Week 30

Shoto looked at himself in the mirror, feeling disgusted with himself. He felt so gross. He didn't really know why.

This nasty feeling that was flowing through him made him decide to take a shower.

He usually liked his showers cold but it seems like today he didn't want a cold shower. He put it to a nice warm. Water dripped down his back as he thought about how different he felt.

He definitely looked different. The most noticeable change was the fact he looked like he had a watermelon inside of him. The omega also had bags under his eyes because he hadn't slept in weeks.

In the middle of the night the baby would kick, and when Shoto was finally able to fall asleep he would get nightmares and wake up in a fury of sweat.

The boy rinsed off the soap on his body and the conditioner out of his hair before stepping out of the shower. He grabbed a towel, struggling to dry himself.

The struggling boy got on his sweats and one of Katsuki's shirts that was super baggy on him usually, but it fit Shoto's pregnant self.

Shoto was now around 6 months pregnant. The child is supposed to be born on October 17. Shoto still didn't know the gender, he and Katsuki had told the doctor they wanted to wait to know. Wanting it to be happy surprise.

Both of the parents had names they had chosen. Not officially choosing until the child was born, the reasoning being that sometimes names fit with how a child looks or acts. So Shoto and Katsuki would decide when the time comes.

Shoto heard the front door open, he walked out of the bathroom to see Katsuki putting his blazer on the coat rack.

"Hi Katsuki. How was school?" Shoto asked as he went up to his boyfriend and kissed the older on the cheek.

"Hmmm, it was okay. But that isn't important. I got you something." Katsuki stated, pulling a book out of his bag.

Shoto turned his head in confusion. The older handed the younger a book. Shoto pursed his lips before looking at the small book. It was black with silver stripes on the spine along with small cursive lettering on the front that said:

Shadows in the abyss

"It's more than just a poem book." Katsuki added. Shoto smiled.

"Thank you! I will read it right away." Shoto spoke as he walked to the couch. Shoto opened the book, caressing it's smooth parchment.

He looked at the first poem. It was small and short, but beautiful.

Time is too slow for those who wait,
Too swift for those who fear,
Too long for those who grieve,
Too short for those who rejoice,
But for those who love, time is
Eternity.

- Henry Van Dyke

Shoto smiled, he liked that poem. Short and sweet, it having a bigger picture in between the letters. Shoto turned the page and found a small sticky note.

You are beautiful

The omega smiled, noticing the fact that the note was written in Katsuki's handwriting. The boy kept on reading more and more. Each poem he read there was a small sticky note after it.

The different things on them being:

I will never stop loving you

You never stop looking gorgeous

I wouldn't pick anyone over you

I couldn't live with out you in my life

Shoto couldn't stop smiling. He was at the point where he was about to cry. Katsuki was watching the younger read on.

Katsuki had spent his time at school making this. He got a poem book he thought Shoto would enjoy before getting sticky notes and writing sweet nothings on each note. He placed a note after each poem.

The younger was enjoying himself. The poem book was not that long so he was getting to the final poems. Katsuki was shifting in his seat. The older rummaged in his pocket before sighing in relief.

Shoto read a loud the last poem.

"When I met you, I met my destiny. My one true love, You'll always be. If you feel the same, and I truly hope you do. There's something very important. That I want to ask of you. Instead of "you" and "I," Let's become "we." I'm asking you to share my life... Will you marry me?"

Shoto felt his hear tightened as he read the last sticky note.

Shoto... Will you marry me?

The younger cried. Katsuki walked over to the crying omega. He got on one knee, looking away. A blush on the older's face.

"... So what do you say?..." Katsuki mumbled, pulling out the ring box in his pocket.

"O-of course, I will m-marry you K-katsuki!" Shoto stuttered in between sniffles. The older placed the ring on Shoto's ring finger before standing up and kissing the younger.

"I'm glad." Katsuki mumbled.

Shoto never would have felt this happiness with out the alpha. He was glad he was an omega. He wouldn't have it any other way.
