Yeah, that's true-Amai

Amai is the Alphatale version of Chen from the Touhou Project. She is a cat Neko Shikigami that Ran has manage to obtain and had became a servant to Ran herself, and she is admittedly a bit more powerful when compared to her original self.

Backstory:

Amai's backstoru is rather similar to that of Chen, her original counterpart. Like her original self, she is a Bakeneko of sorts in her early life, but not much else is known of what came to be of her onwards. What is known is that at some point in the past, she bonded with Ran Yakumo, who is the Shikigami of Yukari Yakumo. And because of this, she became the Shikigami to Ran Yakumo herself, and swears to become useful for her, in order to aid her in what she needs to do, as well as keeping Yukari and Ran's reputation intact. And the thing is, unlike the original Chen, Amai is far more powerful and vicious, possessing powers that Chen herself does not possess, and because of this, it made her much more useful to fight for Yukari and Ran then before, and is also a bit more responsible.

She is known as the Shikigami of a Shikigami, the servant of a servant, and because of this, it is something that some people found laughable. But when some people tried to attack, she shown herself to be dangerous in her own way, and with the bonding of Ran, who herself is bonded with Yukari, she is shown to be stronger then ever before, and is able to beat down the people that dared attacked them. Because of this and thanks to what Amai had done, she had proven herself of being able to keep Yukari and Ran's reputation intact. Despite this, although she is a bit more ruthless and violent, like her original self, she still is a bit childish and wants to have some fun in her life. And unlike the original Chen, she does make an effort to know how to swim so she does not get scared of water and drown in it, which is admittedly kind of a big annoyance to her in a way.

But at some point in her life, she would be brought to the Eden Orb that the Alphatale brothers are in, and it is here that she expresses interest in them. And it is here that she will meet a couple of people in her life that she might develop feelings for.

Appearance:

Amai's appearance resembles that her original self, but with multiple differences. She is a cat Yokai with Dark orange eyes, slit red pupils, and brown hair and brown cat ears. But the tips of the ears are black with the bottom parts of the hair white at the tips, with her hair also spoke to be very long, reaching down to her shoulders. There are also 2 golden piercings on the right ear. She also has a pair of tails that are white that change to black at the tips of them. Her outfit is different, as while she wears a red red still, her sleeves are black and are not puffy, as well as being semi-detached sleeves. And because of this, it shows her bare shoulders, and her shoes are black, while also now wearing socks reaching up to her ankles instead of being over it. She also looks a bit more mature then her original counterpart, now resembling as 14 year old to an extent, but still keeps a short height.

Personality:

Similar to the original Chen, Amai is usually a bit stiff and awkward, trying to live up to the reputation the Yakumo name gives, as a shikigami of Ran Yakumo who, in turn, is a shikigami of Yukari Yakumo. As she gets to know someone though, she will let down her guard and her age will start to show, becoming more and more childlike. Dhe also does enjoy fish and cat teasers, able to be easily distracted by teasers and similar objects, especially once she's let her guard down.

However, Amai's personality, in this setting, is a bit more darker and mature, and knows when to stop acting like a kid and starts being mature. She would act violent when ordered to be so and will attack without hesitation, clawing and assaulting those that her masters, Ran and Yukari, command. She would have a quiet and cold personality, rarely showing any feelings or emotions, even when she was speaking to those that are her enemies and will take them down without care of hesitation of what it is that will happen to them.

Despite this violent side, she is not always like this and can in fact show a much more friendlier side to those that are not enemies to Yukari and Ran. As such, she can be a kind and compassionate Shikigami that cares and helps those that are in need, even when there is no reason to. But that is only when she senses that the person is a good one and is not someone that is here to do anything bad. And in addition, she is rather playful, nonchalant, and simple-minded, simply enjoying teasing people just for the kicks, but shows great respect to both Yukari and Ran, for her loyalty to them is great and genuine. Overall, although she is a rather childish person, Amai is someone that will do the best for her masters to make them proud, no matter what it takes.

Powers and Abilities:

Grand Sign "Phoenix Egg": Amai throws eggs at the enemy, in which the eggs can explode on contact in a rather violent way, causing massive damage.

Oni God "Flight of Idaten": A technique that increases her speed even further, as well as giving her after images that can confuse enemies in which one is the real one.

Master Bond: Amai is able to increase in strength whenever she is near her master Ran, making her a bit more harder to take down.

Neko Claws: Amai can use claws in close range combat, with the claws being sharp enough to hurt people and leave rather deep and painful scratches.

Spirit Fire: Amai can summon aura and fire with her powers, but jinx take on the form of blue flames. Which can use this to launch fireball attacks of sorts with her hands, causing a lot of damage to people that are at her level.

Spirit Sphere: Amai can launch spheres at opponents from her hand that are as rapid and deadly as bullets, hurting then more then the fire, but needs to stay still doing it.

Combating Soul: Amai can cover herself in a powerful mystical aura, drastically increasing her strength, defense, and speed, almost acting as a sort of armor.

Mystic Healing: Amai, using her powers, is able to recover both a person's physical and mental health, in addition to their stamina. Through being in physical contact with the person she's healing and can be used to even recover a person's life-force.

Soul Sealing: Amai learned to be able to learn to seal the souls of other beings into objects in order to prevent death from happening to herself and to those that are not immortal.

Inferno Wheel: Amai can summon multiple large wheels that are covered in white and black flames that can cause devastating damage to those caught in it.

Yokai Concealing: Amai is able to conceal her presence so that she does not become found, except by Yukari and Ran, who are connected to her.

Poison Mist: She can create a poisonous mist effective on Youkai and other monsters, but it cannot affect Conduits or monsters that are stronger then her.

Feline Illusions: Amai is able to cast illusions such as creating mirage copies of herself to throw her opponents off.m

Nature Control: Amai is able to control nature to an extent, allowing her her to do stuff such as making the ground into mud to hinder movement, or control plants in such a way that they are able to grow fast on their own and are able to trap people.

Space Sorcery: Amai, after training with her masters, is able to make a barrier that can trap her opponents in another space, and can even use this power for teleportation at short ranges. Sometimes, she can teleport to a location at a long distance, with beating near Ran increasing this power even more then before. She can even use it to summon people to her side.

Defense Sorcery: Amai has the ability to create a sturdy defensive magic circle to protect the people thar she cares about, and sometimes even a location.

Transformation:

SHIN AMAI: This transformation is used when Amai needs to utilize much more power. It is able to be utilized this power when she bonded herself to Ran and Yukari, which gave her access to this form. When that happens, her body takes on a more mature appearance, the body figure being as mature as Yukari and Ran, although a couple inches shorter then Ran herself, her hair becomes longer, and now she possesses 2 pairs of cat tails, as well as an addition 5th, now giving her a total of 7 tails, similar to the Nekomata from Nabeshimahan. In this form, Amai possesses far greater power then ever before, allowing herself to become strong enough to rival Ran Yakumo in base form, although is still outclassed to an extent. Now she is able to teleport with a far greater range then before, with her other powers being much more destructive then before.

Relationships:

Ran Yakumo and Yukari Yakumo: Yukari Yakumo, the Conduit of Balance and master of Ran Yakumo, who is Amai's master and the Bio-Conduit of Command. She is very loyal to them both and will do anything at their orders, even if it means becoming violent in order to achieve their wills. Because of this, she is regarded as the most loyal out of all the servants, even when compared to Ran, who is loyal to Yukari herself to a great extent.

Bloody!Remilia: The Vampire Queen, as well as the Conduit of Fate, Amai is admittedly a little bit weary and slightly hostile to her when she first arrived, as she does not trust vampires that much. But in time, when getting to know her, she sees that Remilia is rather friendly to be with, even if she is odd, and thus considers her to be a very good friend to he with, and as such, as cordial to her whenever the both of them meet.

Yuugi and Suika: The 2 Onis that are the Conduit of Phenomenon and Density, Amai is admittedly a bit unease with the fact that the 2 Onis are present in their life, due to the fact that she sees them as battle maniacs, and wound rather avoid getting involved with them. But eventually, she is able to get along with them, but still does keep her distance.

Error404!Sans: The previous Conduit of Balance, as well as the God of the Multiverse from the Eden Orb that he resides in, Amai does show respect to 404 due to his intelligent and powers, but is admittedly scared of him because he outclassed her even when she is in her shin transformation. Despite this, 404 does treat her kindly, due to his respect to Yukari.

Bio-Conduit of Monarchy, King Multiverse: The creation of Error404, as well as the Bio-Conduit of Monarchy, Amai shows respect to King Multiverse, due to his immense power, and the fact that he is stronger even when she is in her Shin form. She also is encouraging with King Multiverse due to the fact that he is in a relationship with Ran, who is a creation od Yukari, just as King Multiverse is a creation of 404. Although this does admittedly embarrass King Multiverse in a way, he does seem rather appreciative of what she says to him.

Righteous!Error: The apprentice of Error404, as well as the Polothorn of Destruction, Righteous!Error seems to treat Chen with kindness and care, helping her whenever he could with whatever problem that he has by giving her advice and even saving her on some occasions. She is also encouraging with Righteous!Error being in a relationship with Yukari, and while he is a bit uneasy talking about it, he does appreciate a little bit at the fact that he does feel happy or her encouragement. 

Cyan!Sans: The apprentice of Righteous!Error and Hollow!Ink, who now sticks with him after the creator's corruption by the Unnameable, Cyan and Amai get along rather well with one another, due to the fact that he is in the same position as Amai, in that he serves Error and considers him his master and follows Error404 as well, just as Chen considers Ran her master and follows Yukari's will herself. They both bonded very quickly, and it is hinted that she has developed a crush on him, although she'd also develop a similar crush on a Bio-Conduit that is stronger then him.

Infected: Amai, admittedly, is scared of Infected due to his creepy appearance and the fact that he is the Conduit of Destruction. Although she has heard that he had sense redeemed himself, she does not believe it easily and does the best to stay away from him, much to Infected's embarrassment. Despite this, Infected does not blame her, as even he feels like he deserved it for being as creepy as he is.

Omnipotent!Sans: Amai prefers to avoid Omnipotent, due to the fact that he had sacrificed his humanity to see it in a perspective thar she sees as absolutely stupid, the same opinion that everyone on the Alpha Project has, and as such, she refuses to do anything with him or meet him under any circumstance. And not once had she met him, due to the fact that Righteous!Error had told her of this mindset, and Amai became rather disappointed in him as a result.

Alpha!Sans: The Conduit of Change and the first protector, Amai gets along very well with him due to the fact that he refuses to sacrifice his humanity, and as such, considers him a true protector compared to him. Alpha, in turn, is rather appreciative of what it is that Amai thinks of him and would even take the chance to train her to fight, and unlike with Ink, he will not be cruel with his training and will instead be patient, calm, and considerate with what he does in how he trains her in combat and thinking.

Hollow!Ink: The corrupted protector and the vessel of the Unnameable Soul, Amai has nothing but disgust to him, due to the fact that he became the way that he is, and thus, desires nothing more then ti avoid him at all costs. Ink is unaware of her existence, and thus does not know she is here in his Eden Orb, and Amai prefers it to stay that way.

100: The oldest brother of Error404 and Alpha, Amai is admittedly intimidated and scared of the sight of 100, due to the fact that he is a hulking beast that is powered by rage, and is out of control at times. Because of this, Amai does the best that she can to stay away from him, as she does not want ti get involved with the fact thar she might get smashed by him without warning.

Warlock: The oldest brother of Infected and Omnipotent, Amai, like all of the others, considers him to be extremely weird and strange, due to what he is like and the fact that he has a behavior that is so otherworldly and very bizarre. But in turn, she came to see him as a true friend to have and wants nothing more then to keep having fun with him, due to how goofy that he is.

Himmsworth: The TransVoid Being of Omniscience, Amai express interest and fondness of him, due to the fact that he is a cat like she is. And because of this, they struck a bond and they both have a close relationship with one another, with Himmsworth telling her of things that even she didn't know of.

Merus: The Bio-Conduit of Pre-Eminence, as well as the son of Edra, they met with Himmsworth introduced them to each other, and as such, Merus and Amai got along very well, due to their close age mentally, as well as the fact that Amai seems to have a fondness to him. But oddly, Amai began to develop a crush on Merus, just as she had developed a crush on Cyan. And because of this, she is struggling to decide who to be with, but Righteous!Error does encourage to simply say that she can simply just take both of them.

Notes:

Amai is much more component and vicious compared to her original counterpart Chen, not to mention possessing far greater power then her original self.

Amai, in her normal form, is stronger then Cyan!Sans, and in her Shin form, although she became extremely powerful, she is weaker compared to King Multiversr.

If she were to go into a relationship with both Cyan and Merus, then it would be a threesome for all of them, and sense both Merus and Cyan are both ageless, due to eating a fruit in Merus' case and Cyan having his soul bonded with Righteous!Error, the both of them get to be with each other forever.

Amai, unlike the other members of the Alpha Project, is not a Conduit, but even so, she is extremely powerful.

It is unknown how Amai became as strong as she is, but it is possible it is due to the MainFrame code that is within Ran and Yukari that made her as strong as she is.
