     It was cold. The wind whistled over the heads of the mated couple, making the female Omega's hair wave in the unseen breeze.
    That's when she appeared, quite literally, out of nowhere. Her white gold hair flowed in the breeze as she gazed at the pair, her silvery blue eyes lingering on the Omega before turning her attention to the male Alpha.
    "I have bad news, my children." She began.
    "What is it?" The Alpha asked.
    She looked around quickly, her golden hair waving with her. "I don't have much time. I think he's found me."
    "Who?" The Omega asked.
    "The evil one. Beware the wolf with two different colored eyes. He will be the cause of the war. The war will change the world forever. Either the weres will be safe and take their rightful place, protecting humans, or they will be eradicated from existence!"
     "How do we stop the war?" The Alpha demanded.
     "You can't." She responded. Her silvery blue eyes widened in fear. "I'm out of time! Before I leave, I give you this part of the puzzle: the war will begin with a death. A death of someone who was never meant to die."
    Then, with that, she turned and disappeared as a strange fog encircled the mated pair...

     Rose woke up to find Merlin's arms wrapped securely around her, their foreheads touching. She let out a little sigh of breath as she thought about the dream she just had.
     She tried to think what Mother Lupa had told her and Merlin in the dream but it was useless. Her heat was rising inside of her once again.
    She whined as she felt it start to become unbearable. Merlin woke up with a start. First, confusion flowed through him as he tried to discern where he was. Then her scent swept over him and she was immediately back in his arms.
     With a growl, he pushed her onto her back, his lips immediately on her neck, nipping over her mating bite as he thrusted into her ready and willing pussy.
     "I've got you, my love. Don't worry." He whispered gently, beginning to rut into her.
     Soon enough, the dream was forgotten as the two succumbed to their wolf nature...

     The first week and a half since Merlin had become the Alpha Pack Leader over all of Wolf Haven had been a busy one.
     Merlin had sorted out the packs and elected their leaders, homes were built, and pack business taken care of. The former humans worked hard on their transformation, training with the pups so that they could learn the ways of their newfound kind.
    Everyone was busy with pack business, ranging from setting up the packs to making their rules to building their homes and everything in between.
    And now that everything had (mostly) been settled, most of the Omegas had gone into heat, making the Alphas' attentions shift to their mates. For the time being, any Alpha Pack Leader busy taking care of his or her mate had had to hand over control to the next in ranking of their pack.
     The unmated Omegas were kept locked in the Omega Den for now until their heat was over. All was going well, for now....

      A week later, all the Omegas were chilling in the Omega Den while the rest of the construction of Wolf Haven's homes was underway and the Alphas were having a meeting to finish securing everyone's places within their respective packs.
     Rose sat, braiding Luna's hair, who was braiding Gwen's, who was braiding Morgana's, who was braiding Freya's. Evelyn was sitting in a corner, talking to Ruby and Owain's sister, Ophelia.
     Owain was surrounded by the blond female Omegas, Sophia, Elena, Bronwen, and Vivian while they all teased each other about being pregnant.
     Jasmine and her friend, Rapunzel, were working on some paintings together while Daegal and Pellinore were exchanging knowledge about fighting and weapons with the other male Omegas: Alistair, the blond haired, blue eyed mate of Bunny; Harry, the black haired, blue eyed, guyliner mate of Uma; and Doug, the short, long haired mate of Evie, Regina's adopted daughter, all from the former Dalimar pack.
     The rest of the former Dalimar pack stayed in three large groups, painting, dancing, or resting together. The first group did so together: Belle, the young brunette that Charles had gifted Merlin after Brietta mated Daegal; Apple White, the blond daughter of Snow and mate of Raven, Regina's other adopted daughter, and Dexter, Ella's son; Ashlynn, the brunette daughter of Ella and mate of Hunter, the son of the deceased Graham; Blondie, the blond haired mate of Cupid, a pink haired female Alpha; Briar Beauty, the unmated brunette daughter of Aurora; and Darling and Daring, the unmated blond twin son and daughter of Ella.
    The second group consisted of Faybelle, the unmated blond daughter of Fiona, the Black Fairy; Holly and Poppy, unmated daughters of Rapunzel, the former a brunette with long hair, the latter had short purple hair in a pixie cut; Lizzie, an unmated Omega with red and black hair and a beauty mark shaped like a heart over her left eye; Meeshell, the unmated pink and purple haired daughter of Ariel; Farrah, the unmated, blue haired daughter of the fae leader, Blue; and Cerise, the unmated brunette daughter of the original Red Riding Hood.
     The third and final group consisted of Kitty, an unmated, purple haired trickster of an Omega; Madeline, an unmated blue and purple haired Omega who was best friends with Kitty; Lucinda, an unmated tanned skinned, dark haired Omega; and Marina, the dark haired mate of Hubie, a shy Alpha.
     The female mates of Wolf Haven before Merlin's rule were all asleep at the moment, these being Sarah and Caitlyn, both unmated brunettes who loved reading and writing.
    Elisa sat in the corner, sending hateful glares Rose's way as she talked excitedly about how she was pregnant again.
    Nyx had checked that morning and all the mated Omegas had been found to be pregnant, as a matter of fact, though the amounts of pups couldn't be told yet.
    Elisa flipped her blond hair in annoyance. If only Merlin would open his eyes and see the truth! He was a powerful Alpha ruling over all of Wolf Haven! He should have dozens of mates, giving him hundreds of pups! It didn't matter if Rose was his true mate or not! And it certainly didn't mean that he couldn't have more mates!
     If only he could see things the way she did, she'd be his new mate in no time. She didn't even care that she'd be second to the sniveling brat--ok maybe she did a little but still--she'd give anything for Merlin to notice her!
     At that moment, Merlin entered the Omega Den, followed by Arthur, both dripping with sweat, a look that was enough to make any Omega present.
     "Construction is done." Merlin called out at last. "Every unmated Omega is free to choose their new homes."
     His eyes wandered over to his gorgeous mate and he rushed over to her, scooping her up in his arms, before carrying her off. Elisa simply crossed her arms and growled lowly. She would win him over, one way or another...

     Percival stood at his post outside the borders, his eyes calculating every movement of the trees and the surrounding area. It was dead quiet outside without the sounds of the Omegas being in heat.
     He smiled with pride at knowing his true mate, Ruby, was once again pregnant with his pups. She and Dorothy had both seemed equally happy when Nyx had given her the news.
    Thinking of Dorothy, he thought about getting her pregnant too. True, she wouldn't have nearly as many pups as Ruby could give him but that didn't stop him from wanting to try.
    Just the thought of his beautiful mates waiting at home had him getting painfully hard and he palmed himself through his trousers.
    Recently, he'd been thinking of taking a male mate, whether Omega or Beta didn't matter to him as long as he wasn't an Alpha for that caused more problems than it was worth.
     He just couldn't help but think of rutting a willing male, someone who could take his knot better than his female mates. He's quite large, even by Alpha standards, and most females have trouble taking his cock.
     The trouble is that even though Percy likes males as well, he's always been rather picky about them. There have only been a few he was interested in rutting in the time before he found Ruby and none of them had stuck.
     As he was standing at his post, thinking, he was approached by Charlie, the really tall Beta who had tried to defend Merlin when Kurda had been acting like a dick to him.
     "Wanna drink?" Charlie asked, holding out a bottle of beer to the red haired Alpha.
     Percy nodded. "Sure. Why not?"
     The two sat down near a big oak tree and shared some small talk. All the while, Percy's gaze drifted to the other man.
    He was incredibly tall with very messy black hair that stuck out every which way, pretty brown eyes that sparkled with a youthful glow. His pale skin reflected the moonlight perfectly. His black clothes were tight and hugged his figure.
    Only now did Percy realize that Charlie was younger than he'd thought, a 19 year old rather than the 20 something year old he'd expected, freckles sprayed out over his nose. His crooked grin was endearing as well, Percy thought.
    "So, how's it going with your mates?" Charlie suddenly asked. "I hear the Omega is pregnant."
     "Ruby is my true mate and, yes, she's pregnant." He said, puffing out his chest in pride. "Have you ever been mated?" He asked a moment later.
     "Me? No." Charlie said, shaking his wild mane of hair. "I'm gay....well..." He cocked his head to the side in thought. "Maybe bisexual although I prefer men. I was raised in a home years ago where I was told that was wrong...until I found out I was a were. I left that place and met Sapphira. She's been my mentor and best friend ever since."
     Percy moved closer to the younger were who turned his head at the last minute. Their lips met and Percy pushed Charlie into the tree, caging his body between him and it.
    "Be my mate?" Percy asked briefly.
    Charlie only nodded.
    Percival tugged the boy's shirt off him, further messing up his hair and began kissing along his neck. With a growl, Percy forcefully pulls off the remainder of Charlie's clothes before pulling down his own pants with a jerk.
      Charlie got onto his hands and knees, presenting as if he were an Omega bitch in heat. Percy positioned himself and thrusted in, filling the boy up.
