She fell asleep without realizing when and how. There's a strangeness inside her that she couldn't really swallow. It's making it hard to think. She reached out to touch the wetness on her cheeks and everything that happened last night all came back to her, but she's not going to cry this time, she had cried everything out and now there's nothing left inside. This is how my life is going to be for the rest of my life.
No love.
No friends.
Nothing.
Calmness wasn't what she was expecting. But that is what I'm feeling, she thought.
I'm accepting it, she realized, the fight is over, the winner is no other than the darkness.
