Peace

Peace.
Peace is when parents hold their child,
With glistening eyes, emotions wild,
A little baby looked up and smiled.

Peace.
Peace is when a child jumps high,
No worry, no tears in his eye,
Playing with friends, limits beyond the sky.

Peace.
Peace is when a student remembers school,
Multiple peers, all activities considered cool,
A world with nobody even remotely cruel.

Peace.
Peace is when music reverberates in one's chest,
His mind reminiscing the worst and the best,
Life chaotic but complete with zest.

Peace.
Peace is when eyes reflect love,
An emotion as pure as a dove,
Just man and wife, nothing beyond and above.

Peace.
Peace is when one is surrounded by family,
Sharing memories, laughing wholeheartedly,
Feeling content and expressing unabashedly.

Peace.
Peace is when even with wrinkled hands,
One's fingers play, adorned by wedding bands,
Soul peacefully giving in to his body's demands.

Peace.
Peace is when one achieves tranquility,
A moment of pure serenity,
A state of harmony and absolute stability.

Peace.
Peace can be found in literally every second,
Broaden your perspective and try to comprehend,
Look for the positives, not the omen,
Improve, amend, and know that this is not the end.
