It's my birthday today.... so here have a chapter❤️

Shoto paced back and forth in front of Katsuki, Rei, Fuyumi, Natsuo. He was extremely nervous. They where too but they didn't show it as much as the younger.

Rei had her hands on her thighs. Clenching as she took deep breaths. She would see her son after so many years. The time at the ward did not count.

Fuyumi was taking quiet deep breaths. She wanted to talk with Shoto. She knew he was keeping something to himself but never told her. Fuyumi wanted to yell at her younger brother. She just wanted to ask why Shoto hadn't told her that he knew where Touya was. You would think he would have told her. She was disappointed that he didn't.

Natsuo on the other hand was gonna punch his brother right in the face soon as he saw Touya. He missed his brother but he was mad that he left in the first place. Natsuo wasn't the type to get nervous, he just got mad easily.

Katsuki just didn't show any emotion. He didn't know Dabi well enough to feel anything. He was just Shoto's emotional support. The thing he was most worried about was Deku. He and Uraraka where watching there son. The older would rather chop off Deku's hand then let him touch little Touya.

Shoto glared as Enji walked into the court room. They where still waiting for the jury to arrive. (sorry guys I kind of know what I am talking about XD I want to be in air force than F.B.I. I don't know much about lawyers and such) The younger stood up and walked over to Enji. He wasn't in his hero suit. He had a suit and tie on. It somehow made him want to throw up.

"What are you doing? Why are you here? You don't want to see your disappoint me of a son do you?" The omega mocked. He was about to yell even more but he heard the sound of people walking in. He saw as the jury, judge, and Dabi walk in. Shoto grimaced at Enji before taking a seat.

He was nervous about what would happen. He really didn't want his brother to have to leave again.

Shoto cried a little bit during the process. The judge actually was very lenient because of Dabi's help with bringing many villains to custody and saving a child. They also ended up talking with Shoto for being a 'witness' and knowing about what happened with him and how Dabi helped him. In the end Dabi would live with Shoto and he would be on house arrest for three months and for the rest of the year he would have to check in and out.

Dabi would have 100 hours of community hours after the three months. That wasn't to bad. Shoto was happy. His brother would be home in two days, the older had legal things to do before being able to just leave.

Shoto was going to distract himself over the weekend. He was nervous to finally be home with his brother.

The omega sat at the counter. He layed his head on the marble surface. He was thankful for the quietness. Little Touya was at Uraraka's tell 5. Shoto was gonna use this time for use.

"What are you doing?" Katsuki asked. Shoto looked over to the older.

"Looking for houses." He spoke, Katsuki stood up. Walking up to the younger he rested his chin on Shoto's shoulder.

"Any luck?" He asked. Shoto sighed.

"W-well, it depends. We don't have much money so maybe tax season will be nice?" Shoto muttered.

"Well during Christmas break I can get a job." The older stated. Shoto nodded, he planned on doing the same.

He had a family of his own now that he had to take care of. He would do that of course because he loved his family more than anything.
