AT THE SAME TIME

AT THIRD PERSON'S POV:

Today is one of the most important ceremonies of the Blue Star pack. Today we are going to find out our ranks and Wanessa is one of them. She was waiting for this day since she was a little girl. As soon as everyone gathered outside a ceremony started. It was time for everyone who turned 16 to transform and have their rank for the first time.

AR THE SAME TIME

AT WANESSA'S POV:

I can not believe that today I know my rank.  Both of my parents are beta's so it should be interesting to know. My parents are pretty cold to me all my life. I know that my dad always wanted a son who could bring honor to a family. It made sense since our pack is one of the more powerful ones. A Blue Moon pack is a royal pack and every single parent here wishes for their child to be a member of their army. I am sure that my old man was thinking the same thing since he kept arguing with my mom about it almost every single day.

-Today all of you will have your ranks. I hope that everyone will be happy since today is one of the most important days of this pack.-Alpha said.

That is alpha. He is kind to everyone. I saw how the moon shine in front of us and saw how others started transforming into their wolf forms. But I felt nothing. Literally NOTHING. I slowly started to panic and I saw our Luna walking to me.

-How old are you sweetie?-Luna asked.

-I am 17. I turned today right before event.-I said.

-She supposed to have her wolf form already.-Dad said.

-I am afraid I have bad news. Your daughter is omega.-Luna said.

I saw how Dad's facial expression changed and he pushed me on the ground.

-She is no longer my CHILD! I do not want to see her again!- Dad said.

-I am sorry sweetie. I can't do a thing about it.-Mom said and hugged me.

As he hugged me I heard how she started whispering into my ear.

-Near east I left you a bag in case your dad would disown you. I love you, sweetie. One day I will bring you back home. -Mom said and put her necklace on me.

I felt how tears started appearing in my eyes. I had to leave.

In a few hours, I was able to leave Pack Forest. My mom got me some clothes and some food for a few days and a pocket knife. I had nowhere to go and nobody said a word to help me. I thought Alpha's son would help me, but he just watched me.  I was able to walk pretty far from my pack and I decided to go to the kingdom. Blue moon kingdom is the only place that could make me able to have a job at 17. I am sure about it. As it got darker I was able to have a sleeping spot.

As days kept going I understood that soon will be a week since I left my pack. Food started going low, so I decided to fish something. Little does my parents know I always wanted to make them proud, so I was learning from some betas some survival tips. it was time to make a fishing rod.

How to make a fishing rod:

First I need a living tree branch 2 to 3 meters long and about the diameter of your thumb at the widest end. After I was done I had to cut away shoots, side branches, and leaves with my pocketknife so you are left with a tapering pole.

 Luckily enough I got my lucky pocketknife. If I was right about it I had to test the tip of your fishing rod by bending with your hand. If the end snaps off, so much the better for me. I needed a strong fishing rod. Luckily I had some sewing line because it was useful to carry around. After adding securitly I placed a hook that I made from a hair clip and looked for some bait. It was not a hard thing to do since I had experience. I was ready to get some fish.

It took me a few hours to catch a fish, but I was pretty happy with my results. I was able to get something to eat. After I was done eating I was able to head further.

A next morning, I was able to reach the Blue moon kingdom gates. It was as big as I heard about it. I started looking around and then I noticed a guard watching me.

-Who are you miss?-Guard asked.

-I am homeless omega, I heard that I can find some work here.-I said.

-You can but be careful because of our alpha king. You are able to step inside.-Guard said.

I nodded and got inside the kingdom. I saw a lot of people and it was nice since almost nobody paid attention to me.

AT THE SAME TIME

AT THIRD PERSON'S POV:

As Wanessa was walking around she was able to sell some of her fish. She got a few silver coins and it was more than enough for her to make sure she can do the next part of her plan. She found some scissors and she made her hair shorter. In a few mins, she was also able to style her hair to look more to manly side.

-I am ready for it.-Wanessa thought.

Having a few silver coins is not enough to survive a long time but she had a plan in mind.

-I am sure I can do it. I can work in a cafe too. I saw a simple spot if I fail it. I can do it.-Wanessa said.

As soon as she was able to use 10 copper coins for a bed she felt happy. It was only enough for a small bed, but for her, it was more than enough. It meant a roof over the head. It was all she needed. She decided to do everything one step at a time after all.
