Shoto felt incredibly lonely, not only was Katsuki gone, Touya was at school, and even Dabi was off somewhere. Shoto had noticed the last time his brother had come home he smelled of an alpha. A certain Alpha named Kai, the thought of him made Shoto shiver because of the past but indeed Kai wasn't a bad guy so Shoto didn't mind all that much. 

The omega just laid in his bed, without even noticing Shoto was "nesting". The bed was layered with Katsuki's clothes. The smell of the alpha filled the room and made Shoto feel somewhat at ease. Still, the feeling of being lonely didn't necessarily go away, having a pair with someone who was across the world felt like Shoto kept reaching for a hand that was not even there. 

With a strong urge to throw up, Shoto made his way to the bathroom and vomited into the toilet. He felt gross so he took a long shower. He really felt uneasy. It had been about a month since he saw Katsuki, and he could barely talk to the Alpha since he was busy with work all the time. 

As Shoto hopped out of the shower he gazed into the mirror. He looked extremely pale, bags were under his eyes. He felt queasy but hungry at the same time. Without knowing what to do he decided to call his mom. He told her about what to do since he always felt anxious and even empty in a way. She came over in worry. 

"Shoto dear maybe you should let Katsuki know about the way you are feeling." Rei insisted. Shoto shook his head. 

"He is always so busy with work, it would be too much trouble to disturb him again at a time like this." Rei grabbed Shoto's hand and gave it a squeeze.

"Dear, you are a pair, fated mates even, I'm sure if you said something like you don't want to bother him he would yell at you for not telling him. He gets his confidence from knowing you rely on him so much." Shoto smiled at his mother. She really had so much wisdom. 

"Ugh your right," Shoto mumbled as he stood up. "I feel slightly better. Lately, I've been gaining weight from stress eating." The omega grumbled as he lifted up his shirt and squeezed his tummy. Rei laughed loudly, she even wiped tears from her eyes. "Hey, why are you laughing!?" 

She shook her head. "No reason no reason. Don't worry about it. Well, I think you should talk to your doctor. It's not healthy if you are feeling anxious so much to the point you are getting depressed. Shoto nodded, it wouldn't be a bad idea to talk to a consultant. 

"I'll set up an appointment right now." Shoto insisted as he went over to the phone. 

"Well, I'll be taking my leave. And Shoto are you wearing perfume?"

"No why" Shoto questioned as he cocked his eyebrow.

"Oh no reason, you just smell quite nice."
