Chapter 90: Bride and Punishment
Notes:
Now that things are starting to settle, matings ensue within the many packs in Whispering Pines. However, things are not all well as suspicions of Morgana's true intentions start to surface and the situation between Sam and Sasha comes to a head.
Warnings: sickness, pregnancy, slut-shaming, attempted adultery, more shameless smut (I feel like I was slipping there for a bit), unintentional voyeurism, screaming, threats, punishment, whippings, unnecessary cruelty, heart crushing, minor character death, curses, madness, and threats of heart crushing
Freya found herself annoyed.
The morning had been wonderful, as usual. Will had woken her up with many kisses and love nips, telling her how he loved her and was proud of her. She was finally pregnant, a fact that delighted her and made her feel relieved.
Freya had spent many an hour worried before that. After her and Will had completed their bond and became fully mated, she had hoped to get pregnant. No such luck. Not even after most of the others had become pregnant during the population explosion that had happened as a result of finally being home.
That's when she had sought out the comfort of her friends. One day, when just her, Rose, Gwen, and Morgana were lounging about the Omega Den, Freya had voiced her concerns. "Almost no one gets pregnant during their first heat, Freya." Gwen had said, gently.
"But Rose did." Freya had pointed out.
Morgana had laughed then. "Rose is weird, Freya, don't you know that?" Rose had laughed along with her, wholeheartedly agreeing with Morgana's joke. "Besides, the power between her and Merlin...oof! It's almost no wonder she got pregnant so fast."
"Seriously, Freya, I wouldn't worry about it." Rose had comforted. "They'll come."
And come they did! Now she was happily pregnant and smiling.
After waking up, she went to visit with her sister. Usually, her and Erynn would eat breakfast together before dropping the kids off at daycare with Nyx and her new subordinates then head out to do their chores before lunch when they'd sit around with all the packs and talk about their pasts and random things. Then they'd head to their houses to clean and cook their own dinners with some time in between for TV and relaxation.
Unfortunately, Erynn had come down with something (not Wolf Fever, thank Mother Lupa) from her boys, Earon, Earnest, and Elliot. She has asked Freya to take her girls, Eagle, a free spirited brunette with golden eyes, and Enchantress, a blond-haired, blue-eyed beauty, to Nyx that morning before heading out for her chores.
Freya had, of course, been glad to do it, seeing it as practice for when her little one decided to show up. She wished she could have more but her small stature prevented her from having more than one or two at a time.
Once the little ones had been fed and brought to Nyx, Freya began on her chores. At some point during the morning, a few hours before lunch, she met up with her dearest friends, again, Rose, Gwen, Morgana, and Evelyn, to pick some apples from the orchard.
With fall almost over and winter approaching, the fruit wouldn't survive long. The only tree still bearing fruit right now was Regina's apple tree which she had brought from her old palace after the curse and placed in Wolf Haven to go with the other magical plants that would survive year round. Freya noticed Regina usually loathed to be away from her tree for long. She had always supposed that it was a comfort thing for her much like how some of the others used art or books or sports as comfort things.
As they picked apples, someone threw one and, next thing you know, an entire game started with everyone throwing apples at each other, all trying to see who would fall out of the tree first. Of course, Freya was the one who did.
It wasn't a far fall and she and baby were fine but it was what she discovered upon falling that rocked her world.
There was a girl who had joined Whispering Pines long before Merlin and the others got back who was nothing but trouble. Her name was Annabelle and she gave off the vibe of the sluttiest Omega out there. Someone had shown the other Omegas early on pictures of her.
During the summer, she wore what was called a string bikini, a terrible thing that barely covered anything. Now, she was a bit more moderately dressed but her breasts still tried to fall out of her top while her pants were see-through.
Freya felt sick as, it seemed, Annabelle had been flirting with every Alpha and human male in each farm, the surrounding area, and even the town! Worse still, today she had set her sights on Cenred, Percival, and...Will. She watched as the girl flaunted herself, grabbing the men by their biceps, trying to get their attention.
And she only sighed in relief when Will went off on Annabelle, calling her every dirty name in the book and telling her to take her circus act elsewhere. She would've laughed at her mate's foul mouth if she weren't so worried. First Elisa trying to make the moves on Merlin and now Annabelle going after anyone and everyone with a dick?!
Sometimes, she missed the days before the kidnapping, before their time in the caves, and before they moved, when the pack had been smaller and it had been easier to make friends. Now she just felt overwhelmed.
As Freya was mourning such a time, Morgana dropped down from the tree beside her and caught where her gaze was. Placing a finger to her lips, she rushed out to the group. Freya couldn't hear what she said but she stood with an air of authority that didn't make sense. It was as if she wasn't an Omega at all but an Alpha on par with the rest.
Whatever she said worked and the Alphas began to head away. As Cenred turned to leave, Morgana caught his arm and whispered something to him. Then she turned back around, grabbed Freya by the wrist, and said in an overly excited voice, "You're coming with us for the day! Doesn't that sound fun?"
Something about her delivery was off and the look in her eye made Freya worried. What was going on with Morgana?
* * * * *
Sam lounged in the bed as the sun rose over the horizon, bringing humans and weres both out of their houses for food and chores. Next to him, Sasha stretched and prepared to get ready for the day. Using his newfound strength, he pinned her down. "Not yet. Stay with me a little longer." He mumbled.
"Sam, I have to go. I have to get ready and it won't be long before Adrian comes sniffing around for me. I have so many things I have to do today!"
"No." Sam growled, holding her down on the bed. "You're always running off in the morning. I just want one day for us to rest and lie together until we want to leave the bed." He grinned a wolfish grin then (pun intended). "If we want to, that is."
Sasha giggled. "As much as I'd love to lounge with you all day, I really do have a lot to do today. But," she drawled, "if you let me up, we could mess in the shower for a little bit."
Sam thought about it for a minute then smirked. "Ok. You convinced me."
He got off her, sitting at attention, and Sasha had to admit, his proposition was looking more appealing by the minute. He was attractive, his chest on full display, showing off a tattoo on his chest she would have to ask him about one of these days, his hair loose and in his face, those hazel puppy eyes pleading with her.
She forced herself out of bed, turning away from him to grab her clothes, as well as a pair of jeans and a blue flannel he left over here the other night for him to wear today, and a pair of towels. Turning around, she felt her heart racing as she found him staring at her.
They locked eyes for a few minutes, her being the one to break the eye contact. There was just something about Sam Winchester that she couldn't get past. He was so handsome and kind, yet had that air of danger about him as if he had something to hide. If she didn't know any better, she'd think he actually was her true mate. But she did know better. She was human, him a werewolf. The thought of them being made for each other was preposterous!
Sasha turned and headed for the bathroom with the clothes in her hands, Sam following silently behind her. In the bathroom, he removed the clothes from her hands and tossed them by the sink. He was already rock hard and ready for her.
Immediately, clothes were thrown off and Sasha found herself pushed against the shower wall as Sam showered her with kisses as he began to prep her.
Sam was always so gentle, almost as if afraid he'd hurt her if he used too much force. Sasha reminded herself to be patient. He was new to this whole thing and didn't know his own strength very well so of course he'd be overly cautious.
His fingers, calloused over yet so gentle, spread her apart, preparing her for what was to come as she began washing her own body. Sam caught her hands and did so himself, lathering soap all over her body, caressing her curves and kissing along her neck as he did so.
As Sasha took over washing him in turn, she almost felt dizzy with excitement. She could almost smell the pheromones leaking off of herself so he, with his enhanced senses, definitely could. One of them was bound to break and start their lovemaking soon.
Of course, she was right because as she finished lathering him up as she was being rinsed off, Sam lost his patience. "Enough teasing. It's time for you to ride."
So saying, he lifted her like she weighed nothing at all and positioned her, lowering her onto his erection. Quickly, he moved her over him, his powerful hands at her hips as he lowered her again and again.
Sasha tried to bite her lip to stop her moans but, it seemed, Sam didn't want that, his fingers teasing her clit even as he pounded into her.
Finally, she had to ask him to move them from the shower. She wasn't worried he'd drop her but more that one of her brothers would walk into the bathroom and see them. Sam simply shrugged and carried her back to the bedroom, never breaking their contact with one another.
Soon enough, he had her on the bed, rutting against her fluidly. She felt her orgasm approaching and screamed out his name, forgetting that her brothers were still home and she had, coincidentally, forgotten to lock the door.
But none of these thoughts entered her mind as Sam pulled out and moved to the foot of the bed, dragging her down so he could nip and lick at her sensitive nub. Sasha felt she would never stop cumming. As soon as one orgasm ebbed, another started up. Soon enough, she was a moaning, sobbing mess, unaware even as Sam turned her around and entered her again, this time doggy style.
Sam knotted her and continued grinding against her, increasing the pressure in her womb. She felt she could feel him all the way in her stomach and threw her head back to scream his name again.
Which was why she didn't catch what he was doing until it was too late.
It seemed, Sam, riding through the pleasure and unable to stop himself as his knot was breaking, releasing his seed, was overcome by the feeling and had, unintentionally, let his canines slip out. With one smooth movement, as everything faded to black, he sunk them into the side of her neck, marking and mating her.
It was only when the sound of one of her brothers--Joshua--yelled from the door that they both realized what had happened.
Sam had mated Sasha, a human.
And her brother had seen it all.

With things settling down, the packs were happy. Even with the distrust between them due to the deaths of some of the Alphas and Blue, even with the threat of a war on the horizon, the packs still knew peace. Tempers had cooled and everyone was starting to think with a calmer head, especially with the information that some of their own people, namely Rumple and Cedric, were gathering information on their enemies.
They finally felt like they could relax for awhile.
With this came the introduction of new pups into the world and new matings happening within the packs.
Quinn, the were that once worked for Anita, had now joined the family, being mated to Percival, Ruby, Dorothy, and Charlie at Ruby's behest. Dorothy and Charlie had joined per Percy's wishes (even if they had all grown close and Ruby and Dorothy were the closest aside from Ruby and Percival themselves). Ruby only saw it fair that Quinn join for her sake. The whole family readily agreed.
Quill, a werepanther that had lived in Wolf Haven for most of his life, mated with Primrose and the pair couldn't be happier. They weren't true mates but they were incredibly close so no one could blame them for being mated so soon after Merlin and company left Wolf Haven.
Isadora had, oddly enough, mated with the young Pandora. They were an odd couple to be sure but, then again, so was Wonderland itself so it, in a way, made sense.
Kara was following Mordred around like a puppy, wanting to mate with him. However, things were already tense as Rumple and Mordred hadn't come to an agreement regarding their relationship with Belle. And Mordred didn't want to add another person into the relationship while all that was going on.
However, Morgana had an odd sort of relationship going on. On one side, in Whispering Pines, where she worked as a spy, she was still mated to Cenred and Aglain. But she honestly wanted to be mated to Morgause instead.
They had grown close ever since Morgause returned and, if one were clever enough to notice, they could probably figure out that Morgause was grooming Morgana to be a villain and leave with her come Samhain.
Added onto that was the young Sefa who had become rather attached to Morgana. Ever since that day that Morgana had taken Freya from her chores and had her following close behind her all day, Morgana realized she liked having someone tiny to parade around with her and so she prepared to ask Cenred and Aglain (and, unbeknownst to them, Morgause as well), if Sefa could join their family.
All the while, she continued down her dark path, growing more and more unhinged as the days passed...
* * * * *
"Sasha, what have you done?!" Joshua shouted in surprise as he stared at the scene before him, Sasha in bed with that hunter turned were, Sammy was it (?), a fresh mating mark across the side of her neck.
Sasha seemed confused for a moment until she realized...she forgot to lock her bedroom door, she forgot how loud her voice was, she forgot her brothers came in during the morning to help her make breakfast before they headed out to the fields. But, most importantly, she just realized that Sam had bitten her and the large wound showed on the side of her neck.
"Josh, it isn't --"
Suddenly, voices sounded from behind Joshua and the rest of Sasha's brothers and, even worse, her father, entered the room. Sasha had seven older brothers--James, Jonathan, Jordan, Joseph, Joshua, Jacob, and Jack--all big as oak trees and strong to boot, her father the biggest of them all--a big, stern man with a fiery red beard named Robert.
It may seem comical but the parents had a deal--the men always named the boys, everyone of starting with the same letter, while the mother named all the girls, also all with the same letter.
Her father, much like his brothers, all had names that started with the letter R--Ralph, Rolfe, Randy, Rudolph, Robert, and Richie--while her mother's sisters all had names starting with the letter O--Ophelia--her mother--Odette, and Ocean. This tradition had continued, now with her brothers' names all starting with J's while the girl's started with an S. ("Thank God for that!" Her mother had always said. She continuously worried about having to name a daughter Jessica.) Sasha had a sister named Sherry somewhere in the world who had left home at 15 years old.
"What the hell is going on here?" Robert boomed.
"Dad, it's not--"
"Do you take me for a fool, child? You mixed yourself up in with those...those... animals! Well it stops here! Boys, go inform this wolf's master what has transpired here!"
He grabbed Sasha's hand roughly as they left to follow his orders and Sam growled in response. If he'd been in wolf form, his hackles would've been raised. "Take your hands off her!"
"Don't you sass me, boy! You'll be punished for this!"
That said, he grabbed Sam by the scruff of the neck and hauled him out of his house, following behind with Sasha's hand still tight in his grip.

Morgana smiled in triumphant. Morgause was the only mate that mattered and she had agreed to the mating with Sefa. "She's a lovely girl." Morgana had said. "She will make a fine edition to our family. She's sweet, petite, and will follow orders willingly."
"Very well then. Bring her here on Samhain and we will mate with her together." Was all Morgause had said in answer.
Morgana had felt on top of the world with that answer so she had returned home to ask her other mates what they thought. Cenred didn't mind but Aglain had advised against it. "We have enough people in the relationship for now." He had answered. "And we're not like Percival and Odin who will keep adding mates for each day of the week. We're all we have and all we need. Why add another?"
She found herself puffed up in anger but she put it aside for now. As an Omega, being the lowest among the group, she had no right to argue and arguing would only worsen the situation. She would just have to deal with Aglain later....
* * * * *
Rose groomed her newest set of children in their wolf forms as she debated names for them. Already, she was behind, their name days having passed at least a week ago and she had procrastinated, having no idea what to name the four new bundles of joy.
"You really should get on that." Morgana had said, sweetly.
"I know. I just can't think of anything. What do you do when you have so many?"
Gwen chuckled as she joined the conversation. "Sis, I've had so many children at this point, I've lost count. But I've found the best way is to pick a theme for them or give them names that all start with the same letter."
"What do you mean by theme?"
Morgana explained, "So pick a theme--flowers, stars, or whatever--and give them names that match that theme. For instance, she named one litter after powerful sorceresses. Y'know like Circe, Morgan, Delphine, etc."
Rose thought a minute. "How about flowers?" Evelyn said in her newly confident way.
"Flowers?"
"Yes. Lily, Marigold, and Jasmine for the girls and Aster for the boy."
"Oh I like that." Rose mused, pointing to each pup in turn. "Aster." She pointed to the boy. "Lily." The white girl. "Marigold." The golden girl. "And Jasmine." The silver girl.
Suddenly, a sound came from out the door. "Uh oh." The girls said as they scooped up their pups and ran outside.
Robert, one of the farmhands that was good friends with Lear when he was alive was dragging Sam and that human girl, Sasha, behind him as he headed to the farmhouse and banged on the door.
Inside, an argument had broken out between Balinor, Merlin, and Methos. "You can't sell the farm!" Merlin shouted. "Where would everyone go?"
"That's not my problem!"
"Your father and I had an agreement--!" Methos shouted.
"Yes. You and dad did. But I am not my father. And I didn't sign up for this circus act to come in here and cause havoc!"
They were cut off from answering by the pounding at the door. The three headed to the door and Balinor opened it to a red-faced Robert. This was not good.
"Balinor, as head of this farm, I demand recompense for what has happened here."
"And what is the issue at hand?"
At that point, Merlin and Methos had joined the congregation. "Oh good! The Alpha is here too! Control your dog before he's put down!" Robert shouted, shoving Sam to the floor as Sasha continuously protested. "You may be fine with this whole freak show but I will not, I will not, let it spill into my home!"
"What has Sam done?" Merlin asked in as gentle and patient a tone as he could muster.
Robert whipped Sasha's hair back to reveal the bite mark on her neck. "This mutt has defiled my daughter and the sanctity of my home! Now what are you going to do about it?!"
A crowd was drawing at this point, including the aforementioned Omegas. Merlin gestured that they should move outside so he could confer with his Alphas as well as hear the whole story from the beginning. It seemed Robert would argue but he nodded his head and shoved Sasha out the door.
In the backyard they met up joined by Rose, Gwen, Morgana, Arthur, Cenred, and Agravaine as well as Dean and Cas who had arrived after learning their brother was the one involved.
"Now, someone explain what has happened."
Joshua was the one who explained the situation as his father was still fuming and he was the only one who knew the full story. "Sasha has been sneaking Sam in the house every night for the past week and a half. This morning, he mated her and I caught them in the act."
A gasp from the crowd.
Merlin sighed. "Sam, is this true?"
Sasha broke free of her father's grip and rushed forward, throwing herself over Sam. "Please, Alpha, have mercy! I know you to be a kind, merciful Alpha with love in his heart! This was not Sam's fault. I invited him in willingly and I allowed him to..."
"Sasha, please!" Sam said.
"Woman, I did not ask you to speak!" Merlin said, raising his voice to assume his high position of authority. "I asked Sam if what was said by your brother is true."
"It is." Sam admitted.
"You see? He admits it and he must be punished!" Robert shouted above the noise.
"No, please, no!" Sasha begged. "If you kill him, you'll have to kill me too."
"This is a difficult situation." Merlin said. "But I do not believe he deserves to die. It is customary that rutting with a human ends in lashes and that is what he will receive." Sam bowed his head. "But the crime of mating a human isn't one we've ever had to deal with before. This is especially difficult as I've also had a feeling that they are true mates. Killing him would only kill the girl as well and we cannot do that by were law."
"But he must be punished." Robert argued.
"And he will be." Merlin promised. "But, first, I must confer with my brothers, uncle, and with Elder Castiel as Sam is his charge as well. Robert, if you would join."
To this, he agreed.
* * * * *
Morgana smirked as she snuck away from the ruckus. While her brothers, mate, and uncle were busy dealing with that Winchester boy, she would handle a little problem of her own.
As the dust that was once Aglain's heart fell from her fingertips, she shrugged it off. It had to be done. She wasn't a villain. She just...was different now.
At least, that's what she told herself.
* * * * *
Merlin and company returned from their conference to give their report. "The judgement is passed. Sam Winchester, stand before me." Sam did as the Alpha commanded. "For the crime of rutting with a human for what is close to ten days, you shall receive ten whippings for each day. A hundred whippings will be your punishment. You will receive 25 from me for you are under my charge. Another 25 from Castiel as he is your equal and brother with you in his charge. 25 will come from Balinor for you defiled a worker in his charge. And the final 25 will come from Robert as it was his child you wronged."
"Yes, Alpha."
"In regards to the crime of mating a human, however, an agreement for your punishment could not be reached. It is of the opinion of her father that you should be banished from the farm and the girl be sent away to live with her mother. However, we do not agree on this punishment."
The group looked around in confusion. "Many of us are in agreement that you may indeed be the girl's true mate. If this is true, you cannot be separated. I propose a different option. Instead, Castiel will turn the girl to one of us and she will be your responsibility and your mate for life. If you are indeed true mates then the powers be will cause you to pick this option. If she is not," here Merlin paused as if unsure, "well we'll get to that later."
Everyone nodded in agreement. "Sam Winchester, will you take this woman as your mate for all time?"
Sam took a deep breath. "I cannot in good conscience choose for her. She's the one I wronged."
"Well said. Sasha Brighton, daughter of Robert, do you agree to be turned and be mated to this were for all time?"
Sasha's eyes grew wide. "If I agree, will he be spared?"
"Sam is not to die. He will simply have to leave Whispering Pines and not return. And you will never see him again for the crimes he has committed against you."
"Will he be spared from your wrath and the lashings?"
"No. This is a punishment for another crime altogether, dear."
Sasha started to cry. "But I love him."
Sam turned his head to her and stared into her eyes. "Do you love him enough to leave all of this behind and join us with you as his mate?"
Sasha stared into Sam's eyes. "Whatever happens, Sasha, I'm glad to have been with you. I should have told you everyday from the moment we met that I've always loved you."
"I choose to be with him." Sasha's voice broke as she answered.
She was scared. Scared to leave her home behind. Scared of the unknown and what it would be like to be a were. But mostly scared of the punishment she knew awaited Sam.
"Then you will be his and he yours forever. Now, take him to his other punishment."
As Merlin commanded, Sam was strapped to two wooden posts used for holding horses and whipped, 25 times by Merlin, then 25 times by Castiel who tried his hardest to not hurt Sam, then 25 by Balinor who could barely hit him more for his age than his want, and finally, 25 by Robert who was unnecessarily cruel with how hard he hit Sam.
Sasha cried throughout the proceedings and Sam caught her eyes, telling her everything would be alright. Then his gaze shifted behind Sasha. Morgana was walking behind her, returning, unbeknownst to everyone there, from killing Aglain. And, as she looked at Sam, she smiled. Not a warm smile but one that seemed so evil.
And now Sam too began to wonder even as he was punished, what was wrong with Merlin's sister.
* * * * *
After the punishments were handed out, Castiel took Sasha aside for the process of turning her into one of them.
Sasha was still nervous about the situation but she meant what she had said. Over the time that she had watched Sam sleep on her doorstep, his strange behavior started to endear her to him rather than annoy her as he had in the beginning. And she couldn't really be to blame that she had caught feelings for him over the time that she had snuck him in the house.
Honestly, that thought had scared her at first. She'd had boyfriends (maybe the odd girlfriend here and there) and the occasional one-night stand, which was what she truly had thought all this would amount to even as more days passed and they continued their secret affair, but she had never fallen so hard so fast.
When Sam had confessed he loved her since the moment they met, she knew it was something he'd never said either. But his confession pointed towards what everyone already had guessed: that somehow despite her humanity and him being a were, they were true mates. This is what Sasha chose to believe.
So, as she did what she had to, she reminded herself that this is exactly what she signed up for, for better or worse.
* * * * *
Morgana hadn't expected that she might have an audience, that someone might have seen what she did to Aglain.
"Morgana, what have you done?"
She simply shrugged but her smile betrayed her. "Oh, Uncle, I thought you were so wise!"
Agravaine stepped into view, his eyes showing a mixture of disgust and worry. "I thought we had an understanding. I don't rat you out and you stop this foolishness."
"I'm changing the deal." Morgana said, turning away. "I will do as I wish and you...will work for me."
"And why would I?"
Morgana smirked as if she knew a secret that he did not. "Because who do you think Merlin will believe? His sweet baby sister whom he's known since he was a child?" She put on a sympathetic look before it changed to her own look of disgust. "Or an uncle who only came into his life a few years ago and is lying to him about his true intentions with Adrian?"
"I am only doing what I must to keep the peace. Merlin will understand that."
"Oh will he? Or will he brand you a traitor for feeding Adrian information?" Agravaine growled in annoyance. He knew Morgana was right. "I didn't think so."
"I don't recognize you anymore. What happened to the sweet, kind young woman I knew?"
"She's dead." Morgana said triumphantly. "Now here's what we're going to do...."
* * * * *
Adrian had been acting weirder and weirder by the day. His actions seemed almost bipolar, as if he couldn't decide to do the right or wrong thing, and Blue wasn't the only one who had noticed.
Brietta, Charles' sister, also Adrian's as well, had noticed an odd change in her brother as well. She believed it to be the work of the Dalimar family curse.
It was said that many years ago, one of the oldest Dalimar sons had made a pact with some wicked demons for money, fame, and power after death. In return, every boy was put under a curse. At some point in their lives, on a random day of a random year, they would slowly but surely start to go mad. This had already happened to so many of her brothers--Victor, Hugo, and, yes, Charles too. But Adrian had always seemed so kind. She had hoped he wouldn't have suffered his fate at the hands of the family curse.
But it seemed he had.
And his descent seemed the worst by far.
So she took if upon herself to visit him and talk. As she walked to the front door, she passed by Myror grooming the garden. The once bounty hunter had changed and become a force for good. His punishment for his former deeds and the deal he had made had been carried out a few weeks ago, following the return of Morgana. He was to work for Adrian until he either relieved him of duty or he died. Myror had gracefully accepted his punishment and here he was now as Brietta moved passed him and to her brother's front door.
"Adrian?" Brietta found herself asking as she slowly pushed open the door to Adrian's mansion, a far cry from Charles' which the Emrys/Pendragon family were living in now, but still absolutely stunning.
"You should go." His voice sounded, incredibly calm despite the hint of madness that rested just underneath it all.
"But I want to help! Adrian, please, let me help."
"No." He stated flatly. "I don't need any help. I want you to go."
"But--" she protested.
"Bri, get the fuck outta my house and don't come back!"
Brietta took a deep breath. "Fine, Adrian. If that is the way you feel, then I'm happy to oblige. Good luck."
With that, she turned and walked out the door.
As she left, Adrian turned into the room Brietta had almost entered. "Was that ok?"
A voice sounded from that room, a sweet, feminine voice. "You did very well, my pet. Your sister truly believes you do not love her. And good thing too. She almost discovered our secret." With that, the figure pulled out a heart, red and glowing in the darkness. "That could've been so bad. My hand might have slipped."
Here she squeezed his heart, causing him to let out a gasp of pain as he started to fall to the floor. Adrian pleaded with her and she finally relented.
"So...Ulrica is trying to bring back Vor. Vor is the key to bringing back Fenrir. I wonder... maybe she can be persuaded to do something else. Pet, I think it's time we move forward in our plans. Morgana will be a worthy ally and if we can bring Vor and her subordinates with us, our mission will be much simpler.
"It's time for Phase 2."
