The smell of my mate was hitting me very strong i felt sparks all around my body. I look up at Archie sleeping face I don't know how this boy can have a strong grip on me while he is still sleeping. I look at my hands to see I was holding his shirt.

I felt a tug on my shirt and I knew it was luna "mommy you okay." She asked me "y-yeah I'm okay luna are you hungry." I asked her "yeah." She said "okay go to the bathroom our toothbrush are in there and go brush your teeth." I told her. I feel Archie pulling me impossibly closer to him.

If only I was more careful yesterday than this wouldn't have happened I'm suppose to be acting strong around Archie not vulnerable. But I couldn't help it his beta was very strong I'm just a normal werewolf while he is a hybrid i couldn't beat him.

I slowly grab a pillow and I put it in between my body and Archie body I start to squirm and finally his arms find the pillow I roll over and I sit up. I go downstairs to see luna sitting on the kitchen chair. I grab a yogurt for her. And I went back upstairs.

I slowly open the door to see he was still sleeping I go to the bathroom and I close it. I brush my teeth and I wash my face. I dried my face with a towel,but before I left I check the mirror I look at my neck to see a small scar. I signed I go out and I see my duffle bag.

I grab a shirt from there and I go to the bathroom i didn't bother to close the door since he was still sleeping i took my clothes off. And a growl was heard I turn my body around to see Archie standing next to the door and growling."who did this to you." He asked and I shook my head I put my long sleeve shirt.

And I was about to walk away when he grab my hand pulling me back. I stare at him "Archie just leave me alone it okay." I said while trying to get his hand away from me. "How the fuck you think that okay my own mate has scars on her body that not okay."

He said "I'm going to find who ever did this to you I'm going to kill them." He said yeah let's see him try to kill a person that is already dead. I shook my head "you can't Archie." I said "because he is already dead...I-I kill him." I snatch my hand away.

And I left the room to go to luna I see her sitting down on the couch watching tv. I go next to her and I sit down she comes towards me and I cuddle with her. I hear footsteps coming downstairs and I hear the door closed of the front door.

I spend the day watching tv until I heard voices "I can't wait to meet her." Said a woman voice i sit up and I pull luna hand she goes behind my back as I look at the man and woman I see Archie looking at me. "Ava this is my mom Aubrey and Jose my father."

I look at Archie and I nod " it very nice to meet you." Said his mom when she looks at me she gives me a motherly smile. I smiled at her and I shake her hand. I look at Jose and I couldn't help but to feel scared. "I-it's nice to meet you." I put my hand on his and I pull away very fast.

"Okay well you boys watch football or whatever you want to watch I am going to be upstairs with Ava and luna bye." She grabs my hand and we walked away she opens Archie room and sits down. "So is it ok if I ask you questions I want to get to know you."

I nod "how old are you?" I look at her and I said "21" and she nods "my son is 24 I just wanted to let you know, what pack are you from." I look away at her "I don't want to tell you it." I told her. "Okay you don't have to." "You are really beautiful i bet you had all the boys wrap around your fingers."

I smirk but I stop "their..was one boy who was wrap around my finger." I said to her "that boy was the one I was meant to be with he was my mate." I said "WHAT!" I didn't look at her and I continue "me and him were in love he use to treat me right but he slowly started to change in a bad way he was always drinking and....h-e he abuse me he tried to rape me Aubrey I-I am a monster."

She shakes her head "no you aren't Ava." I look at her "yes I am because I killed my own mate I killed the alpha of my own pack I abandoned my old pack." I told her with tears coming down. "Come here Ava It alright you did what you had to do in order to protect yourself and luna."

I stood up and I let her hug me I hug her tightly I had kept this inside of me for so long that it had finally cross my mind that I kill him my ex mate the man who I was supposed to be with. But I guess he wasn't made for me since I have Archie now.

"I know I'm not supposed to bug in your relationship with my son but I hope you are letting him in I know it hard for you because in your eyes all you see is abuse,but I can assure you he will never hurt you Ava he loves you he can't hurt you his wolf wouldn't let him."

I look at her and I didn't say anything "mom stop don't tell her that Ava I'm sorry she said that." I look at him and I took a deep breath in and I walk towards him I grab his hand. "Okay Aubrey I will let him in." And all I see is his surprise and happy face.
