Shoto had woken up from his dream. He was drenched in sweat and immediately he ran to the bathroom. He swore he puked his whole stomach. It was gross, his head starting to throb as he dry heaved.

"Shoto! Are you okay?!" Fuyumi yelled as she ran up to her brother.

Shoto felt bad, he had made her worry so much. She was crying when her brother returned home last nigh, but now he was sick? If the younger kept making her worry she was gonna have a heart attack.

Fuyumi grabbed paper towels and rushed them under water before  coming back to her brother and wiped away saliva of his face.

The older noticed how Shoto's bangs where in his face so she used the hair clip in her hair and used it to put up his bangs. 

She smiled as he looked cute with his forehead exposed.

Shoto looked in the mirror, his face flushed. Fuyumi laughed as she watched her brother blush. 

"I'm gonna go get you some ibuprofen, you stay here." Fuyumi walked out of the bedroom and headed for the other bathroom. Once she got in he closed the door and took a deep breath....

She started to jump and down in excitement. 

"My baby brother is gonna have a baby!" She piped. She knew that her brother didn't know, he was smart but he wasn't omega smart. 

Fuyumi calmed down as she took some deep breaths. She grabbed the pills and a glass of water before walking back to her brother. He was leaning against the bathroom wall. Clenching his stomach still. The older kneeled down and put the pills in her brothers hand. He gulped it down as she gave him the water glass.

He took a sip.

"Fuyumi, what's happening to me? I didn't eat anything weird..." Shoto mumbled to himself he didn't know why he felt like this. He was feeing fine yesterday. 

 The older was about to say something, but Fuyumi stopped herself.

"You should probably go to the doctor just in case." Fuyumi suggested as she tried her best to hide her smile.

Shoto nodded. 

"Here i'll go with you, we should probably go now before dad gets home." Fuyumi insisted as she stood back up and helped Shoto stand. 

He wobbled for awhile and Fuyumi helped steady him. Fuyumi set him on the bed before making her way to get there jackets. She put on her own and grabbed the one she knew Bakugo had gave him. She went back in the room and helped Shoto get his hoodie on.

She grabbed the keys and helped Shoto get up. They left the house. They made there way to the train station and Shoto tried his best to not throw up whenever he took a step.

Shoto closed his eyes as he sat down on the subway. Soon as the train started to move he felt nauseous. Fuyumi held his hands the whole way.

Shoto filled out his paper work, Fuyumi waited for him to finish before going to give it to the receptionist. 

They where in the omega wing. They had separate places for omega's, beta's, and alphas for multiple purposes. 

"I'm going to visit mom after this. I haven't gotten to seen her since the incident at the ward." Shoto stated. Fuyumi nodded. 

"Ya, i'll come with you. I visited her twice while you were gone. She was worried about you. She is starting to talk again. Do you know what happened that day?" Fuyumi asked. Shoto didn't tell Fuyumi about Touya or mom having seen him. 

"Ah, no she didn't say anything to me." Shoto  responded, Fuyumi pursed he lips and ignored the pulse in her head.

 "Todoroki Shoto?" A doctor called. Both of the Todoroki's stood up and followed her.

Shoto did the standard, they weighed and measured him before they went into a room. 

Shoto sat on the examination table and Fuyumi sat on a chair. The nurse known as Ms. Miyu had asked what the issue was and Shoto explained. 

Ms. Miyu left to get the Mrs. Kotayashi. 

A couple minutes later the doctor came in.

"Hello Mr. Todoroki, I see what is going on." Mrs. Kotayashi stated as she looked at the notes on her computer. 

"Well, it's seems pretty simple. You are having morning sickness. Have you seen an obstetrician?" The doctor asked, Shoto stood there confused.

Morning sickness? No way. He couldn't be...

Shoto and Fuyumi left the doctors office. They headed to a gas station. Fuyumi had helped Shoto get some pregnancy test.

"You want to use them now?" Fuyumi asked. Shoto shook his head.

"No, I want to talk to mom first." 

Fuyumi nodded, they headed to the ward.

They checked in and knocked on there mom's door.

"Come in." 

The two walked in. There mom was sitting in her normal chair. She turned her head to the look at the them.

"My dear Shoto." Rei stood up and hugged her soon. Tears started to stream down her face. Shoto wiped her tears away.

"Don't cry kaasan." Shoto soothed as he held his mom closer.

"Don't worry your poor mother like that again." Rei demanded. Her voice stern but a closed eye smile on her face. 

"Yes, yes I promised." 

"My dear children, I am glad you are here. Now sit down." Rei stated, she sat back at her chair after giving Fuyumi a hug. 

"So, Shoto you're pregnant?" Rei proposed, a smile on her face. Shoto and Fuyumi where shocked.

"How?" They both mumbled at the same time.

"His smell is different." She explained. Shoto and Fuyumi laughed.

"Of course you would know." Fuyumi retorted. 

"Now why don't you go see right now? I can see the pregnancy tests in that bag." Rei declared. Shoto gulped, he couldn't say no to his poor mother. 

After some self convincing he got up and went to the bathroom. He had gotten four, just to be 100% sure.

The three omega's (heh... three amigos) waited. They didn't say a word. Shoto just sat in the corner farthest away from the bathroom. He was nervous. 

He was only seventeen, but he knew that no matter what he would take care of his child. He wouldn't ever get rid of it. He would of course keep it, because he would love any child no matter what. 

So when thirty minutes past he got it over with, he ran to the bathroom and started to cry.

"Shoto..."

The boy turned around, tears streaming down violently. But the boy wasn't sad. He was happy.
