everyone i know irl keeps saying when people are sad or depressed i help them

that's not true

all the people i've stop from committing suicide because of depression were my friends 

why well i know them and what makes them happy so i just find a way to show them people care about them

i can't really go put to a stranger who is depressed and tell them there are people who care about them now can i

they say I help bring peace

I dont i just show people that depression is something they can stop themselves 

why well literally all my life i have been taught that depression is something in your head and only you can stop it if you're willing take the time
