Gina

The pain of hunger and thirst awaken me. I sit up noticing I'm back to my normal form. I peek outside the cave and it's early morning. I can still see the dew on the ground. It's a little chilly and all I have on is this shirt. I peep outside of the cave I'm in as a breeze hits me and look around to see I'm far from anything in sight. I have run so far I have no idea where I am.

I start to regret my actions of running away from my step dad in the first place. Yes I was miserable and beaten but at least I had a place to stay and food and clothes. What am I thinking that's the best thing I ever did was run away. I have to think of my next move. I'm so hungry and drained I can't move. I'm weak and feel my life draining.

I stand to fight the darkness that wants to take over. I hear water dripping but I can't see where it's coming from. I walk deeper I to the cave and walk under a steady drip on my head. It's dark but I stand under the stream and pray I don't get sick as I lean my head back and drink until I'm full. At least my belly is full. Not sure how long the water will last but at least I know where it is and I won't go far from it.

I walked back Tor he front of the cave and sit down with my back against the cave wall and pull my knees to my chest. I feel someone is close but my fear and fatigue has me stuck where I am. I rest my head on my knees and let the blanket of exhaustion take over as I fall into a deep slumber.

I feel as if I've been asleep for hours but when I woke up. I a male figure slumped in the chair not far from the huge comfortable bed I'm laying in. I sit up in a panic looking around for an escape. Oh God how did I get here.

I wake up on a mission. Seems no one can hold on to my Luna once they find her so I'll do it myself. I rise from my bed stretching and mind linking my small crew to get their assess up and get ready and meet me out front in thirty minutes. I tell then not to be seen and don't ask questions I will inform them all once I reach them.

It's not that I feel they will run their mouth, it's just if they don't know and they run into my father he can't read their thoughts and try and stop me. As I brushed my teeth my feel pain in my abdomen as if I haven't eaten in days and I know it's my Luna. She is starving to death. I must find her quickly.

I jump in the shower for a good fifteen minute shower then step out drying off and dressing in a simple t shirt and joggers. I put on one that aren't really my favorite that way when I shift I won't care that they will be ruined. I make it to the location of the meet up which is ten feet I to the woods next to the main house.

I approached my men seeing them all having conversations and waiting instructions. Once they noticed my presence there was silence. They all turned to look at me to see what this secret meeting was about.

"OK men, it's simple. My Luna is not far but she is a distance. We are to find her and bring her back. I want her safe and unharmed. She will be frightened and skidish. " I spoke feeling her as if she's drained of life or it's slowly slipping away.

"Do you have an idea of how far or at least in what area so we may get to her quickly sir? " Troy one of my best hunters asked

"She is at least twenty miles from here in the mountains. The tricky part will be trying to pick up her scent as she has been running all night. Know she is in human form" I told them. Someone they would be alert of their surroundings for any human hunters but not shy away from her

"Yes sir" they all said in unison as th y began to shift into their wolf forms.

I told changed into my form which made me three times bigger than them except for my beta he was as big as me as me almost. It was a tactic in our history to keep the alpha safe at all times. If the enemy doesn't know who to attack they can never kill the alpha and take over.

We began to run at full speed. I feel her getting closer as the sun sets at noon high drying all the morning dew away from the ground. We all reached the mountains within minutes. I mind linked instructions

"Split up in twos that gives us give groups. Look in every cave she's not far. When you find her call me" I gave orders and they all split heading their separate ways.

Me and my beta began to walk and I hear a sound I go to look and it's regular hikers. We hid so they would not see us and sent the word for the rest of the group to watch for them and not frightened them. After ten minutes they were far away from us all and we continued our search for the Luna.

My heart beat begins to slowly and I am worried for her health. It's getting hotter and these caves hold heat like ovens. With her weaken state already she would have no knowledge to move now especially if she is sleep. I tell them to move quicker as I am finally alerted she has been found.

I quickened my speed with my beta on my heels. She looks weak and pale but still so beautiful in my eyes. I found her. She still has a faint smell of a rouge and it takes me back to the first time I saw her. She was beautiful then but I turned my nose up because I smelled a rouge. But it has to be something deeper. I remember my vision where I saw her being locked in a room laying on the floor.

I pull my myself out of my thoughts as my beta and my head hunter help lift her onto my back. Once I am sure she will not fall we all take off back Tor he mansion. I mind linked the medical staff and tell them to meet me in my room asap bringing all equipment.

Once we reach the house I still run with her on my back u til I reach my room where the staff takes her and begins to work on her. I go into my bathroom shifting back to my human form and taking a shower and getting dressed in joggers and a black wife beater.

It seems like hours and she's still out. They have given her three bags of fluids and oxygen to get her stats stable and on order. Once that's done they removed everything and told me to let her rest. I sat in the chair next my bed and let sleep take over.

I heard movement and I felt her heart rate increase which woke me from my sleep. I see the panic and worry in her face. I wish I could hear her thoughts but she is not officially my Luna so I can't read or hear her. I spoke in a calming voice

"Please be calm MA. I won't hurt you. I'm here for you. To be your friend, your shoulder to lean on, and your protector. It may take time but you can trust me beautiful" I spoke standing from my chair and sitting on the bed after she relaxed.

"Wh-whats your name, please" she said above a whisper.
"My name is Raheem and yours beautiful? " I asked her looking into her eyes that held so much and I wanted to hear it all
"I'm Gina. Do you work for him? Are you taking me back? Please I beg you I will do anything but sex just don't take me back. I can cook and clean. He trained me well just please don't take me back" She sobbed looking into my eyes and I wanted to cry for her.

What has this sick bastard done to her for her to feel as a slave when she is the Queen of Queens. I will give her time but she will tell me who this fool is and he will pay with his life.

"Gina. I will not harm you nor let any other being in any world harm you. I will die first. You're safe here." I was interrupted by a knock I mind linked and it was the maid bringing Gina food

"Enter" I spoke
" yes sir. The Luna's food sir" The maid said as she bowed then left.
I grabbed the tray and set it in the bed next to Gina and watch as she hesitantly grabbed it sitting it in her lap and began to eat like she has never had a real meal. She is so damn beautiful. I was staring at her beauty so long I didn't realize she was done eating until she spoke.

"Can I take a shower please Raheem. I don't have clothes but, oh I'm sorry if I'm out of line" Gina spoke dropping her head
"Gina you are my equal. Do not drop your head beautiful. I gotcha though. The bathroom is right behind that door I'll go get you some clothes and then we can talk of you like. " i said kissing her hand before leaving

As I went to get her some clothes I felt her heart relax and for once I felt complete and at ease. My Luna is home.
