1st step ..
Open PiXlr Editor

2nd step ..
Create new image ( 512 x 800 )

3rd step ..
Click file and click open image

4th step ..
Select your desired picture (PNg for easier )

5th step ..
Got to layer at the ribbon then click Layer styles ,

6th step ..
Click the Box on the side of the OUTER GLOW to apply it ,

7th step ..
Now click the word (yung mismong word na ) then you can see the options for it , change the color, pero mas prefer ko ang white

8th step ..
Then adjust the hardness capacity Chuchus unntil it satisfy you .

9th step ..
Save
