-time skip to a month later-

-y/n's POV-

Its been a month since Ein had blacked out I couldn't believe he's been out for this long and he still is out and it doesn't look like he'll be waking up any time soon though I hope he would

I was honestly starting to worry about him now since he hasn't ate anything or drank anything since he had blacked out which was a month ago so I was afraid he was starving or dehydrating himself which could actually lead him to die from either

I couldn't take it any more and I leave the bed room that only caused me pain and heartbreak to go see if I could distract myself from Ein's basically lifeless body or what felt like his lifeless body since I knew he was still breathing but barely he also never responds to anything

I decided to go out and see if the pack need any help since I have been the alpha of Tatiana's pack since they no longer recognized Ein as a wolf so they don't listen to him anyway and it turned out the pack did need help so I helped them out to take my mind off my sadness I've felt for a month now

-time skip-

After I had finished that I headed back home to see if Ein was alright.

When I got there I didn't expect anything less he was still knocked out cold but since I had nothing else to do I laid on the bed and snuggled up to him crying into his chest and griped the cloth of his hoodie once again as I started talking hoping he would respond but I seriously doubt he would

y/n: "Ein if you can hear this...I-I'm so sorry baby I wish I-I could of healed you better b-but I-I was to weak" "I-I miss you a lot and i-it's been way to quiet and k-kind of lonely this p-passed month with out you baby" I-I just hope you regain y-your strength and w-wake up s-soon" "l-lastly I-I want you to kn-know that I-I will be here f-for you even while you're p-passed out j-just like I-I have been I-I Love You So M-Much My Sweet Big Bad Wolf~" *grips his hoodie even tighter continuing to cry*

Ein: "Mmph....Huh?" *winces the slightest bit and groans from minor pain hoping it would've been completely gone by now but wasn't and shifts in bed so he's facing her then pulls her close* "Shh it's ok Princess~ no need to cry over me anymore"

y/n: "Huh?" "E-Ein?"

Ein: "Yes"

y/n: "N-N-No W-Way" "I-I must be dreaming"

Ein: "Well you aren't Princess~"

y/n: "B-B-But your were just kn-knocked out c-cold when I-I saw you"

Ein: "I know"

y/n: "I-I'm dreaming y-you must st-still be p-passed out"

Ein: *smirks and lets a hand travel down to her ass and pinches it making sure it hurt*

Ein: "Heh Heh told you, you weren't dreaming or else that would not have hurt"

Ein: *pushes off the bed and pins her* "Heh...You Know It Princess~"

y/n: *frees a hand and grabs the collar of his hoodie pulling him down* "I Missed You A Lot Alpha~"

Ein: *whispers against her neck* "I Bet You Did...Pet~" *kisses her neck's sweet spot soon turning it into biting it marking her and leaving a hickey*

y/n: *grips the back of his head* "Mmmph" "I Definitely Missed You More Than You Think"

Ein: *sits up but still keeps her pinned* "I Know You Did Pet~....but seriously why I was only asleep it's not like I died and came back to life"

y/n: "It kind of was though because you were knocked out cold I tried shaking you 3 times each more violent then the last because you scared me since you blacked out all of a sudden and well when I shook you I was met with nothing not even a budge from you" *tears up* "So i-it honestly f-felt like you died b-because you were unresponsive for a whole m-month" *cries a bit harder*

Ein: *cups both her cheeks looking directly into her beautiful e/c eyes* "But I didn't die right"

y/n: "b-but you could've you w-were in critical c-condition and you st-still kind of are"

Ein: "I know I am I still hurt a lot especially internally" "But I won't die I won't let that happen for the life of me I'd fight to keep my life before ever letting it pass on to the after life and leave you just like I've been doing ever since the wolves attacked me that day"

y/n: *can't take it any more and sits up throwing her arms around him hugging him tight sobbing * "A-Alpha~"

Ein: *winces and hugs back pulling her closer he stating to tear up a little now* "Mmph...Agh" "Shhh I-I won't ever leave you in anyway n-not even in death"

y/n: "P-Promise?"

Ein: "I P-Promise"

y/n: "O-Ok"

Ein: "B-But c-could you let go of me p-please I'm still in a lot of p-pain especially i-in the a-area you're hugging so m-my mid section"

y/n: "O-Oh" *lets go of him* "I-I'm sorry"

Ein: "agh...*holds his sides as she let go*...I-It's fine th-thank you I kn-know you missed me m-maybe to much...agh"

Ein: "Shhh it's alright Darling~" *wipes her tears with his thumbs again as he once again cupped her cheeks looking directly in to her
e/c eyes giving her a shy and sweet smile then gently kisses her*

y/n: *returns it*

Ein: *smiles at her again*

y/n: "It's just that...you've been knocked out for a month because of the critical condition you were in and I really started to worry about you ya know because if you didn't die of blood loss you could have starved or dehydrated yourself possibly dying from that"

Ein: "I know...agh"

y/n: "Aw Ein...baby if you're still in that much pain please just rest some more I don't need you to hurt yourself more than you already are"

Ein: "Mmph...Ok" *leans agains the backboard pulling her along with him and snuggles her*

y/n *snuggles back* "ya know I really missed you cuddling me back like this"

Ein: "heh...I can only imagine" *feels stomach growl and cramp from being hungry* *thinks to self* "Damn it I'm starving and I mean quite literally I haven't eaten in a month but fuck I don't want her to move"

y/n: "hey even though your awake I was wondering are you hungry, thirsty, anything at all?"

Ein: *thinks to self* "Fuck what do I say I don't want her to move"

y/n: "Baby?"

Ein: "Umm...no not really" *stomach growls again making the cramp worse* "grrrrr"

y/n: "hehe....No? That sounds like a lie to me"

Ein: grrrr

y/n: "I mean I can't cook I can only cook basic stuff and even with that I don't feel like doing it right now I'm more so a baker" "You're the true cook here babe"

Ein: *blushes* "heh...stop it I'm not that good"

y/n: "Oh Shut Up you're amazing at cooking I'd say you're even better than Aaron no lie"

Ein: *blushes harder* "St-stop it I-I'm only good at it because m-my dad was never really home when I was a kid and when he was he just abused me as you know sometimes he wouldn't even make me food so I-I had to survive some how"

y/n: "Exactly"

Ein: "Fine I'll cook something if you really want" *tries to get up only to be met with an excruciating pain in in his sides* "Ahhgh...Oh fuck that hurts" *holds the sharply pained sides*

y/n: *gently pushes his shoulders back down to push him back into a leaning back position* "Woah there babe, you're still severely hurt because of the broken ribs, so I wasn't going to make you cook either way"

Ein: "B-But...agh"

y/n: "You just woke up from being in a minor coma and your broken ribs are still healing so I don't want you up and cooking right now because you're still unstable and have a potential to fall or even pass out again"

Ein: ......

y/n: "I was just gonna order a pizza how about that"

Ein: "You sure I could still cook even with the danger of that and push through my still excruciating pain"

y/n: "No I insist plus that's way to dangerous you just need rest" *kisses his head*

Ein: "Ok"

y/n: "good I'm gonna go order that now alright"

Ein: "Ok" "I guess I'll take a shower while you do that"

y/n: "Fare enough" "Just please be careful I really don't want you to inflict more damage to yourself and your body"

Ein: "Heh...I'll be careful you worry about me to much"

y/n: "It's my job baby"

With that I head out of the bedroom shutting the door behind me as I left to go order the pizza

Hey my pups author Lulu here sorry this chapter was short to be honest I'm gonna probably start adding shorter chapters so I can drone on this book because truth be told because of ES being my favorite series I really don't wanna end this book soon so I'll try my best to make it longer but Idk
But this chapter was approximately 1476 words in all by the end of it so like I said kind of short but oh well
