become one of the strongest Yokai to ever exist, becoming a respected, yet feared figure.

And then, at some point it in the past, Remilia and her household traveled to Gensokyo. It is not known how Remilia came to Gensokyo in the first place, but the Scarlet Devil Mansion were in Gensokyo at least as early as 1998. It is also known that when she came to Gensokyo, the Great Hakurei Barrier had been in place for a while, as at this point in Gensokyo's history, the youkai had lost much of their power from being unable to attack humans.

Upon arriving in Gensokyo, she settled down and made a mansion inside of Gensokyo and tried to have a peaceful life, while also trying to learn how much of her power that she can extend it to. But unfortunately, some Yokai's went on a rampage, and they attacked her home. This made her mad, and she attacks and killed the Yokai attacking her home in return, and she eventually used her power to try and hide her mansion, so that her sister and her servants would not get killed. She did whatever her she could in order to ensure the survival and safety of her household and those that live in it.

At some point, Remilia would be involved in an event called the Vampire Incident, where someone attacked her sister, and she went on a destructive rampage, and nearly destroyed all of Gensokyo. And apparently, Yukari Yakumo, the Conduit of Balance, had somehow been involved in the incident, and went in the action in order to stop Remilia from getting out of hand. And luckily, she was able to stop her before she could accidentally kill somehow without even realizing it.

Thankfully, she is able to calm down, and Yukari and Remilia spoke to one another, with Yukari realizing that she is a Conduit. This surprised her, as she has no idea what that is, but Yukari spoke to Remilia about it, and Remilia, she was in awe of this info, but also as well began to understand why it is that she is able to be as strong as she is in the first place. Although Yukari did sign the contract in order to stop her rampage, Yukari and Remilia began to bond with one another and seem to be able to form a friendship, even if it is a rather odd one. Although the both of them manipulate one another for a purpose that is important, the both of them do care that much and care a lot about one another, with Yukari even volunteering to be taking care of her younger sister from time to time. Because of this, it is an extremely close friendship, because at the time, Yukari was 1,200 years old and Remilia was 500, basically, 700 years older then the vampire mistress, but it didn't matter that much to Remilia, as she does values her friendship with the Gap Yokai almost as much as she values her relationship with her sister.

Of course, Yukari and Remilia are also known to be rather competitive to one another, with Remilia being the more competitive one. But the rivalry did not destroy their friendship in any sort of way, and instead they actually grew closer with the bond that they have with one another, with the both of them always hanging out with one another, and the both of them test their Conduit Souls on weaker Yokai in order to see what the end result will be. And needless to say, it was all very good times for all 3 of them, for Remilia, Flandre, and Yukari Yakumo. And the vampire sisters would even hang out with the Shikigami that are with Yukari Yakumo, and the are Ran Yakumo, who is the Bio-Conduit of Command, and Chen, who is a cat Shikigami that bonded to Ran's soul, being owned by her, yet is free and does whatever she wants for a chance. All 3 of them hang out a lot, with Remilia and Flandre even inviting the 2 Shikigami to their mansion, where they get to hang out and have a very nice time with one another.

However, her life would take the greatest change in all of time, when Prism, the Forbidden Conduit of Disorder, as well as an acquaintance of Yukari and Ran Yakumo, has appeared and met Remilia and Flandre. Needless to say, he is surprised and very cordial to the vampire sisters, mainly to Remilia, because he has not seen a Conduit be chosen by the Cycle in the Eden Orb that the both of them reside in, and thus, after a bit, Remilia and Flandre goes with Prism in order to see what the Alphaverse is like, and it is there that they meet the Alphatale Brothers, along with Error404, the Previous Conduit of Balnce. And when she saw a familiar skeleton that had the power of Change, it is when she start to feel something for him, in ways that she never thought ever possible.

Appearance:

Remilia is a vampire that is shown to possess blue hair and red eyes. But the hair is much longer, going past her back, perhaps down to the middle, and unlike the original Remilia, she does not don a mob cap, but instead wears a black-colored Caul that seems to go down to the shoulders, having a blood moon on the top, and has red mist-like symbols all over the cap, like it is stained in some light blood. She has a new sort of dress that is black with red puffy sleeves that are long and reach the wrists, with the dress itself going down to her ankles, the finger nails black, as well as wearing a Red Cross necklace. She is also seems to be a few more inches taller then her original self

Personality:

Remilia is rather similar to her original counterpart in terms of personality, although there are some key differences in them. Remilia has extended to a higher consciousness, allowing for her to spread her consciousness throughout an external existence and where her minds reach a higher level of development, now shown in helping her to obtain excellent refinement in mindfulness and in being that can reach extraordinary and universal levels, allowing her to self-manage, awaken, and develop the hidden potential that has been dormant. However, unlike the original Remilia, Blood!Remilia is a bit more mature, understanding that she has a responsibility that she must bear, as well as a responsibility in the use of her powers, not desiring to abuse her power. She is also aware that certain actions have consequences and would do whatever it takes to make sure that she does not make such terrible consequences, and would be careful of what she does.

Remilia is respected by most youkai of Gensokyo and so she's said to have a charismatic personality. However, in reality, this is only because of the fear they have for her kind. While she can act in an overblown and grandiose fashion, she usually only does it during incidents or for important matters. Otherwise, she tends to exhibit childish behavior. Despite this, she treats Yokai with kindness and respect, and does not think badly of them, only being truly frightening if they dare do something that is serious or drastic, and like Yukari, will manipulate people in order to deal with the situation, although she is far more involved.

And to those that she considers her friends, she is surprisingly pretty loyal to them, and while she does manipulate them, it is only when she feels like they need convincing in order to deal with it, and will even aid them on some occasion, but will not help them most of the time, only because she wants them to grow who more mentally like she does, as she wants them to be more responsible then her if they were to gain territories of their own or if they are gonna have a place of their own to rule. Overall, while childish, she's well meaning.

Powers and Abilities:

Witching Fog: Remilia can release and shape a thick red mist that she can spread over a wide area. The mist itself is composed of minuscule, highly dense jewels that bend light more than ordinary water droplets can. The wavelength of the refracted light drops past scarlet, and it is diffused and absorbed by the mist, giving it its distinctive scarlet coloration and its other name, the Scarlet Mist. Inhaling the mist makes humans quite ill. Remilia used it to blot out the sun so she could go outside without issue during the Scarlet Mist Incident.

Chain Army: Remilia manifests a series of blood red chains that can extend to an infinite length, being able to wrap around AUs on more than one occasion and can drain the HP of the ones that are caught in it so that she can heal from any wounds that she possibly sustained in the fight. They're durable, but that doesn't mean they're unbreakable, as Error404 used his Dark Blasters to break these chains multiple times.

Blood Consumption: Remilia can absorb other people's powers by drinking their blood, such as when she drank a bit of Yukari's blood, and is able to temporarily gain her Gap Power, before it was gone.

Count Shadow: Remilia can also manipulate shadows and darkness, being able to freely extend and control her shadows. Remilia has shown the ability to change the shape of her shadow to suit multiple purposes, such as tentacles that can bind his opponents seemingly of their own will, or being able to merge with her own shadow in order to avoid being touched by anyone. She can even go onto a person's shadow in order to enter into another separate Multiverse.

Servant Flier: Remilia uses magic circles to fire bats as bullets, which she often uses in order to counter the Anti-Void Bones that Error404 can fire.

Vampiric Illusions: Remilia Scarlet can cast powerful illusions. She can look into a person's mind and make illusions so strong they are real.

Flight: Remilia is able to fly using the bat wings that comes out of her back, being able to keep up with Yukari's flight speed and match it.

Unfathomable Strength: Remilia possesses extremely high levels of physical strength, being so strong that she is able to match Yukari Yakumo's strength, as a single strike from one another made countless Multiverse's explode by a shockwave. Her sheer strength is so great that she can outclass Error404 in her base form.

Vampire Claw: Remilia slashes out with her claws, with the claws so sharp that they can hurt even Yukari Yakumo herself.

Absolute Kill "Heart Break": Remilia fires a scarlet spear at her target to pierce their heart instantly and kill those that are weaker then her, and even once used this power to counter the God Ray that Error404 can do, and barely matched the power of the Yokai Ray that Yukari can use.

Divine Spear "Gungnir": Remilia's famous spear, which she throws at her opponent with extreme speed, with the spear being able to seriously damage someone as poweful as Error404 if he were to get cut and stabbed with it.

Partial-Pure Devilish God "Remilia Stoker": Remilia charges herself up with her energy, firing laser bursts and bats, with the Lasers being stronger then a Dark Blaster, and Yukari's Shadow Gaps are the only powers that is capable of countering the power of the Stoker.

"Millennium Vampiress": Remilia surrounds herself in a magical red aura that allows her to sap away at her opponent's lifeforce with every blow, replenishing her own, much more then the chains, but has a much shorter range compared to them.

Vampiric Immortality: In exhange for eternal life, Remilia never ages, as well as the fact that Remilia is able to heal from almost any wound.

Transformation:

BLOOD BEAST: Remilia Scarlet possesses a transformation that she can access called Blood Beast, which is activated when she gets enraged a very vicious way. When in this form, she gains bat ears, her claws become longer and sharper, she gains much sharper fangs, and her hair becomes a blood red color, with her eyes also glowing a blood red. In this form, her powers are multiplied to a dangerous extent, allowing her to handle the power of Yukari while she is able to utilize the power of her B.U.T.T.E.R.F.L.Y form, which shows just how strong her power is when she uses it, both enhancing and gaining new powers.

Bleeding Hearing: Remilia can now hear from any AUs away, and can even hear across a whole Multiverse

Petrifying Gaze: Remilia possesses a very dangerous stare that allows her to look into a person's eyes and make them see their worst fears, and incorporates the traits of said fears onto her body, which is not actually there, as it is a hallucination.

Bat Shriek: Remilia is able to share in so loud it can cause a temporary migraine in anyone that is as strong as a god, even making Error404 disorientated.

Devil Detection: Remilia is able to sense and detect anyone that possesses strong amounts of power, such as Conduits and TransVoid Beings.

Blood Infection: Remilia can inject her own blood into someone's veins in order to taint their bloodstream, either puppeteering them or giving them extreme agony from the inside. She can also use it to detect and track where a person is going, even to another Multiverse.

VAMPIRE QUEEN: Remilia Scarlet can access the Vampire Queen form when Helatory and Vendevras use her Cosmic Essence inside of her, which makes her far more stronger then before. In this form, her hair turns blonde and she gains blue eyes, as well as golden bat wings and ears, oddly making her much more seductive then before, due to the fact that her body matured and looks older. Her power also begins to infinitely skyrocket while in this form, evolving and growing stronger for a continuous amount of time as long as this form remains active for her.

Cosmic Favorite: Her chains are now far stronger, as they can now siphon and absorb not only HP, but can also siphon mana from those that she targets. She can also use this to destroy Multiverses with no effort. They can also be ignited with Cosmic Flames to deal extreme damage.

Alluring Body: She now possesses a physical body that can allow her to draw males to her, even other TransVoid Beings into being baited to her trap. Only those of exceptionally strong wills can resist the effects of the form.

BLOOD EMPRESS: Remilia gained this form when she met Messiah and trained with him, allowing her to access this form. In this form, she is the walking embodiment of bloodlust, allowing her to preform feats that she never thought possible, even being able to surpass the Perfect!Yukari form in ways that she did not expect, although she does not possess as much as experience as this form. She had what seems to be blood leaking out of her eyes in movement similar to wind, her eyes are now a brighter red to the point that it is white out, her clothes have a much brighter color, and her own mouth is also shown to be glowing, almost as if there is something hot inside of her mouth that is ready to fire out and shoot something, as well as having a crown on her head that is made of harden blood and bone.

Story Chains: Remilia is able to grab onto the Omniverse and it's stories, and form them into chains, with the chains being able to damage and destroy Omniverses and the stories hat they hold.

Heavenly Spear "Longinus": Remilia's spear has been upgraded and increased to far greater levels then before, now being able to pierce a few Omniverses at once and can even damage Yukari in her Perfect form.

Conduit of Fate:

Remilia, due to the nature of her powers, is gifted the status as the Conduit of Fate by the Cycle. As the Conduit of Fate, she is able to influence the fates of other beings into how she sees fit, making her an extremely dangerous Conduit to deal with. Unlike the others, she possesses a slightly greater understanding of how her Conduit Soul works, allowing her to bring forth incredible feats that most Conduits have never seen before in existence.

Novice: Remilia, at this state, can influence the choices of other beings in order for them to do what she urges them to do, which is the usage of Action Inducement.

Advanced Beginner: In this mastery, Remilia begins to directly affect the fate of other beings and people, affecting their future in various ways. She now possesses Insight, in which she has supernatural insight and understanding of the nature and past choices of others, allowing her to make predictions about the future, and can now utilize Chosen One Link, which allows her to link the Fate of other people to one another, so that they can share the same fate.

Competent: At this state, Remilia begins to affect existence in a whole new way, in which her influence can now reach beyond an Omniverse, having obtained a level of power that is far beyond in what Sol can do. As she becomes more and more Conduit, the concept of Fate is starting to become far greater and far more direct in her hands. In this state, she can utilize probability manipulation, allowing her to manipulate the outcome of a victim, as well as Fate Denial, which allows her to deny the fate of other beings in those that she chooses. The power, at this stage, can affect lesser outer gods.

Proficient: At this state, Remilia has extended to a higher consciousness, allowing for her to spread her consciousness throughout an external existence and where her minds reach a higher level of development, now shown in helping her to obtain excellent refinement in mindfulness and in being that can reach extraordinary and universal levels, allowing her to self-manage, awaken, and develop the hidden potential that has been dormant. She now possesses the power of Inevitable Event Creation, to which she can create points in history that is locked and unchangeable, meaning that said event will happen, no matter what sort of changes are made in the past, with her being the only one that can remove it by choice, and can even affect a whole Omniverse with this power. The range of her power, at this states, is bigger then Yukari's range.

Master (Currently at this Level): As she gets closer and closer to her true power, Remilia can now manipulate the threads of fate that are spun throughout life and time, allowing her to use a variety of abilities and generate different effects, being able to control the conceptual aspects of individuals' lives, deaths, and destinies.

Full-Fledged Conduit: At this state, in the peak of her mastery as the Conduit of Fate, Remilia Scarlet possesses complete control over the fates and destinies of those from the Edenverse and the Edensphere. At this state, she possesses Meta Fate Manipulation, in which she can perceive, shape and manipulate the destiny and fate of anything/anyone, including gods, demons, eldritch beings, transcendent, entire worlds, universes and even realities. allowing her to control or decide anything and everything's destiny and fate. She also has Meta Probability Manipulation, which allows her to manipulate any probability, regardless of its nature or scale. This includes quantum probabilities and those of a metaphysical nature. She is also Omniscient at this state, for she knows of both the past and future, allowing her to influence it in ways that suit her best interests.

Relationships:

Flandre Scarlet: The younger sister of Remilia Scarlet, the 2 sisters got along, and had their parents to raise them. Thanks to that, it allowed them both to be close to one another, and developed a very right sister bond, and because of this, the both of them rarely fight with one another, but are both overall on good terms. Remilia is also tether protective of Flandre, and is someone that will lay her life in a battle in order to ensure that her own sister is safe.

Alpha!Sakuya, Alpha!Hong, and Fairy Maids: Remilia has a loving and caring relationship with the people that work and serve her, treating the with kindness and love, as well as treating them with respect. The ones serving her, in return, are incredibly loyal to her and are willing to do whatever it takes to serve her will and to not leave her side, fathering preferring to die for her.

Equilibirum!Yukari: The relationship between the two is a rather interesting one, as they have met before in the past, as well as the fact that they both had been the one to sign the contract back in the Vampire Incident. Although in the surface, they do not seem friendly to one another, as both manipulate each other for one's own purpose, they truly do care a lot about each other and see one another as equals, as Yukari and Remilia simply have a rivalry to one another but in a friendly way.

Queen!Ran: The Shikigami of Yukari Yakumo, Remilia gets a long rather swimmingly with Ran, due to the fact that her position reminds her of her servants and maids that serve her, and because of that, she treats her rather kindly, with Remilia even trusting Ran to watch over her sister if Remilia and Yukari are not here to watch over her, especially if the both of them are on a task together and they are too busy for one another to watch over her. Ran, on the other hand, is rather weary of Remilia to an extent, but nonetheless, she shares the same friendship that Remilia does to Ran.

Alpha!Chen: The Shikigami of Ran, Remilia treats her with kindness and patience, although she does get rather annoyed with the fuss thar she can cause with her childlike attitude, but she does enjoy being in the presence of Chen, due to the fact that she is not that nuts, and she would even have Flandre hang out with Chen for the both of them to have fun with one another. Chen, in return, does seem to be fond of Remilia.

Error404: The previous Conduit of Balance, before Yukari Yakumo took the mantle, Error404 and Remilia get along very well, as Error404 seems to be able to help her with some stuff that she has inside of her that troubles her, such as being able to give her helpful advice and being able to v persuade and convince her on some topics that she would usually have trouble on, although he is not above manipulating her if it means achieving some goals of his own, which Remilia is aware of, hit she decides to go along with it and join in.

Bio-Conduit of Monarchy, King Multiverse: Remilia and King Multiverse do get along to an extent, and Remilia seems to have made it her own habit to go out all of the way to tease him of his romantic relationship with Ran Yakumo, much to his embarrassment and dismay. But despite this, he does value the friendship that he and Remilia.

Righteous!Error: The Polothorn of Destruction, as well as the love interest of Yukari Yakumo, both Righteous and Remilia were able to get along rather well, due to the fact that the both of them care a lot about Yukari, but in spite of all of this, she does seem to tease about Righteous!Error being with Yukari, as the Conduit of Balance is much more powerful then him and seems to be the submissive type to her, much to his annoyance and dismay, but he does not treat her negatively in any sort of way, and is still friends with her.

Infected: The first Destroyer, as well as the Conduit of Destruction, at first, she is rather nervous, due to his scary appearance, and the fact that he is capable of eating people in order to gain the powers of others. But after hearing the fact that he is able to redeem and change himself for good and is now on their side, Remilia began to trust him to an extent, although she does maintain her distance, and eventually, she is able to strike a friendship with him, being able to treat him as a good friend, even with the fact that he still has traits of his usual psychotic self from back in the past.

Omnipotent!Sans: The Conduit of Will, Remilia shows nothing but disgust towards him, due to the fact that he had thrown away his humanity for no reason other then to get the job done, which she considers to be a poor excuse of a sort, and because of this, always mocks him and uses her powers indirectly to make him suffer countless humiliations.

Alpha!Sans: Compared to Omnipotent!Sans, her opinion on Alpha!Sans is much better, due to the fact that Alpha never gave up on his humanity, and would prefer to be as himself then he nothing at all. But the thing is...it is more then just some feeling of friendship. In fact, she seems to be rather possessive of him, almost as though she is starting to have feeling for him, especially since Muffet does not seem to care, or does love him, but she does not want to admit it. Either way, she's gonna progress the relationship that she has with him so she can have him.

Hollow!Ink: The former student of Alpha!Sans, who corrupted himself by taking the Soul of the Unnameable, Remilia has shown nothing but disgust for what he had done, and because of this, refuses to go near him, as well as make sure that Flandre Scarlet does not go near him as well. She knows of Ink's act, due to Alpha talking about what happened to his former student, and it made her so revolted at the fact that he betrayed everyone, even the ones that were once his friends, and he ripped it away as if the bonds he had mattered nothing to them.

100: The Beast of Rage, as well as the oldest brother of Error404 and Alpha, Remilia is interested in the Beast of Rage, due to the fact that he has Determination, which she has never heard of before in the past, and the fact that she is curious to know if her powers has any effect on him. But despite this, she does stay out of the way, for she has no idea what will happen if she does get close to him.

Warlock: Like the others that are with her, Remilia thinks of Warlock as a very strange and ridiculous entity, due to his otherworldly powers and it's very insane behavior, at least in the way that she sees it. But despite this, Warlock and Remilia do get along with one another, due to the fact that Warlock has helped Remilia on more then one occasion, and the fact that she is able to see Warlock for the kind person that he is.

Prism: The Forbidden Conduit of Disorder, both Remilia and Prism have a relationship of that of acquaintances, but in a rather good way, and because of that, they get along well and help one another.

Merus: The Bio-Conduit of Pre-Eminence, Merus and Remilia get along well, and the fact that Remilia seems to think of him as very kind and cheerful, which is why she allows him to hang out with Flandre, and plays with Chen as well.

The Astral Mother and the Void Empress: For the Astral Mother, Remilia hates her with every fiber of her being, due to her remorseless nature and her desire for perfection, which makes her want to puke out onto her face. On the other hand, she has a very positive relationship with the Void Empress, due to the fact that the Void Empress cares a lot about her children and the fact that as far as the Void Empress is concerned, she cares a lot more about her family then she cares more about experiments, which made Remilia highly respect her more.

Himmsworth: The TransVoid Being of Omniscience, taking on the form of a Black Cat with a red eye, Himmsworth expresses interest and intrigue at Remilia, as he knows of what she is, being the Consuit of Fate, and wonders how far her power can take. They met before when he simply visits Merus and Prism, and since then, the 2 of them have been known to hang out with one another.

Notes:

Her powers are so incredibly dangerous that she is almost mistaken for a Forbidden Conduit.

Flandre Scarlet, also affected by the Cycle, is given the position as a Conduit as well, but it is unknown what sort of position that she is given. It is possible that she is given the position as the Conduit of Annihilation, mainly due to the nature of her powers, and the fact that Infected is also the Conduit of Destruction, so with that spot taken, it is the one position suiting her.

Remilia Scarlet, due to her slightly greater mastery of her Conduit Soul compared to Yukari, has proved herself to be a tough challenge when they both fight, even winning against her on a couple of occasions.

Despite her immense power, even if she were to become a Full-Fledged Conduit, she cannot change the fates of those that are destined to become a Conduits, meaning that she cannot undo Yukari's status as the Conduit of Balance. And oddly, Bio-Conduits are just as resistant to this, even more oddly are those that are born as Polothorns or become Polothorns. And lastly, obviously, she cannot affect the Eden Gods, due to the immense power that they all possess. However, she can still affect what happens to Conduits, such as giving them bad luck or making them suffer, even if that person is stronger then her and is a Full-Fledged Conduit.

The power of the Conduit of Fate is stronger then the Conduit of Balance, and as such, at Proficient Level, she is stronger then Yukari in terms of Conduit abilities. Despite this, she can still lose against her, due to Yukari being more experienced and creative in the use of her powers.
